Objective:To statistically determine the effect of salvia polyphenolates combined with doxophylline treatment in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in the compensated ***:From January 2023 to January 2024,76 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in the compensated stage were selected as research *** patients were divided into a research group and a reference group using a randomized numerical table *** research group was treated with salvia polyphenolates combined with doxophylline,while the reference group received conventional *** treatment effects of the two groups were ***:The patients in the research group,treated with salvia polyphenolates combined with doxophylline,showed maximal ventilation of 73.26±4.83 L/min,left ventricular ejection fraction of 56.14±1.98%,and total effective treatment rate of 94.74%.These results were better than those of the reference *** differences between the data of the research group and the reference group were statistically significant(Pline significantly improves maximum ventilation and left ventricular ejection fraction,and also results in a higher total effective treatment rate.

With the exploding prevalence of obesity,many children are at risk of developing nonalcoholic fatty liver *** anthropometric and laboratory parameters,our study aimed to develop a model to quantitatively evaluate liver fat content(LFC)in children with *** A well-characterized cohort of 181 children between 5 and 16 years of age were recruited to the study in the Endocrinology Department as the derivation *** external validation cohort comprised 77 *** assessment of liver fat content was performed using proton magnetic resonance *** and laboratory metrics were measured in all subjects.B-ultrasound examination was carried out in the external validation *** Kruskal-Wallis test,Spearman bivariate correlation analyses,univariable linear regressions and multivariable linear regression were used to build the optimal predictive *** The model was based on indicators including alanine aminotransferase,homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance,triglycerides,waist circumference and Tanner *** adjusted R^(2)of the model was 0.589,which presented high sensitivity and specificity both in internal[sensitivity of 0.824,specificity of 0.900,area under curve(AUC)of 0.900 with a 95%confidence interval:0.783–1.000]and external validation(sensitivity of 0.918 and specificity of 0.821,AUC of 0.901 with a 95%confidence interval:0.818–0.984).Conclusions Our model based on five clinical indicators was simple,non-invasive,and inexpensive;it had high sensitivity and specificity in predicting LFC in ***,it may be useful for identifying children with obesity who are at risk for developing nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.

The driven-dissipative Langevin dynamics simulation is used to produce a two-dimensional(2D) dense cloud, which is composed of charged dust particles trapped in a quadratic potential. A 2D mesh grid is built to analyze the center-to-wall dust density. It is found that the local dust density in the outer region relative to that of the inner region is more nonuniform,being consistent with the feature of quadratic potential. The dependences of the global dust density on equilibrium temperature, particle size, confinement strength, and confinement shape are investigated. It is found that the particle size, the confinement strength, and the confinement shape strongly affect the global dust density, while the equilibrium temperature plays a minor effect on it. In the direction where there is a stronger confinement, the dust density gradient is bigger.

A novel micro-nano Ti−10Cu−10Ni−8Al−8Nb−4Zr−1.5Hf filler was used to vacuum braze Ti−47Al−2Nb−2Cr−0.15B alloy at 1160−1220℃ for 30 *** interfacial microstructure and formation mechanism of TiAl joints and the relationships among brazing temperature,interfacial microstructure and joint strength were emphatically *** show that the TiAl joints brazed at 1160 and 1180℃ possess three interfacial layers and mainly consist of α_(2)-Ti_(3)Al,τ_(3)-Al_(3)NiTi_(2) and Ti_(2)Ni,but the brazing seams are no longer layered and Ti_(2)Ni is completely replaced by the uniformly distributed τ_(3)-Al_(3)NiTi_(2) at 1200 and 1220℃ due to the destruction of α_(2)-Ti_(3)Al barrier *** transformation at 1200℃ obviously improves the tensile strength of the joint and obtains a maximum of 343 ***,the outward diffusion of Al atoms from the dissolution of TiAl substrate dominates the microstructure evolution and tensile strength of the TiAl joint at different brazing temperatures.

The development of women’s higher education in China can be divided into four stages:emergence(1908-1948);foundation(1949-1976);accelerating development(1977-2008);and the qualitative leap(2009-2020).This work considers the principal institutional mechanisms that contributed to this ***,flexibly planned parenthood gradually promoted gender equality and openness in society facilitated by systematic“awards,grants,and loans”initiatives to support women’s higher education ***,compulsory education ensured that left-out and migrant children had access to higher ***,effective connectivity across different education types bridged education gaps between those with different levels of ***,China made great efforts to invite and integrate international experiences that promoted the development of women’s higher *** beyond these achievements,we also discuss the future trends of women’s higher education in China.

The rice stem borer(RSB),Chilo suppressalis,a notorious rice pest in China,has evolved a high resistance level to commonly used ***,a new anthranilic diamide insecticide,effectively controls multiple pests,including ***,the potential resistance risk of RSB to tetraniliprole is still *** this study,the tetraniliprole-selection(Tet-R)strain was obtained through 10 continuous generations of selection with tetraniliprole 30%lethal concentration(LC_(30)).The realized heritability(h^(2))of the Tet-R strain was 0.387,indicating that resistance of RSB to tetraniliprole developed rapidly under the continuous selection of *** Tet-R strain had a high fitness cost(relative fitness=0.53).We established the susceptibility baseline of RSB to tetraniliprole(lethal concentration at LC_(50)=0.727 mg/L)and investigated the resistance level of 6 field populations to *** tested strains that had resistance to chlorantraniliprole exhibited moderate-to high-level resistance to tetraniliprole(resistance ratio=27.7-806.8).Detection of ryanodine receptor(RyR)mutations showed that the Y4667C,Y4667D,I4758M,and Y4891F mutations were present in tested RSB field *** mutations were responsible for the cross-resistance between tetraniliprole and ***,the clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9-mediated genome-modified flies were used to study the contribution of RyR mutations to tetraniliprole *** order of contribution of a single RyR mutation to tetraniliprole resistance was Y4667D>G4915E>Y4667C~~I4758M>*** addition,the I4758M and Y4667C double mutations conferred higher tetraniliprole resistance than single Y4667C *** results can guide resistance management practices for diamides in RSB and other arthropods.

作为“交涉性辩护”的新发展,合规交涉中的律师辩护在辩护目标、取证范围、交涉筹码等方面都具有一定的特殊性,并因此对辩护律师有效维护当事人合法权益的专业能力和业务水平提出了新要求。作为涉案企业或“企业家”聘请的辩护人,律师在涉案企业合规中至少可以发挥以下三个方面的作用:一是申请启动合规考察;二是协助展开合规整改;三是促使兑现合规激励。但是,由于“交涉性辩护”本身的先天不足,加上涉案企业合规改革中存在着合规考察程序启动上的裁量性、企业合规从宽处理责任人的争议性、企业合规从宽激励的不确定性等问题,使得合规交涉中的律师辩护能否取得“好结果”存在很大的不确定性。要保障涉案合规交涉取得更好的效果,尤其是从制度发展的角度而言,未来应从建立合规考察申请与答复机制、预先确定合规从宽幅度、健全合规证明责任与有效标准等几个方面进行制度完善。

BACKGROUND The study aimed to analyze the characteristic clinical manifestations of patients with intestinal disease Meckel’s diverticulum(MD)complicated by digestive tract ***,we aimed to evaluate the value of double-balloon enteroscopy(DBE)in MD diagnosis and the prognosis after laparoscopic diverticula *** To evaluate the value of DBE in the diagnosis and the prognosis after laparoscopic diverticula resection for MD with *** The study retrospectively analyzed relevant data from 84 MD patients treated between January 2015 and March 2022 and recorded their clinical manifestations,auxiliary examination,and follow-up after laparoscopic resection of ***(1)Among 84 MD patients complicated with hemorrhage,77 were male,and 7 were female with an average age of 31.31±10.75 *** incidence was higher in men than in women of different ages;(2)Among the 84 MD patients,65(78.40%)had defecated dark red stools,and 50(58.80%)had no accompanying symptoms during bleeding,indicating that most MD bleeding appeared a dark red stool without accompanying symptoms;(3)The shock index of 71 patients(85.20%)was30%;(4)The DBE-positive rate was 100%(54/54),99mTcpertechnetate-positive scanning rate was 78%(35/45)compared with capsule endoscopy(36%)and small intestine computed tomography(19%).These results suggest that DBE and 99mTc-pertechnetate scans had significant advantages in diagnosing MD and bleeding,especially DBE was a highly precise examination method in MD diagnosis;(5)A total of 54 MD patients with hemorrhage underwent DBE examination before *** endoscopy revealed many mucosal manifestations including normal appearance,inflammatory changes,ulcerative changes,diverticulum inversion,and nodular hyperplasia,with ulcerative changes being the most common(53.70%).This suggests that diverticular mucosal u

Background Water deficit is an important problem in agricultural production in arid *** the advent of wholly mechanized technology for cotton planting in Xinjiang,it is important to determine which planting mode could achieve high yield,fiber quality and water use efficiency(WUE).This study aimed to explore if chemical topping affected cotton yield,quality and water use in relation to row configuration and plant *** Experiments were carried out in Xinjiang China,in 2020 and 2021 with two topping method,manual topping and chemical topping,two plant densities,low and high,and two row configurations,i.e.,76 cm equal rows and 10+66 cm narrow-wide rows,which were commonly applied in matching harvest *** topping increased seed cotton yield,but did not affect cotton fiber quality comparing to traditional manual *** equal row spacing,the WUE in higher density was 62.4%higher than in the lower ***,under narrow-wide row spacing,the WUE in lower density was 53.3%higher than in higher one(farmers’practice).For machine-harvest cotton in Xinjiang,the optimal row configuration and plant density for chemical topping was narrow-wide rows with 15 plants m-2 or equal rows with 18 plants *** The plant density recommended in narrow-wide rows was less than farmers’practice and the density in equal rows was moderate with local *** results provide new knowledge on optimizing agronomic managements of machine-harvested cotton for both high yield and water efficient.
