开展研究的目的,在于探究饲料中添加黄芪（Astragalus membranaceus,AM）和杜仲（Eucommia ulmoides,EU）叶提取物对鲫鱼的生长性能、机体抗氧化应激能力以及组织结构产生的影响。饲料中添加黄芪和杜仲叶提取物对鲫鱼生长性能、饲料利用率和全鱼体成分的影响实验设置了六组等氮等能的饲料,分别为添加了 0.02%AM,0.1%EU,0.02%AM＆0.05%EU,0.02%AM＆0.1%EU（kg-1）以及 0.02%AM＆0.2%EU 的试验日粮。用六组饲料分别投喂养殖在循环水系统中的实验鱼（初始均重为10.01g±0.002g）,养殖周期为8周。养殖期间,每天人工投喂4次至表观饱食。养殖试验结束后发现,投喂0.02%AM＆0.05%EU,0.02%AM＆0.1%EU 以及 0.02%AM＆0.2%EU（kg-1）饲料组的鱼体重（FBW）、体重增长率（WGR）以及特定生长率（SGR）显著高于对照组、0.02%AM组以及0.1%EU组（P＜0.05）,尽管其中0.02%AM与0.02%AM＆0.1%EU组之间的这些指标并无显著差异（P＞0.05）。此外,处理组的饲料系数（FCR）与对照组无显著差异（P＞0.05）,但 0.02%AM＆0.05%EU 组的 FCR 显著低于 0.1%EU 组的（P＜0.05）。全鱼体成分结果来看,0.02%AM+0.05%EU组和0.02%AM+0.2%EU组水分含量显著低于对照组之外,其余所有组的全鱼水分含量均无显著差异（P＞0.05）,其他所有组之间均无显著差异。所有处理组鱼体粗蛋白水平与对照组无显著差异,除了处理组中的0.02%AM＆0.05%EU组显著高于0.02%AM组之外（P＜0.05）。不同日粮投喂实验对鱼体灰分含量并没有显著影响。0.2%AM组的粗脂肪含量显著低于0.02%AM＆0.2%EU组（P＜0.05）,但与对照组无显著差异。饲料中添加黄芪和杜仲叶提取物对鲫鱼血浆生化指标以及鱼体抗氧化应激能力的影响饲料中添加黄芪和杜仲叶提取物对鲫鱼血浆葡萄糖（GLU）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、总蛋白（TP）、白蛋白（ALB）、总甘油三酯（TG）以及总胆固醇（TC）水平有显著影响。结果发现,投喂添加了 0.02%AM饲料的鱼体血糖水平显著低于对照组和其他处理组（P＜0.05）。0.02%AM＆0.2%EU组血浆ALT水平显著低于对照组和 0.02%AM＆0.1%EU 组（P＜0.05）,但与 0.02%AM、0.1%EU 和 0.02%AM＆0.05 EU%差异不显著（P＞0.05）。处理组血浆AST水平与对照组相比无显著差异,但是0.1%EU 组的 AST 水平显著高于 0.02%AM＆0.2%EU 组（P＜0.05）。0.02%AM＆0.05%EU组血浆TP和ALB水平最高,且显著高于对照组、0.02 AM%组和0.02%AM＆0.2%EU组（P＜0.05）。0.02%AM和0.02%AM＆0.2%EU组鱼体血浆TG和TC含量显著低于对照组及剩余处理组（P＜0.05）。在本研究中,饲料中添加黄芪和杜仲叶提取物同样对鱼体肝脏过氧化氢酶（CAT）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和溶菌酶（LYSOZYME）产生显著影响,但对丙二醛（MDA）没有影响。所有实验组中,除0.02%AM＆0.2%EU饲料组的鱼体肝脏CAT活性显著高于对照组和0.02%AM组外（P＜0.05）,均与对照组无显著差异,且0.02%AM＆0.2%EU与剩余的其他处理组也无显著差异。摄食添加了 0.02%AM＆0.2%EU的饲料的鱼体肝脏SOD活性显著高于对照组、0.02%AM组以及0.02%AM＆0.1%EU组（P＜0.05）,但与剩余组无差异。溶菌酶活性在所有处理组中无显著差异,但0.02%AM＆0.05%EU和0.02%AM＆0.2%EU组的溶菌酶活性显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。饲料中添加黄芪和杜仲叶提取物对鲫鱼肝脏和肠道组织结构的影响通过对肝脏和肠道组织切片进行HE染色观察其组织结构的变化。结果显示,与对照组、0.02%AM（Fig-4.1B）,0.02%AM＆0.05%EU（Fig-4.1D）以及 0.02%AM＆0.2%EU（Fig-4.1F）组不同的是,摄食添加了 0.1%EU（Fig-4.1C）、0.02%AM＆0.1%EU（Fig-4.1E）饲料组的肝脏细胞出现严重的水肿和细胞核固缩现象。与对照组相比,摄食0.02%AM（Fig-4.2B）,0.02%AM＆0.05%EU（Fig-4.2D）和 0.02%AM＆0.2%EU（Fig-4.2F）组的鱼肠道切片染色结果无显著差异。但是,添加了 0.1%EU（Fig-4.2C）和0.02%AM＆0.1%EU（Fig-4.2

Proper Conformal Killing Vectors in Kantowski-Sachs Metric

This paper deals with the existence of proper conformal Killing vectors(CKVs) in Kantowski-Sachs *** to some integrability conditions, the general form of vector filed generating CKVs and the conformal factor is presented. The integrability conditions are solved generally as well as in some particular cases to show that the nonconformally flat Kantowski-Sachs metric admits two proper CKVs, while it admits a 15-dimensional Lie algebra of CKVs in the case when it becomes conformally flat. The inheriting conformal Killing vectors(ICKVs), which map fluid lines conformally, are also investigated.

The prediction of human diseases,particularly COVID-19,is an extremely challenging task not only for medical experts but also for the technologists supporting them in diagnosis and *** deal with the prediction and diagnosis of COVID-19,we propose an Internet of Medical Things-based Smart Monitoring Hierarchical Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System(IoMTSM-HMFIS).The proposed system determines the various factors like fever,cough,complete blood count,respiratory rate,Ct-chest,Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein,family history,and antibody detection(lgG)that are directly involved in *** expert system has two input variables in layer 1,and seven input variables in layer *** layer 1,the initial identification for COVID-19 is considered,whereas in layer 2,the different factors involved are ***,advanced lab tests are conducted to identify the actual current status of the *** major focus of this study is to build an IoMT-based smart monitoring system that can be used by anyone exposed to COVID-19;the system would evaluate the user’s health condition and inform them if they need consultation with a specialist for ***-2019a tool is used to conduct the *** COVID-19 IoMTSM-HMFIS system has an overall accuracy of approximately 83%.Finally,to achieve improved performance,the analysis results of the system were shared with experts of the Lahore General Hospital,Lahore,Pakistan.

Water flooding behavior in flow cells for ammonia production via electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction

The green production of ammonia,in an electrochemical flow cell under ambient conditions,is a promising way to replace the energy-intensive Haber-Bosch *** the operation of this flow cell with an alkaline electrolyte,water is produced at the anode but also required as an essential reactant at the cathode for nitrogen ***,water from the anode is expected to diffuse through the membrane to the cathode to compensate for the water needed for nitrogen *** water permeation,however,tends to increase the possibility of water flooding,which would not only create a large barrier for nitrogen delivery and availability,but also lead to severe hydrogen evolution as side reaction,and thus significantly lower the ammonia production rate and Faradaic *** this work,the water flooding phenomenon in flow cells for ammonia production via electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction is verified via the visualization approach and the electrochemical cell *** addition,the effects of the nitrogen flow rate,applied current density,and membrane thickness on the water crossover flux and ammonia production rate are comprehensively *** underlying mechanism of water transport through the membrane,including diffusion and electro-osmotic drag,is precisely examined and specified to provide more insight on water flooding behavior in the flow cell.

Spatial Rainfall Variability and an Increasing Threat of Drought, According to Climate Change in Uttaradit Province, Thailand

This study presents the work commenced in northern Thailand on spatial and temporal variability of rainfall. Thirty years (1988-2017) rainfall data of eight meteorological stations were used for assessing temporal variability and trend analysis. The results showed decreasing trend in rainfall from its first half of the observed study period (1988-2002) to last half of the time period (2003-2017) in total average annual as well as monsoonal average rainfall by 14.92% and 15.50% respectively. It was predicted from linear regression results that by 2030 the average annual and monsoonal rainfall will drop by 35% and 34.10% respectively. All stations showed negative trend except Fakara met-station in annual rainfall. In the seasonal trend analysis, the results showed decreasing trend almost in all met-stations. Mann-Kendall trend test was applied to assess the trend. All met-stations show significant negative trend. To assess drought in the study area, Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) was applied to 12-month temporal time period. The results predicted meteorological drought in the near future. The spatial distribution of rainfall presented changing phenomena in average annual, monsoonal, winter, and summer seasons in both analyzed periods.

The identification of cancer tissues in Gastroenterology imaging poses novel challenges to the computer vision community in designing generic decision support *** generic nature demands the image descriptors to be invariant to illumination gradients,scaling,homogeneous illumination,and *** this article,we devise a novel feature extraction methodology,which explores the effectiveness of Gabor filters coupled with Block Local Binary Patterns in designing such *** effectively exploit the illumination invariance properties of Block Local Binary Patterns and the inherent capability of convolutional neural networks to construct novel rotation,scale and illumination invariant *** invariance characteristics of the proposed Gabor Block Local Binary Patterns(GBLBP)are demonstrated using a publicly available texture *** use the proposed feature extraction methodology to extract texture features from Chromoendoscopy(CH)images for the classification of cancer *** proposed feature set is later used in conjuncture with convolutional neural networks to classify the CH *** proposed convolutional neural network is a shallow network comprising of fewer parameters in contrast to other state-of-the-art networks exhibiting millions of parameters required for effective *** obtained results reveal that the proposed GBLBP performs favorably to several other state-of-the-art methods including both hand crafted and convolutional neural networks-based features.
