Dual-selective silver recovery strategy by simultaneous adsorption-reduction boosted by in-situ magnetic field

The mainstream silver recovery has problems such as resource waste,weak silver selectivity,and complicated ***,self-propelled magnetic enhanced capture hydrogel(magnetic NbFeB/MXene/GO,MNMGH)was prepared by self-crosslinking encapsulation *** achieved high selectivity(K_(d)=23.31 mL/g)in the acidic range,and exhibited ultrahigh silver recovery capacity(1604.8 mg/g),which greatly improved by 66%with the assistance of in-situ magnetic *** recovered silver crystals could be directly physically exfoliated,without acid/base *** selective sieving effect of adsorption,MNMGH preferentially adsorbed Ag(I),and then selectively reduced to Ag(0),realizing dual-selective *** in-situ magnetic field enhanced selective adsorption by enhancing mass transfer,reactivity of oxygen-containing functional ***,density function theory simulations demonstrated that the in-situ magnetic field could lower the silver reduction reaction energy barrier to enhance the selective ***-drive synergy system(reduction drive,adsorption drive and magnetic drive)achieved ultrahigh silver recovery *** study pioneered an in-situ magnetic field assisted enhancement strategy for dual-selective(adsorption/reduction)recovery of precious metal silver,which provided new idea for low-carbon recovery of noble metal from industrial waste liquids.

AIM:To investigate the effect of skullcapflavone II(SCF-II)on the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)induced by transforming growth factor beta(TGF-β)in human corneal epithelial cells(HCECs),as well as to identify the signaling pathways that may be ***:HCECs were cultured in *** a SCFII(5,10μmol/L)dose,cell viability was analysed with a cell counting kit-8(CCK-8)assay,and cell migration was monitored with wound healing and Transwell migration *** were 4 groups:SCF-II,TGF-β,SCF-II+TGF-βand *** blotting and immunofluorescence were performed to show the expression of EMT markers and the translocation of nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)into the nucleus in the 4 ***:Treatment with SCF-II decreased HCEC viability in a dose-dependent manner.A concentration below 10μmol/L did not present obvious cell toxicity,and survival rates were more than 70%at *** with SCF-II(5 and 10μmol/L)significantly impeded migration in wound healing and Transwell migration assays(P<0.05),and EMT markers and NF-κB translocation into the nucleus were *** both TGF-βand SCF-II treatment,the migration of TGF-β-treated HCECs were suppressed by SCF-II(P<0.05).The expression levels of the mesenchymal markers N-cadherin(P<0.05),α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA;P<0.05)and NF-κB(P<0.05)in both TGF-β-and SCF-II-treated HCECs were lower than those in the HCECs treated with TGF-βalone and higher than those in HCECs treated with SCF-II *** showed that the entry of NF-κB into the nucleus in both TGF-β-and SCF-IItreated HCECs was less than that in the TGF-β-treated ***:SCF-II inhibit TGF-β-induced EMT in HCECs by potentially regulating the NF-κB signalling ***,SCF-II represents a candidate putative therapeutic agent in corneal fibrotic diseases.

BACKGROUND Severe symptoms associated with sepsis syndrome(SS)are considered a severe threat,which not only increases therapeutic difficulty but also causes a prognostic mortality ***,at present,few related studies focused on the application of different score scales for disease and prognosis assessment in liver cirrhosis(LC)complicated with *** To determine the correlations of the model for end-stage liver disease(MELD),sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA),and modified early warning score(MEWS)points with the prognosis of patients with LC complicated with *** This retrospective analysis included 426 LC cases from February 2019 to April *** them,225 cases that were complicated with SS were assigned to the LC+SS group,and 201 simple LC cases were included in the LC *** differences in MELD,SOFA,and MEWS scores were compared,as well as their diagnostic value for LC+*** correlations of the three scores with the progno-sis of patients with LC+SS were further analyzed,as well as the related risk factors affecting patients’outcomes,after the follow-up *** MELD,SOFA,and MEWS scores were all higher in the LC+SS group vs the LC group,and their combined assessment for LC+SS revealed a diagnostic sensi-tivity and a specificity of 89.66%and 90.84%,respectively(P<0.05).The LC+SS group reported 58 deaths,with an overall mortality rate of 25.78%.Deceased pa-tients presented higher MELD,SOFA,and MEWS points than those who survived(P<0.05).MELD,SOFA,and MEWS scores were determined by COX analysis as factors independently affecting the prognosis of patients with LC+SS(P<0.05).CONCLUSION MELD,SOFA,and MEWS effectively diagnosed LC in patients complicated with SS,and they demonstrated great significance in assessing prognosis,which provides a reliable prognosis guarantee for patients with LC+***,their assessment effects remain limited,which is worthy of further investigation by more in-depth and rigorous experimental a

联络巷防水密闭墙受两次采动的影响,其稳定性关系到相邻工作面的安全回采。针对联络巷防水密闭墙稳定性难以确定这一关键问题,以察哈素煤矿联络巷防水密闭墙为例,采用理论分析,计算分析了不受采动影响下防水密闭墙承受的最大安全水头高度,阐明了防水密闭墙与煤岩柱易失稳的结构弱面;采用数值模拟,分析了一次、两次采动和不同水头高度(6.0、9.0、12.0和15.0 m)下防水密闭墙的受力状态、位移情况以及接触面滑移状态。基于结构弱面分析,采用自主研发的井下采空区防水密闭墙应力、位移监测系统,对密闭墙测点进行了合理布设和监测,最终确定了采动和水压作用下防水密闭墙的最大安全水头高度。在此基础上,对3–1工作面开采侧向支承压力分布规律进行了实测,并对防水密闭墙的位置进行了优化。结果表明:不考虑采动影响,防水密闭墙的最大安全水头高度为12.4 m,防水密闭墙体顶底角以及与煤柱相嵌的接触面为结构弱面,易发生破坏;采动对防水密闭墙有一定的损伤,水压作用加剧了密闭墙与煤柱接触面间的滑移;采动和水压作用下防水密闭墙所能承受的最大水头高度为9.0 m,警戒水位线的水头高度为7.2 m;工作面侧向压力峰值区约在10.5~12.5 m处,建议防水密闭墙布置在距离采空区侧大于15.0~20.0 m,以避开支承压力峰值。研究结果可为类似矿井防水密闭墙的稳定性评估与位置优化提供理论基础与应用参考。

为了解地质高背景区土壤-水稻系统重金属含量与污染状况,在重庆市东南部采集土壤和水稻籽实样品200套,分析测试了土壤和水稻籽实中重金属含量及赋存状态,利用综合影响指数(IICQ)对土壤-水稻中重金属进行了综合质量评价,并分析了土壤-水稻系统Cd等重金属超标的主要影响因素.结果表明,土壤中As、Cd、Cr、Hg和Pb平均值均高于重庆市表层土壤背景值和中国表层土壤平均值,土壤重金属富集效应明显.与农用地土壤风险筛选值相比,研究区土壤中Cd、Hg、As和Pb均存在不同程度的超标,Cd和Hg超标率达82.0%和22.5%;水稻籽实中有41件样品Cd含量超过GB 2726-2022中的标准限值,超标率为20.5%,土壤与农作物Cd等重金属污染评价结果存在较大差异.随着土壤pH的增加,土壤中Cd的含量平均值逐渐增加,但水稻籽实中Cd的含量平均值降低了0.245 mg·kg^(-1),超标率降低了42.14%.水稻籽实中Cd含量与土壤Cd离子交换态、水溶态呈显著相关,土壤pH越高,土壤中生物有效组分占比越低,土壤pH是影响研究区水稻安全的主要因素.综合质量评价结果显示研究区以中度和重度污染为主,但水稻籽实大多处于清洁状态,少数呈轻微污染,无轻度及以上污染. pH>7.5的碱性地区,水稻基本安全;pH<5.5以下强酸性土壤,水稻籽实超标率达45%,建议施用生石灰或钙质土壤调理剂,改善土壤酸化问题,降低Cd生物有效组分的活性,降低水稻等农产品的超标率.
