The rapid development of short video platforms poses new challenges for traditional recommendation *** systems typically depend on two types of user behavior feedback to construct user interest profiles:explicit feedback(interactive behavior),which significantly influences users’short-term interests,and implicit feedback(viewing time),which substantially affects their long-term ***,the previous model fails to distinguish between these two feedback methods,leading it to predict only the overall preferences of users based on extensive historical behavior ***,it cannot differentiate between users’long-term and shortterm interests,resulting in low accuracy in describing users’interest states and predicting the evolution of their *** paper introduces a video recommendationmodel calledCAT-MFRec(CrossAttention Transformer-Mixed Feedback Recommendation)designed to differentiate between explicit and implicit user feedback within the DIEN(Deep Interest Evolution Network)*** study emphasizes the separate learning of the two types of behavioral feedback,effectively integrating them through the cross-attention ***,it leverages the long sequence dependence capabilities of Transformer technology to accurately construct user interest profiles and predict the evolution of user *** results indicate that CAT-MF Rec significantly outperforms existing recommendation methods across various performance *** advancement offers new theoretical and practical insights for the development of video recommendations,particularly in addressing complex and dynamic user behavior patterns.

目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合金双歧治疗溃疡性结肠炎对患者炎症反应及直肠肛门动力学的影响.方法按随机数字表法将2016-02/2017-09淳安县第一人民医院和台州医院接诊的84例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为两组,给予对照组42例患者美沙拉嗪治疗,给予研究组42例患者美沙拉嗪联合金双歧治疗.连续治疗2 mo后,比较两组血清细胞因子水平[白介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-18(interleukin-18,IL-18)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(soluble interleukin 2receptor,s IL-2R)]、病变活动性积分、临床疗效、直肠肛门动力学.结果研究组和对照组IL-10水平分别为68.87 pg/m L±5.12 pg/m L、59.26 pg/m L±10.28 pg/m L,IL-18分别为86.25 pg/m L±42.86 pg/m L、212.26 pg/m L±56.42 pg/m L,TNF-α分别为21.08 ng/m L±3.71ng/m L、23.62 ng/m L±3.84 ng/m L,s IL-2R水平分别为215.75 U/m L±80.71 U/m L、544.72 U/m L±210.56 U/m L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病变活动性积分为(2.07分±1.52分)低于对照组(3.14分±2.14分),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42)优于对照组的76.19%(32/42),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组直肠疼痛阀值、直肠顺应性、直肠排便阀值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对溃疡性结肠炎患者采用美沙拉嗪联合金双歧治疗效果显著,能有效改善血清炎症因子水平,降低病变活动性,促进直肠肛门动力学恢复.

The construction of metal-organic coordination clusters（MCCs） using modular secondary building units is an important method for preparing functional *** this study,two new MCCs modularly assembled from Keggin-type {SiW12O40}H4TC4A=p-tert-Butylthiacalix[4]arene(SiW12) units and thiacalixarene-supported Co4-thiacalix[4]arene(Co4-TC4A polynuclear second-building units（PSBUs,H4TC4A=p-tert-Butylthiacalix[4]arene） are *** two MCCs,abbreviated as Co4-SiW12and Co8-SiW12,were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray *** Co4-SiW12is a supramolecular structure involving cation-anion interactions between Co4-TC4A PSBUs and ***8-SiW12features "barbell-like" shapes with two Co4-TC4A coordinatively linked to a Keggin-type SiW12unit on opposite via W-O_t-Co *** coordination of Co4-TC4A to SiW12in Co8-SiW12resulted in significantly improved photothermal conversion performances compared with Co4-SiW12and pure SiW12or ***-gap determination and photophysical analysis combined with density functional theory calculations indicated the binding mode between Co4-TC4A PSBUs and SiW12,which considerably influences the way of electron transport and the conversion ability of visible light to heat.

Rare earth metal-organic frameworks (RE-MOFs) have drawn wide attention owing to diverse network structures and various application ***,due to the unpredictable formation of the nodes,it is still challenging to design novel RE-MOFs.A novel versatile strategy was developed employing a RE-acetate complex (RE2(CH3COO)6·4H2O) as a precursor to construct RE-MOFs.2D RE-MOFs (RE-DBP) and 3D RE-MOFs (RE-TCPP) could be obtained by using dicarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2DBP and tetracarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2TCPP,*** RE-MOFs were further synthesized to verify the universality of the *** crystalline RE-MOFs could also be prepared at room temperature via the developed strategy,which could significantly promote large-scale preparation and practical application of *** proof of the concept,the performance of porphyrin-based RE-MOFs was investigated in the photocatalytic cycloaddition of CO2with *** the RE-DBP(Co) MOFs,Tb-DBP(Co) exhibited the best photocatalytic performance,which was also greater than that of the corresponding 3D MOF Tb-TCPP(Co) due to the optimal 2D structure and thus the accelerated photogenerated charge separation and transfer *** work not only provides a novel versatile strategy to design and develop RE-MOFs,but also proposes a promising approach for the potential bulk production of RE-MOFs at room temperature.

As a further theoretical study of the collision-induced quantum interference on rotational energy transfer in an atom-diatom system, based on the first-Born approximation of time-dependent perturbation theory, taking into account the anisotropic Lennard-Jones interaction potential and the long-range interaction potential, the differential interference angles in singlet-triplet mixed states of CO A^1Π（v=9）-e3∑-（v=1） system in collision with He, Ne, Ar, and other partners were calculated theoretically. The relationships of differential interference angle versus impact parameters, including collision parameter b and velocity, are obtained.

探讨了北海地区上消化道疾病幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)的感染情况和比较了胃黏膜直接涂片法及快速尿素酶检测的实际应用意义。两种方法对 5 30例上消化道疾病的 Hp检出率分别为 5 3.0 2 %和 5 3.5 6 %,两种方法符合率达 95 .70 %。慢性浅表性胃炎 Hp感染率最高达 5 7.6 7%,十二指肠球部溃疡次之 ,为 5 2 .11%。胆汁返流性胃炎及胃癌 Hp感染较低 ,分别为 31.2 5 %、33.33%。本组提示 Hp感染与上消化道疾病密切相关 ,因此 ,对上消化道疾病进行 Hp检测 ,对治疗上消化道疾病有较大临床意义。

The Triple Ionosphere Photo Meter （TRIPM） is a far ultraviolet nadir-view photometer that is onboard the secondgeneration,polar-orbiting Chinese meteorological satellite feng-Yun 3E （FY-3E）,which was launched on July 5,*** has three channels,and each is used to measure different types of emissions:（1） 135.6 nm airglow produced by the recombination of the O+ions and electrons in the absence of sunlight （nighttime channel）;（2） 135.6 nm airglow from the OI when sunlight is present （daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm channel）;and （3） Airglow in the N2LBH of the TRIPM （daytime/dusk-dawn N2LBH channel）.FY-3E is a satellite operating in the early morning ***,the data are mostly distributed on the dawndusk side or at times when the solar zenith angle is relatively *** this study,combined with simulation calculations,the data are *** further explore the application value of the data products,a model is used to separate the ionospheric radiative recombination contribution from the thermosphere photoelectron impact excitation contribution in the data from the daytime/dusk-dawn 135.6 nm *** approach not only improves the accuracy of O/N2derived from the 135.6 nm channel and N2LBH channel but also provides the ionospheric 135.6 nm radiance at the same time as the *** results show that the 135.6 nm radiance originating from the combination of O+and electrons extracted from the measurement data exhibits similar equatorial anomaly peak structure characteristics and seasonal variations as the corresponding GPS total electron content （TEC） *** the other hand,the separated 135.6 nm radiance generated from the thermosphere photoelectron collision excitation does not contain radiative recombination contributions;thus,the ionosphere influence is greatly avoided when the O/N2is obtained.

硝酸盐氮与亚硝酸盐氮是海洋水质监测的重点参数,也是研究海洋氮循环的重要参考。紫外吸收光谱法操作简单,响应快速,适用于多种水质参数监测,但测量中硝酸盐氮与亚硝酸盐氮存在混叠干扰以及海水离子干扰。提出了一种硝酸盐氮与亚硝酸盐氮快速测量方法,对光谱进行一阶差分等预处理,使用相关系数搜索进行波段优化,使用BP神经网络进行浓度反演,模型的预测值与真实值线性相关系数为0.998。与国外同类设备进行了比对测试,两者线性相关系数为0.982。参加了烟台市海洋环境监测预报中心2023年夏季航次,进行了应用测试,与实验室方法进行了比对分析,两者线性相关系数为0.902,说明本方法能够实现海水硝酸盐氮与亚硝酸盐氮的快速测量,为后续原位监测仪器的研制提供参考。
