员工自愿绿色行为是企业可持续发展和环境成功管理的关键。本研究运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)实证探究了绿色服务型领导和员工自愿绿色行为之间的关系,在此基础上探讨了认知机制的中介作用和情感机制的调节边界。研究结果显示:首先,绿色服务型领导作为员工自愿绿色行为的外驱力,促进员工自愿绿色行为;其次,绿色服务型领导通过系列服务行为作用于员工的认知机制(绿色自我效能感、绿色工作投入),最终影响员工自愿绿色行为;最后,高和谐式环保激情强化了绿色服务型领导对员工自愿绿色行为的促进作用,但低和谐式环保激情对二者之间关系的调节作用不显著。本文结论扩展了绿色服务型领导和员工自愿绿色行为关系的相关研究,为企业绿色发展与管理提供了理论和现实依据。

Conjugated polymers and oligomers have great potentials in various fields,especially in materials and biological sciences because of their intriguing electronic and optoelectronic *** recent years,the through-space conjugation system has emerged as a new assembled pattern of multidimensional ***,a novel series of structurally condensed multicolumn/multilayer 3D polymers and oligomers have been designed and synthesized through one-pot Suzuki polycondensation(SPC).The intramolecularly stacked arrangement of polymers can be supported by either X-ray structural analysis or computational *** all cases,polymers were obtained with modest to good yields,as determined by GPC and 1 ***-TOF analysis has proven the speculation of the step-growth process of this *** computational study of ab initio and DFT calculations based on trimer and pentamer models gives details of the structures and the electronic *** results of optical and AIE research confirmed by calculation indicates that the present work would facilitate the research and applications in materials.

Rocks of the late Neoproterozoic Askaoun pluton (558 ± 2 ma) located in the Ouzellarh-Sirwa promontory (Anti-Atlas) include magmatic microgranular enclaves (MMEs) ranging from rounded to ovoid in shape, dark and fine grained and generally 5 to 10 cm in size, some reaching a size of 50 cm. They are composed of microdiorite, quartz microdiorite and micromonzodiorite, whereas the felsic host rocks comprise mainly quartz-diorite and amphibole-biotite granodiorite based on mineralogical compositions. The mineral assemblage is similar to those described in their hosting granitoids but with different proportions. In this study composition of minerals is used to describe the nature of the magma and estimate the pressure, temperature and oxygen fugacity at which Askaoun pluton is emplaced. Based on chemistry of biotite Askaoun pluton formed from calc-alkaline magma. Compositions of plagioclase (An5 - An29);hornblende (Mg ≠= 0.59 - 0.65) and biotite (Mg ≠= 0.49 - 0.55) of MMEs are slightly distinct or similar to those of host rocks (An7-40;hbl Mg ≠= 0.64 - 0.69;Bi Mg ≠= 0.49 - 0.50) which suggest partial to complete equilibration during mafic-felsic magma interaction. The coexisting hornblende and plagioclase (hornblende-plagioclase thermometry), Al content in hornblende (aluminum-in-hornblende barometry) and the assemblage titanite-magnetite-quartz were used to constrain the P, T and fO2 during the crystallization of the parent magmas. The Askaoun pluton was emplaced at temperature ca. 504°C - 633°C and at pressure ca. 0.9 - 4.66 ± 0.6 Kbars (average depth = 6.5 km) from a highly oxidized magma (log fO2 = ?24.8 to ?19.2).

Fasting for Laboratory Tests Poses a High Risk of Hypoglycemia in Patients with Diabetes: A Pilot Prevalence Study in Clinical Practice

Objective: Fasting for lipid profiles is a deeply-rooted tradition that is being revisited. In patients with diabetes, such fasting poses a risk of hypoglycemia, as observed in recent studies and case reports. This iatrogenic, overlooked, form of hypoglycemia has been referred to as Fasting-Evoked En-route Hypoglycemia in Diabetes (FEEHD). The objective of the study is to determine the prevalence of FEEHD in clinical practice. Methods: A two-page survey was administered to adults with diabetes on anti-diabetic medication(s). Patients were asked if they recalled having experienced hypoglycemia while fasting for laboratory tests (FEEHD) during the preceding 12 months. Results: Of 168 patients enrolled, 166 completed the survey, with a mean age of 55.3 (SD: 15.4) years. Seventy-nine (47.6%) were females. Of these 166 patients, 119 (71 %) had type 2 diabetes. Forty-five patients (27.1%) reported having experienced one or more FEEHD events. Notably, only 31.1% of the patients who experienced a FEEHD event informed their provider of the event, and only 40% of FEEHD events reportedly resulted in any subsequent provider-made medication change(s) to prevent future events. Conclusions: This is the first study of FEEHD prevalence in clinical practice, the results of which serve to increase awareness amongst clinicians about the occurrence of FEEHD. We believe that FEEHD appears to be overlooked by clinicians. The prevalence of FEEHD in clinical practice is strikingly high (27.1%). More concerning is the significant underreporting of FEEHD events by patients to their clinicians (31%). We hope this study will trigger further investigation to confirm these preliminary findings and modify practice guidelines.
