“一核一带一区”倡议的提出,对广东涉农高职服务区域农业产业发展提出了新要求,即传统涉农学科需要“提质升级”、传统涉农专业需要“扩面延伸”、传统涉农教学模式需要“根本转变”。为此,K职业学院应该优化专业结构,培养“一核一带一区”乡村振兴急需人才;优化人才培养方案,匹配“一核一带一区”乡村人才所需知识结构;优化创新创业教育,提升学生回乡创业所需技能;瞄准乡村振兴重点人群,提升学历教育;发挥资源优势,优化各级各类培训供给;促进政校联动,共建乡村促发展,培养定制化人才;开展多元化考核评价,确保人才培养质量,不断探索服务“一核一带一区”农业产业发展的新路径。

ARecent progress on detonation drivers is reviewed. Performances of the forward detonation driver and backward detonation driver have been observed. To eliminate occurrence of a Taylor wave following the detonation wave in the primary driver and to improve the performance of the detonation driver, an additional backward detonation driver was proposed to attach to the end of the forward detonation driver. When the ratio of the initial pressures between the additional and the primary drivers becomes larger than or equal to a critical value, the Taylor wave will disappear, and thus a homogeneous driving gas with high pressure and high temperature can be generated. Furthermore, an over-driving detonation wave will be also obtained, which can increase the driving capability.

Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disorder in which antibodies have been shown to form against the nicotinic acetylcholine nicotinic postsynaptic receptors located at the neuromuscular junction.＂Warming yang and invigorating qi＂ acupuncture treatment has been shown to reduce serum inflammatory cytokine expression and increase transforming growth factor beta expression in rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenia ***,few studies have addressed the effects of this type of acupuncture on the acetylcholine receptors at the neuromuscular ***,we used confocal laser scanning microscopy to examine the area and density of immunoreactivity for an antibody to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor at the neuromuscular junction in the phrenic nerve of rats with experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis following ＂warming yang and invigorating qi＂ acupuncture *** were inserted at acupressure points Shousanli（LI10）,Zusanli（ST36）,Pishu（BL20）,and Shenshu（BL23） once daily for 7 consecutive *** treatment was repeated after 1 day of *** found that area and the integrated optical density of the immunoreactivity for the acetylcholine receptor at the neuromuscular junction of the phrenic nerve was significantly increased following acupuncture *** outcome of the acupuncture therapy was similar to that of the cholinesterase inhibitor pyridostigmine *** findings suggest that ＂warming yang and invigorating qi＂ acupuncture treatment increases acetylcholine receptor expression at the neuromuscular junction in a rat model of autoimmune myasthenia gravis.

To understand the electronic and magnetic properties, we have studied Cr-doped zinc-blende AlN system in detail by applying a first-principle plane wave pseudopotential method based on the density functional theory within the local spin density approximation. The analyses of the band structures, density of states, exchange interactions, and magnetic moments show that Al1-xCrxN alloys may exhibit a half-metallic ferromagnetism character, that Cr in the diluted doping limit forms near-midgap deep levels, and that the total magnetization of the cell is 3μB per Cr atom, which does not change with Cr concentration. Moreover, we have succeeded in predicting that Al1-xCrzN alloys in x = 0.0625 has a very high Curie temperature, and lind that ferromagnetic exchange interaction between magnetic dopants is short-ranged.

永磁磁浮是一种磁浮轨道交通新制式,可有效缓解城市交通拥堵。列车虚拟编组是提高轨道交通运营效率的重要前沿技术之一,研究永磁磁浮列车虚拟编组的速度鲁棒控制,对提高城市轨道交通运营安全和效率有重要意义。针对永磁磁浮列车虚拟编组模式下状态切换和自适应巡航过程中速度易受干扰、控制不稳定问题,对动态编组、自适应巡航、动态解编三个阶段进行分析,并采用分段控制策略,对列车虚拟编组三阶段进行状态切换;分析虚拟编组永磁磁浮列车组之间的数学关系,建立数学模型,采用模型预测控制算法对自适应巡航阶段速度进行协同控制,并在Matlab仿真环境下进行模拟。通过仿真验证了本文所提建模和控制方法的有效性,且模型预测控制方法鲁棒性能优于传统的PID控制算法,采用模型预测控制算法超调量减少了4.9%;同时,采用分段控制方法实现了虚拟编组三阶段状态平稳切换。实验结果表明相比传统的列车速度控制方法,本文方法在提升磁浮列车速度跟踪控制精确度和鲁棒性方面具有显著优势,证明了本文提出建模和控制方法的有效性和可行性。

目的评估贵州省黔南黔东南地区少数民族肥胖指标与胆石症的剂量-反应关系。方法基于“中国多民族队列研究”的横断面调查数据，纳入17 084名贵州省黔南黔东南地区布依族、侗族、苗族30～79岁成年人。采用logistic回归模型分析肥胖指标与胆石症的关联性，应用限制性立方样条模型分析它们与胆石症的剂量-反应关系。结果黔南黔东南地区胆石症的总体患病率为9.0%,女性9.6%高于男性7.5%;胆石症组和非胆石症组在性别、年龄、民族、吸烟史、高血压、高脂血症、BMI、LAP、VAI、WHtR、WHR、WC、体重、TG、HDL-C和GLU方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),相较非胆石症组，胆石症组中年龄、体重、TG、GLU、BMI、VAI、LAP、WHtR、WHR、WC更高。Logistic回归模型中，调整混杂因素后，BMI、WC、WHtR、LAP、WHR均有统计学意义，随着肥胖指标数值的增加，胆石症的患病风险亦随之增加。进一步对他们进行剂量-反应关系分析发现，随着BMI(P Nonlinear=0.004 6)、LAP(P Nonlinear=0.000 4)、WC(P Nonlinear=0.042 2)、WHR(P Nonlinear=0.021)水平的上升，其与胆石症患病的关联强度呈非线性上升趋势。随着WHtR(P Nonlinear=0.210 7)水平的上升，其与胆石症患病的关联强度呈线性上升趋势。结论贵州黔南黔东南地区少数民族中，肥胖指标与胆石症之间存在线性、非线性剂量-反应关系。倡导居民加强肥胖的控制和预防，是减轻胆石症患病的重要手段。

The rapid growth of mobile Internet technologies has induced a dramatic increase in mobile payments as well as concomitant mobile transaction fraud. As the first step of mobile transactions, bankcard enrollment on mobile devices has become the primary target of fraud attempts. Although no immediate financial loss is incurred after a fraud attempt, subsequent fraudulent transactions can be quickly executed and could easily deceive the fraud detection systems if the fraud attempt succeeds at the bankcard enrollment step. In recent years, financial institutions and service providers have implemented rule-based expert systems and adopted short message service(SMS) user authentication to address this problem. However, the above solution is inadequate to face the challenges of data loss and social engineering. In this study, we introduce several traditional machine learning algorithms and finally choose the improved gradient boosting decision tree(GBDT) algorithm software library for use in a real system, namely, XGBoost. We further expand multiple features based on analysis of the enrollment behavior and plan to add historical transactions in future studies. Subsequently, we use a real card enrollment dataset covering the year 2017, provided by a worldwide payment processor. The results and framework are adopted and absorbed into a new design for a mobile payment fraud detection system within the Chinese payment processor.

VER2 is a key gene associated with vernalization process in winter wheat. The expression of VER2 can be induced by low temperature treatment. To further understand how the expression of this gene is mediated by various external and internal factors, different lengths of the VER2 promoter region have been transcriptionally fused with a reporter gene, green fluorescence protein （GFP）, and transformed into the model plant, rice （Oryza sativa L.）. Using confocal and Western blot analyses, we determined several possible response elements in the promoter region, which could sense ABA, JA, and other environmental cues.

针对高速列车车轮在退化过程中呈现两阶段特征的问题,提出一种基于两阶段非线性Wiener过程的高速列车车轮退化建模及可靠性分析方法。采用CUSUM(CUmulative SUM)算法实现车轮退化过程变点判别,在此基础上,利用马尔可夫链蒙特卡罗方法估计模型未知参数。针对车轮两阶段退化过程较为复杂、可靠度解析形式难以求解的问题,通过蒙特卡罗模拟方法求解得到车轮可靠度函数曲线和可靠寿命。最后以某机车同转向架车轮单个镟修周期内的实测数据为例,验证了模型的有效性。结果表明:受运营环境影响,同转向架不同侧车轮退化过程出现变点的位置不同;相较于未考虑阶段性特征的退化模型,所提模型可靠性评估结果更符合现场实际;通过不断获取车轮退化数据,可采用所提模型计算并更新车轮可靠寿命值,为车轮镟修周期的进一步优化提供了理论指导。
