Trombe wall and phase change materials(PCMs)are two effective ways to regulate indoor thermal ***,Trombe wall surfers from overheating in summer and PCMs suffer from low heat transfer rate caused by the limited thermal *** compensate the shortcomings of the two methods,this paper proposed a Trombe wall system integrated with *** on a light-weight building envelope in Changsha,China,the thermal comfort of 10 kinds of Trombe wall systems with PCMs with a melting temperature of 18-28℃ were *** the integrated indoor discomfort duration(I_(D)),integrated indoor discomfort degree-hour(I_(DH)),indoor air temperature(T_(in)),PCM liquid fraction(γ)and heat flux across wall(q)as evaluation indexes,the indoor thermal comfort was assessed in hot summer and cold winter *** show that the Trombe wall helped PCMs complete the phase change process *** wall with PCM25 next to the wall inner surface possessed the lowest annual I_(D) and I_(DH),as 2877 h and 12,974℃·h,*** with the values in a traditional building,the I_(D) and I_(DH) were reduced by 7.01% and 14.14%.In order to give full play to the heat storage and heat release of the Trombe wall with PCMs,PCMs with phase change temperature 7℃ lower than the peak ambient temperature in summer or 8℃ higher than the winter night temperature was recommended according to regional climate conditions.

妊娠期糖尿病对产妇及新生儿结局的影响

目的:研究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)对产妇并发症及新生儿结局的影响,同时观察口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)不同时点血糖指标异常对妊娠结局的影响。方法:收集2018年1月至2019年12月住院GDM产妇(观察组)与同期住院无GDM产妇(对照组)的临床资料。比较两组的一般资料、产妇并发症(高血压疾病、产后出血、分娩方式)及新生儿结局(出生时窒息、早产儿、巨大儿、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、高胆红素血症、新生儿低血糖、心脏结构异常、新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎、红细胞增多症)。结果:观察组与对照组的一般资料比较,两组产前的体质量指数(BMI)差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GDM组的高血压发生率、剖宫产率均高于非GDM组产妇(P<0.05)。空腹血糖及餐后血糖均异常组所分娩新生儿巨大儿发生率高于仅空腹血糖升高或仅糖耐量异常组。结论:GDM孕产妇不良孕产结局发生率高,妊娠期高血压疾病、剖宫产及新生儿不良结局等增多,且空腹血糖异常合并有餐后1 h或2 h异常者巨大儿发生风险更高。因此,加强对GDM孕产妇的分类管理和精准治疗非常重要。

塔里木油田库车山前白垩系储层为超深巨厚裂缝性致密砂岩储层,天然裂缝发育,非均质性强,已改造井产气剖面测试显示常规笼统改造纵向厚储层动用不充分,产能释放不彻底。为了解决这一问题,对于油层厚度大且中间有明显隔层的井可实施分层压裂,提高纵向改造程度。通过工程地质一体化研究,利用多种测井数据,建立了一套多尺度近远井裂缝精细识别方法;基于钻井漏失量与产量关系认识,建立了一套综合考虑构造位置、钻井井漏、裂缝发育情况、力学活动性等资料的储层评估分类方法;通过双封隔器管柱力学精细校核,增加伸缩管,优化暂堵材料粒径,形成了“机械+暂堵”软硬分层压裂技术。该技术实现了巨厚储层高效动用,应用20口井,改造后单井产气量由6.7×10^(4)m^(3)/d提高至34.0×10^(4)m^(3)/d,平均增产4倍,提产效果显著,为巨厚致密砂岩储层高效开发提供了技术支撑。

Density functional theory (DFT) has been applied to study the enantioselective reduction of 3-morpholin-4-yl-1-phenyl-1-propanone with borane catalyzed by (S)-4-benzyl-5,5- diphenyl-1,3,2-oxazaborolidine at the B3LYP/6-31G* level. All molecular species involved in the four reaction steps have been fully optimized and the structural parameters are provided, and the micro process of reaction was also investigated. The catalyst-alkoxyborane adduct formed in step III exhibits a B-O-B-N tetra-atomic ring. Reaction coordination calculations show that BH3 can react with 3-morpholin-4-yl-1-phenyl-1-propanone spontaneously, resulting in the need of 2 mol BH3 in the reaction.

Rapid urban sprawl and growth led to substantial urban thermal environment changes and influenced the local climate, environment, and quality of life of residents. Taking the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration in China as a case, this study firstly identified the spatiotemporal patterns of surface urban heat island intensity (SUHII) and the land use/cover changes (LUCC) based on multi-temporal Landsat TM satellite data over 21 years, and then investigated the relationship between LUCC and SUHII by methods of logistic regression model and centroid shift analysis. The results showed that green spaces (e.g., cropland, forestland) of 899.13 km2 had been converted to built-up land during the 1994—2015 period, which caused significant urban expansion. The SUHII was the highest for built-up land, high for unused land, low for cropland and grassland, and the lowest for forestland and open water. Many areas experienced extensive rapid urbanization because of the emergence of the urban agglomeration, which resulted in the loss of green spaces and increased SUHI effects over the 21-year study period. In addition, the results of centroid shift analysis found that the growth of SUHII and the expansion of high SUHII areas are closely related to the expansion of an existing urban area in Xiangtan, while the increases of building density and height in Changsha resulted in the decrease of SUHII and spatiotemporal change of high SUHII areas. The analysis of the effects of land use/cover types on the SUHII in this study will contribute to future urban land use allocation for the mitigation of SUHI formation.

Expressions of Maspin,P53 and Skp2 in Colorectal Tumors and Their Clinicopathological Significance

Objective： To investigate the role of maspin, p53 and Skp2 expressions in the progression of colorectal tumors, and their clinicopathological significance. Methods： The expressions of maspin, p53 and Skp2 in colorectal adenocarcinoma （n=50）, adenoma （n=20） and normal tissue （n=20） were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared with the clinicopathological tumor parameters. The relationship among maspin, p53 and Skp2 expression was also analyzed in colorectal tumors. The reverse transcriptase PCR was carried out to detect the level of maspin mRNA from 31 colorectal adenocarcinoma and 10 normal control tissues. Results： Of 50 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma, the positive expression rates for maspin, p53 and Skp2 in colorectal adenocarcinoma were 62% （31 of 50 cases）, 50% （25 of 50 cases）, 48%（ 24 of 50 cases）, respectively; The positive expression rates for maspin, p53 and Skp2 in adenoma were 90%, 5%, 5%, respectively; The positive expression rates for maspin, p53 and Skp2 in normal control were 95%, 5%, 5%, respectively. Maspin expression was much lower in colorectal adenocarcinoma than in adenoma and normal tissues （both P〈0.05）. Maspin expression showed a negative association with lymphatic metastasis and higher Dukes＇ stage （both P〈0.05）. Expression of maspin protein was negatively correlated with p53 expression （r =-0.536, P〈0.01, in adenocarcinoma; r=-0.668, P〈0.01, in adenoma）. However, there was no significant correlation between expression of p53 and Skp2 （r=0.000, P〉0.05, in adenocarcinoma; r=-0.053, P〉0.05, in adenoma）. Conclusion： Maspin might play an important role in tumorigenesis and progression （especially in lymph node metastasis） of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Maspin expression was inversely correlated with mutant p53 expression in colorectal tumors, which suggested that maspin expression was regulated by the p53 pathway. Skp2 might serve as an independent factor which participated in multistage process of colorectal carcinogenesis.

To the Editor:Epidemiological studies have confirmed that fine particulate matter(PM2.5)is related to skin hyperpigmentation,but experimental evidence is lacking.[1]Here,we used normal human epidermal keratinocytes(NHEKs),melanocytes(NHEMs),and reconstructed human epidermis models(MelaKutis®)to investigate the impact of PM2.5 on skin ***®is a 3D skin model with a stratified structure,which is composed of human keratinocytes and *** structure and metabolic features are highly similar to those of the natural human ***,external factors can stimulate the melanocytes located in the basal layer to produce melanin,resulting in *** our study,to simulate the effect of PM2.5 on human skin,we utilized PM2.5 collected in Beijing,*** et al[2]previously analyzed the components of PM2.5(collected in Beijing)and revealed that benzo[a]pyrene(BAP)was one of the most abundant and toxic components of ***,we chose BAP as positive control.

The low-cost CuBr-promoted domino Biginelli reaction among readily available ketones,salicylaldehyde derivatives and 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole was studied under solvothermal conditions,giving the novel bridged polyheterocycles bearing two or three stereocenters depending on the starting *** multicomponent reaction proceeded with high diastereoselectivity(dr>20:1)based on a combined~1 H NMR,crystallographic and supercritical fluid chromatographic(SFC)analysis of the ***-dependent high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS)was performed to track the reaction process,and several key intermediates were identified,leading to the drawing of a plausible reaction *** functional theory(DFT)calculation was supplemented,and two reaction pathways were ***,in vitro antitumor activity was evaluated using HeLa and HepG2 cell lines,and two of these polyheterocycles demonstrated promising activities against HepG2 cells with EC50 down to 10μmol/***,ESI-MS/MS studies on all the polyheterocycles suggest a common fragmentation pathway(loss of one molecule of amino-triazole)they shared,providing the first-hand fragmentation rules for future rapid structural identification of *** multicomponent domino reaction presented here may offer prospects for future design of more efficient strategies to access medicinally important bridged polyheterocycles.
