Fluidization of non-spherical particles is very common in petroleum *** the complex phenomenon of non-spherical particle flow is of great *** this paper,coupled with two-fluid model,the drag coefficient correlation based on artificial neural network was applied in the simulations of a bubbling fluidized bed filled with non-spherical *** simulation results were compared with the experimental data from the *** agreement between the experimental data and the simulation results reveals that the modified drag model can accurately capture the interaction between the gas phase and solid ***,several cases of different particles,including tetrahedron,cube,and sphere,together with the nylon beads used in the model validation,were employed in the simulations to study the effect of particle shape on the flow behaviors in the bubbling fluidized *** shape affects the hydrodynamics of non-spherical particles mainly on *** work can be a basis and reference for the utilization of artificial neural network in the investigation of drag coefficient correlation in the dense gas-solid two-phase ***,the proposed drag coefficient correlation provides one more option when investigating the hydrodynamics of non-spherical particles in the gas-solid fluidized bed.

Mantle cell lymphoma(MCL)is an aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL)characterized by the overexpression of cyclin D1 and deregulated cell cycle.1 Ganetespib(STA-9090),a second-generation HSP90 inhibitor,dramatically disrupted oncogenic cellular processes resulting in the inhibition of client protein-derived tumors in preclinical studies.2 The synthetic lethal strategy using poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase(PARP)inhibitors(PARPis)has been reported as a powerful therapeutic intervention in MCL and their effectiveness can be increased by a deficiency in DNA damage repair(DDR),especially homologous recombination deficiency.3 Since we found earlier that transient ganetespib treatment can induce defects in DDR,we hypothesized that ganetespib treatment can possibly enhance the sensitivity of MCL cells to PARPis and HSP90 and PARP is can be demonstrated as promising combination therapies for MCL.

Three novel redox-active percec-type dendrons were synthesized by mucleophilic substitution reaction of 11-bromoundecyl ferrocene and substituted *** the resultant ferrocenyl-modified dendrons were confirmed through FT-IR,NMR,and elemental analysis,***,the thermal properties and electrochemical behavior of these dendrons were monitored with thermogravimetry analysis（TG）,differential scanning calorimetry（DSC）,polarized optical microscope（POM）,and cyclic voltammetry（CV）. Abound phase behavior and reversible electrochemical redox reaction process in the DMF solution of these dendrons was observed.

In this work,we prepared SmCo/FeCo nanocomposite magnets with an enhanced magnetic performance by doping eutectic Sm-Ni *** magnets without Sm-Ni alloy,with a grain size of 5-12 nm and an average size of~ 9 nm,are composed of Sm_(2)Co_(17) phase and FeCo phase,leading to a relatively low remanence of 0.0365A·m^(2)·g^(-1) and coercivity of 0.15 T,*** doping 2.5 wt% Sm-Ni alloy,there is no obvious change on the grain size of SmCo/FeCo magnets.

OBJECTIVE:To determine the effect of traditional Chinese exercises combined with traditional Chinese massage on lumbar ***:Seventy patients with lumbar instability were randomly divided into experimental group and control *** experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese exercises combined with traditional Chinese massage,while the control group was only treated with traditional Chinese *** Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and dynamic imaging indexes were used to assess treatment ***:After 8 weeks of treatment,the JOA scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),while ODI was significantly lower(P<0.05).In addition,compared with the control group,the JOA score of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ODI was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Besides,the dynamic imaging indexes of patients with lumbar instability significantly changed after *** lumbar vertebral laxity was significantly decreased(P<0.05)than those before ***:The traditional Chinese exercises and massage may improve the symptoms of lumbar instability,and traditional Chinese exercises combined with massage treatment may be better than exercises alone.

Two-photon imaging has attracted increasing attention owing to its deep tissue imaging ***,many fluorophores have been developed to satisfy its ***,long-wavelength emission fluorophores with an optically tunable group are rarely *** this study,two longwavelength emission fluorophores with an optically tunable amino group were successfully developed by introducing strong electron acceptor and large conjugated group to the TPQL ***_(2)displayed a bright red emission(λem=638 nm,Φ=0.15)together with high two-photon action cross section and good water solubility,which enabled higher signal-to-background ratios and deep tissue *** proof-of-concept probe(TPCO-NO_(2))was successfully applied to the high signal-to-background ratio imaging of nitroreductase in liver fibrosis,further realizing diagnosis of the degree of hypoxia during liver fibrosis.

The purpose of this study was to prepare a proof-of-concept CO_(2) adsorbing material based on a new amine grafted silica aerogel microsphere(AGSAM)that could be used on both fixed and fluidized beds.A low-cost water glass and environment-friendly water were used as precursor and solvent of the silica aerogel,*** silica aerogel microsphere(SAM)was prepared by dropping the siliceous solution into hot oil *** effect of the pH value of the siliceous solution,stirring speed and stirring paddle position on the sphericity and size of the SAM was *** SAM with good sphericity was obtained when the pH value was 5.69–*** mean diameter of the SAM decreased from 5 to 1 mm when the stirring speed increased from 1000 to 2000 *** SAM with excellent sphericity was prepared when the paddle was placed on the top of the oil *** the paddle was placed at the middle and bottom of the oil bath,some liquid drops aggregated together and formed large *** was obtained by grafting the amine groups onto the framework of the silica gel *** CO2 adsorption capacity of the AGSAM was 1.04 mmol g^(-1) with 1%CO2 at 300 mL min^(-1).The AGSAM with 4,3.2,2 and 1 mm in diameters had the fluidizing velocities of 0.531,0.425,0.265 and 0.159 m s^(-1),*** AGSAM with different sizes met different fluidizing conditions.

A method of extracting and detecting vehicle stability state characteristics based on entropy is *** vehicle’s longitudinal and lateral dynamics models are established for complex driving and maneuver *** corresponding state observer is designed by adopting the moving horizon estimation algorithm,which realizes the observation of the vehicle stability state considering the global state ***,the Shannon entropy is modified to approximate entropy,and the approximate entropy value of the observed vehicle state is ***,the optimal controller is designed to further validate the reliability of the entropy value as the reference of control *** results demonstrate that this method can quickly detect the instability state of the system during the process of vehicle driving,which provides a reference for risk prediction and active control.
