In most of Arabian courtiers Rhazya stricta is extensively utilized in public medicine for several diseases *** this study,crude alkaloid extract of ***(CAERS)coated with silver nanoparticles(CAERS-AgNPs)as potential treatment against diabetes in DM animal model was *** albino male rats(n=80)were injected with STZ to induce Diabetes Mellitus type-2(DM).DM-rats were injected different doses of CAERS or CAERS-nanoparticles(CAERS-NPs)for 2 *** results exhibited that mRNA expression of insulin and insulin receptor was down-regulated,activity levels of antioxidant enzymes were decreased,generation of ROS mediated DNA adducts and apoptosis in DM-rats was increased significantly than those in negative control *** contrast,the expression of insulin and insulin receptor genes was up-regulated,activity levels of antioxidant enzymes,ROS generation,DNA adducts and apoptosis incidence in DM-rats supplemented with high dose of CAERS and all doses of CAERS-NPs were *** conclusion:*** nanoparticles improved the anti-diabetic effect of the plant much more than the powder form of the *** action could be attributed to modification of the chemical and physical properties of the plant *** properties modification might be improved the ability of plant compounds to penetrate the cell membrane which facilitating release of plant materials into the target cells.

The introduction of w-operation in the class of flat modules has been successful. Let R be a ring. An R-module M is called a w-fiat module if Tor1r（M, N） is GV-torsion for all R-modules N. In this paper, we introduce the w-operation in Gorenstein homological algebra. An R-module M is called Ding w-flat if there exists an exact sequence of projective R-modules ... → P1 → P0 → p0 → p1 → ... such that M Im（P0 → p0） and such that the functor HomR （-,F） leaves the sequence exact whenever F is w-flat. Several well- known classes of rings are characterized in terms of Ding w-flat modules. Some examples are given to show that Ding w-flat modules lie strictly between projective modules and Gorenstein projective modules. The Ding w-flat dimension （of modules and rings） and the existence of Ding w-flat precovers are also studied.

The geochemistry of magnetite provides constraints on the source(s) of the magnetite and other ore minerals. In this study, we constructed a magnetite distribution map, compared the chemical composition of magnetite present in hard rocks with that present in sand beach and stream deposits to determine magnetite’s provenance,investigated relationships among different trace elements,examined variations in the concentrations of trace elements present in magnetite, and identified the type of studied magnetite. Laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry/inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy was used to analyze samples available in small and large amounts, respectively. The average magnetite compositions of beach and river samples were substantially similar to those of andesite rocks,revealing that the magnetite samples may have originated from surrounding andesite rocks;this finding is consistent with the chemical composition of the samples analyzed using LA-ICP-MS. Some of the andesite rocks found in the study area were the primary source of magnetite aggregations in the beach sands and stream sands near or slightly away from these rocks. High Ti–V magnetites lie within the fields of Fe–Ti–V bearing magnetite and titanomagnetite(ulv?spinel). These titanomagnetites may be undergoing transformation to spinel minerals such as galaxite,gahnite, magnesiochromite, and chromite, which are characterized by the high concentrations of Al, Ti, Mg, Cr,Ni, Mn, and Zn. The positive correlation between Fe and Ti, Cr and Ni, and also the negative correlation between Fe and Mg, Mn and Zn can be attributed to various magnetite phases present in the study area. V, Co, Mo, Nb, Ga, Sn,and Ta exhibited a positive correlation with Fe and a negative correlation with Al. Background ＆ Objective The relationship between lipid profile perturbation and diabetes associated complications has long been an area of interest. Dyslipidemia is a potent predictor of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in diabetic patients. The aim of present study was to investigate relationship between aging and lipid profiles in diabetic and non-diabetic atherosclerotie patients. Methods Five hundred and seventy six individuals （45-75 year age） participated in this study. Among these, 192 were having history of diabetes mellitus and atherosclerosis. Individuals are categorized on the base of health （normal, non-diabetic atheroselerosis, diabetic atherosclerosis） and age （45-55 years, 56~55 years, and 66-75 years）. All the participants were subjected to the procedures like a detailed history, biochemical analysis for fasting blood sugar, hemoglobin Alc, total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, low-density lipoprotein-（LDL）, very low-density lipoprotein （VLDL） and high-density lipoprotein （HDL）. All these parameters were compared between diabetic and non-diabetic atherosclerotic patients of all three age groups. TC/HDL and LDL/HDL were also calculated. Results Diabetic atherosclerotic individuals （both males and females） had high level of TC, TG, LDL, VLDL and low level of HDL in comparison to non-diabetic atherosclerotie and normal control individuals. Among all three age groups, lipoprotein abnormality was observed to be more frequent in females than males. There was a significant increase in TC/HDL and LDL/HDL ratio in diabetic atherosclerotic subjects compared to age and sex matched non-diabetic atherosclerotic and normal control. Conclusions Degree of dyslipidemia increases with increase in age in both genders. Female are more prone to diabetic dyslipidemia and hence have more risk of developing atherosclerosis with increasing age.

Introduction and Significance: Burn injury (BI) is a considerable health issue which is responsible for around 300,000 deaths and affecting about 11 million people every year worldwide. In Saudi Arabia, the prevalence of BIs array from 112 to 518 per 100,000 per year. The appropriate awareness of performing first aid could facilitate to improve the outcomes of burns. Purpose and Objectives: To appraise the community that acknowledges burns, first aid, and associated factors among the community population in Jazan City, Saudi Arabia. The paper aims to identify limitations to encourage additional research and persuade legislators to develop improved burn-injury care recommendations and training programs. Materials and Methods: An observational-based sample survey was conducted among the people who live in Jazan City aging 13 years or more, during April 5 to May 5, 2023. Data collection was done by a validated online self-administrated questionnaire sent randomly to community members in different parts of Jazan City via social media platforms. Collected data were coded and cleaned by an excel program, and finally exported on SPSS 26.0 software. The variables were analyzed using descriptive statistics like frequencies and percentages. Also, the Chi-square test was used to investigate the relation between different variables, with a significance value of P Results: This study included 243 participants (about 62%) among them were mostly male participants (151) having a university degree. The majority of participants 75% did not take any form of BFA training in the past. This study shows that 69.9% of the participants have inadequate awareness, despite 72% having a constructive attitude towards burn first aid. Previous burn-related first aid training was significantly associated with participants’ knowledge of BFA at a p-value less than 0.05. The average absorbed dose in glandular tissue is the most appropriate parameter for the assessment of the radiation-induced risk during breast imaging. The aims of this work concern:(1) the investigation of the variation effect of any related update to photon cross-section data-bases on the computation of the normalized glandular dose(Dg N) for mammography quality control tests and(2) the proposition of a parameterization method leading to provide Dg N values function of the breast thickness(T) and the particle energy(E) instead of E alone, as normally known. We analyzed the change effect of the photon cross-section data-bases on the computation of Dg N. Those coefficients, generated using the Geant4 Monte Carlo toolkit, were studied over a range of compressed breast thickness of 2–8 cm for monoenergetic(1–120 ke V by 1 ke V intervals) and polyenergetic(23–35 k Vp by 2 k Vp intervals) X-ray beams. Moreover, breast tissue composition ranging from about0% glandular(about 100% adipose) to 100% glandular(0% adipose) was also covered. The successful parameterization of Dg N look-up table function of the breast thickness and energy, will compact its analytical form without loss of accuracy. All parameterization fits resulted in r2 values of 0.999 or better.

Publishing big data and making it accessible to researchers is important for knowledge building as it helps in applying highly efficient methods to plan,conduct,and assess scientific ***,publishing and processing big data poses a privacy concern related to protecting individuals’sensitive information while maintaining the usability of the published *** anonymization methods,such as slicing and merging,have been designed as solutions to the privacy concerns for publishing big ***,the major drawback of merging and slicing is the random permutation procedure,which does not always guarantee complete protection against attribute or membership ***,merging procedures may generatemany fake tuples,leading to a loss of data utility and subsequent erroneous knowledge *** study therefore proposes a slicingbased enhanced method for privacy-preserving big data publishing while maintaining the data *** particular,the proposed method distributes the data into horizontal and vertical *** lower and upper protection levels are then used to identify the unique and identical attributes’*** unique and identical attributes are swapped to ensure the published big data is protected from disclosure *** outcome of the experiments demonstrates that the proposed method could maintain data utility and provide stronger privacy preservation.

Notwithstanding the discovery of vaccines for Covid-19, the virus'srapid spread continues due to the limited availability of vaccines, especially inpoor and emerging countries. Therefore, the key issues in the presentCOVID-19 pandemic are the early identification of COVID-19, the cautiousseparation of infected cases at the lowest cost and curing the disease in the earlystages. For that reason, the methodology adopted for this study is imaging tools,particularly computed tomography, which have been critical in diagnosing andtreating the disease. A new method for detecting Covid-19 in X-rays and CTimages has been presented based on the Scatter Wavelet Transform and DenseDeep Neural Network. The Scatter Wavelet Transform has been employed as afeature extractor, while the Dense Deep Neural Network is utilized as a binaryclassifier. An extensive experiment was carried out to evaluate the accuracy ofthe proposed method over three datasets: IEEE 80200, Kaggle, andCovid-19 X-ray image data Sets. The dataset used in the experimental part consists of 14142. The numbers of training and testing images are 8290 and 2810,respectively. The analysis of the result refers that the proposed methods achievedhigh accuracy of 98%. The proposed model results show an excellent outcomecompared to other methods in the same domain, such as (DeTraC) CNN, whichachieved only 93.1%, CNN, which achieved 94%, and stacked Multi-ResolutionCovXNet, which achieved 97.4%. The accuracy of CapsNet reached 97.24%.
