This paper investigates some approximation properties and learning rates of Lipschitz kernel on the sphere. A perfect convergence rate on the shifts of Lipschitz kernel on the sphere, which is faster than O（n-1/2）, is obtained, where n is the number of parameters needed in the approximation. By means of the approximation, a learning rate of regularized least square algorithm with the Lipschitz kernel on the sphere is also deduced.

急性脑梗死患者急救成功率的影响因素分析

目的:探讨影响急性脑梗死(ACI)患者急救成功率的相关因素.方法:选择2018年7月至2022年7月于本院治疗的115例ACI患者为研究对象.根据溶栓治疗后的生存状况将其分为急救失败组(n=20)和急救成功组(n=95).调查患者的临床资料,经单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析方法对影响ACI患者急救成功率的因素进行分析.结果:115例ACI患者中急救成功95例,急救成功率为82.61%.急救成功组和急救失败组的发病至溶栓时间、神经功能缺损程度、合并糖尿病比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,发病至溶栓时间≥4.5h、重度神经功能缺损、合并糖尿病,均是影响ACI患者急救成功率的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论:ACI患者急救成功率的影响因素包括发病至溶栓时间≥4.5h、重度神经功能缺损、合并糖尿病.

Silicon has attracted much attention as a promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) due to its high theoretical capacity and rich resource abundance. However, the practical battery use of Si is challenged by its low conductivity and drastic volume variation during the Li uptake/release process. Tremendous efforts have been made on shrinking the particle size of Si into nanoscale so that the volume variation could be accommodated. However, the bare nano-Si material would still pulverize upon (de)lithiation. Moreover, it shows an excessive surface area to invite unlimited growth of solid electrolyte interface that hinders the transportation of charge carriers, and an increased interparticle resistance. As a result, the Si nanoparticles gradually lose their electrical contact during the cycling process, which accounts for poor thermodynamic stability and sluggish kinetics of the anode reaction versus Li. To address these problems and improve the Li storage performance of nano-Si anode, proper structural design should be applied on the Si anode. In this perspective, we will briefly review some strategies for improving the electrochemistry versus Li of nano-Si materials and their derivatives, and show opinions on the optimal design of nanostructured Si anode for advanced LIBs.

Over the past decades,solid electrolytes have re-emerged as promising candidates which replace flammable liquid electrolytes for a safe,energy-dense,and reversible storage of electrochemical energy in batteries[1].However,as the main distinct families of solid electrolytes,both polymer and ceramic electrolytes have their individual disadvantages in ionic conductivity,mechanical robustness,and interfacial resistance.

Functionalized ionic liquids(FILs)as extractants were employed for the separation of tungsten and molybdenum from a sulfate solution for the first *** effects of initial pH,extractant concentration,metal concentrations in the feed were comprehensively *** results showed that tricaprylmethylammonium bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)phosphinate([A336][Cyanex272])could selectively extract W over Mo at an initial pH value of 5.5;the best separation factorβ_(W/Mo) of 25.61 was obtained for a solution with low metal concentrations(WO3:2.49 g/L,Mo:1.04 g/L).The[A336][Cyanex272]system performed effectively for solutions of different W/Mo molar ratios and different metal ion concentrations in the *** chemical reaction between[A336][Cyanex272]and W followed the ion association mechanism,which was further proved by the Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR)spectra of loaded[A336][Cyanex272]and the free *** stripping experiments indicated that 95.48%W and 100.00%Mo were stripped using a 0.20 mol/L sodium hydroxide ***,the selective extractions of W and Mo from two synthetic solutions of different high metal concentrations were obtained;the separation factorβW/Mo reached 23.24 and 17.59 for the first and second solutions,*** results suggest the feasibility of[A336][Cyanex272]as an extractant for the separation of tungsten and molybdenum.

为评估大型钢筋混凝土渡槽结构在主震后的剩余抗震性能,以南水北调中线工程某双槽渡槽为原型先进行1/6缩尺振动台试验后,再对渡槽槽身和支架构件分别进行静力和拟静力试验。研究了各构件的破坏模式和剩余抗震能力,同时建立损伤后的有限元模型进行对比验证,并采用能力谱法对渡槽支架结构的剩余抗震性能给予了评估。研究结果表明:主震后槽身试件的破坏模式与以往研究中略有不同;尽管支架试件在主震中产生不同等级震害损伤,在拟静力试验中构件滞回性能、延性系数、承载力衰减、抗侧刚度和耗能性能等参数虽有所差异,但其下降幅度不大且二者损伤发展情况相似;数值模拟结果与试验曲线较为吻合;最后通过能力谱法对渡槽构件的评估说明结构仍具有较好的剩余抗震能力。

Prognosis in prolonged coma patients with diffuse axonal injury assessed by somatosensory evoked potential

A total of 43 prolonged coma patients with diffuse axonal injury received the somatosensory evoked potential examination one month after injury in the First Affiliated Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University in China. Somatosensory evoked potentials were graded as normal, abnormal or absent （grades I-III） according to N20 amplitude and central conduction time. The outcome in patients with grade III somatosensory evoked potential was in each case unfavorable. The prognostic accuracy of grade III somatosensory evoked potential for unfavorable and non-awakening outcome was 100% and 80%, respectively. The prognostic accuracy of grade I somatosensory evoked potential for favorable and wakening outcome was 86% and 100%, respectively. These results suggest that somatosensory evoked potential grade is closely correlated with coma severity and degree of recovery. Somatosensory evoked potential is a valuable diagnostic tool to assess prognosis in prolonged coma patients with diffuse axonal injury.

目的探讨HHLA2与转录因子FOXO3A在非小细胞肺癌组织中表达水平及与其临床预后的关系。方法选取147例接受检查治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组化法对癌组织及癌旁组织中HHLA2和FOXO3A表达进行测定。多因素cox回归分析非小细胞肺癌患者的预后相关因素。结果HHLA2在非小细胞肺癌组织中呈现高表达(57.1%vs 42.9%),FOX3OA蛋白阳性率低于癌旁组织(34.7%vs 65.3%)(P<0.05);HHLA2蛋白与TNM分期、淋巴结状态和复发显著相关,FOX3OA仅仅与TNM分期和淋巴结状态有关;单因素分析显示:TMN分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移、复发、HHLA2阳性和FOXO3A阴性与患者5年生存率相关;多因素分析显示:TMN分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移、HHLA2阳性、FOXO3A阴性是影响非小细胞肺癌患者预后的独立危险因素。HHLA2阴性、FOXO3A阳性的非小细胞肺癌患者5年总体生存率明显高于HHLA2阳性、FOXO3A阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论在非小细胞肺癌患者中,HHLA2蛋白表达升高与FOXO3A蛋白表达降低可能是影响其预后的独立危险因素。

In this paper, the technique of approximate partition of unity is used to construct a class of neural networks operators with sigmoidal functions. Using the modulus of continuity of function as a metric, the errors of the operators approximating continuous functions defined on a compact interval are estimated. Furthmore, Bochner-Riesz means operators of double Fourier series are used to construct networks operators for approximating bivariate functions, and the errors of approximation by the operators are estimated.
