目的探讨热敏灸联合Maitland松动术治疗卒中后偏瘫肩痛(HPS)疗效。方法 104例HSP患者来源2021年1月—2022年12月江西中医药大学附属医院,对照A组用热敏灸治疗、对照B组用Maitland术、观察组二法联合治疗,评价临床疗效、数字评定量表(NRS)、上肢Fugl-Meyer和Barthel指数。结果 3组治疗后NRS评分下降、Fugal-Meyer和Barthel指数上升,观察组较对照A组和B组变化明显,观察组有效率明显优于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合Maitland术治疗卒中后HPS临床疗效显著,能有效缓解肩部疼痛和痉挛程度,有助于恢复肩关节功能,改善生活质量,对卒中后康复有指导意义。

目的通过网状Meta分析评价不同保温措施对腹部手术患者围术期低体温的干预效果。方法检索中国知网(CNKI),维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP),万方数据(Wan Fang Data),中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed),PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase中不同保温措施对腹部手术患者围术期低体温干预效果的随机对照试验研究,检索时间均为建库至2023年9月1日。2名研究员根据纳入和排除标准,独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价。采用Revman 5.4、R 4.3.1和Stata17.0进行网状Meta分析。结果共纳入26项研究,涉及9种保温措施,共计2414例患者。结果显示,充气式保温毯联合加温冲洗在维持腹部手术患者围术期核心体温中效果最佳;充气式保温毯联合加温输液在减少患者围术期低体温和寒战发生率的效果最佳。结论现有证据表明,充气式保温毯联合加温冲洗/加温输液对腹部手术患者围术期低体温干预效果最佳。

During the northeast monsoon season,Zhe-Min Coastal Current(ZMCC)travels along the Chinese mainland coast and carries fresh,cold,and eutrophic *** is significantly important for the hydrodynamic processes and marine ecosystems along its ***,this bottom-trapped plume deserves to be further discussed in terms of the major driving factor,for which different opinions *** this purpose,in this study,a high resolution Semi-implicit Cross-scale Hydroscience Integrated System Model(SCHISM)is established and *** correlation coefficients exist between along-shelf wind speeds and seasonal variations of both ZMCC volume transport and the freshwater *** coefficients imply that the wind is important in regulating ***,for similar annual mean ZMCC volume transports,the extreme south boundaries of Zhe-Min Coastal Water(ZMCW)are different among different *** difference is attracting attention and is explored in this *** to the low wind/discharge experiment,it was found that although the volume transport of ZMCC is more sensitive to the variation of local wind speeds,the carried freshwater is limited by the Changjiang River discharge,which ultimately determines the south boundary of *** momentum analysis at transects I and II shows that,for driving ZMCC,the along-shore wind forcing is as important as the buoyancy *** that this conclusion is supported by a zero-discharge *** was also found that the buoyancy forcing varies with respect to time and space,which is due to variations of the discharge of Changjiang *** addition,a particle tracking experiment shows that the substance carried by the Changjiang River diluted water would distribute along the Zhe-Min coastal region during the northeast monsoon season and it may escape due to the wind relaxation.

Atmospheric jets-with shear-can induce a vertical oceanic circulation with upwelling and down -welling even over the open ocean in regions where the Coriolis parameter can be regarded as a constant. Winds with nosheard that bloe parallel to the equator can also induce a vertical oceanic circulation with upwelling and downwellingwithin an equatorial radius of deformation. This study concerns the oceanic response to a westerly wind burst, in theform of an atmospheric jet, similar to those that occur over the western equatorial Pacific . It is shown that the shear ofthe wind, if it is within an equatorial radius of deformation, can alter the vertical circulation substantially, especially ifthere are westerly and easterly winds near the equator. A commentary on measurements amde during a westerly windburst over the western equatorial Pacific has been given.

New production line management technologiesare required and adopted recently with the development ofmodern manufacturing industry. In this study, a productionline three-dimensional （3D） visualization monitoring sys-tem based on OpenGL modeling, open database connec-tivity （ODBC）, and database management technology isestablished on a VC＋＋6.0 platform to satisfy effectiveproduction. A client/server model is adopted in the system,and data on processing information, interactive operation,and failure process are stored in the server side database. Aclient reads the workpiece process information from theserver, and the machining process of every workpiece isvisually represented in the form of 3D visualization. Pro-duction line 3D visualization provides production capacitysimulation to optimize the parameter settings. Whencompared with the analysis results of production linecapacity, the key parameters possess the same optimalvalues, and this proves the accuracy of production line 3Dvisualization monitoring system. The system provideseffective data support for production line monitoring andmanagement in enterprises.

目的探讨头皮针联合重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效。方法将60例卒中后认知功能障碍患者按数字表法随机分为3组，各20例。在常规治疗基础上，头皮针组增加头皮针治疗，重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）组增加高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗，联合治疗组采用2种方法联合治疗。采用MMSE、MoCA及巴氏指数评估3组患者在治疗前、治疗4周后、治疗8周后的认知功能及日常生活活动能力。结果治疗后，3组患者认知功能均提高（P<0.05）；其中，联合治疗组在治疗8周后，认知功能改善更明显（P<0.05）。结论头皮针联合rTMS能有效改善卒中后认知功能障碍患者的认知功能。

There are obvious periodic oscillations in the observations of storm surges in the East China Sea . The storm surges are not only controlled by the wind stresses and isolated long wave caused by typhoons but also affected by the interaction between astronomical tides and storm surges . In the present paper we simulate the interaction between tides and storm surges by using a two dimensional numerical model. In our numerical experiments we use the data of the storm surge induced by Typhoon 8114 . The calculations tally with the measured data well. The results indicate that the periodic osculations occurring in the elevations of the surge are mainly caused by the interaction between the tide and the storm surge . The numerical experiments also indicate that the forecasting precision may be notably improved if the nonlinear interaction between tides and storm surges is taken into account.
