Global perspectives and future research directions for the phytoremediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil:A knowledge mapping analysis from 2001 to 2020

In total,9,552 documents were extracted from the Web of Science Core Collection and subjected to knowledge mapping and visualization analysis for the field of phytoremediation of HM-contaminated soil(PHMCS)with CiteSpace 5.7 R3 *** results showed that(1)the number of publications increased linearly over the studied *** top 10 countries/regions,institutions and authors contributing to this field were exhibited.(2)Keyword co-occurrence cluster analysis revealed a total of 8 clusters,including“Bioremediation,”“Arsenic,”“Biochar,”“Oxidative stress,”“Hyperaccumulation,”“EDTA,”“Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,”and“Environmental pollution”clusters(3)In total,334 keyword bursts were obtained,and the 25 strongest,longest duration,and newest keyboard bursts were analyzed in *** strongest keyword burst test showed that the hottest keywords could be divided into 7 groups,i.e.,“Plant bioremediation materials,”“HM types,”“Chelating amendments,”“Other improved strategies,”“Bioremediation characteristics,”“Risk assessment,”and“Other.”Almost half of the newest topics had emerged in the past 3 years,including“biochar,”“drought,”“health risk assessment,”“electrokinetic remediation,”“nanoparticle,”and“intercropping.”(4)In total,9 knowledge base clusters were obtained in this *** studies of Ali et al.(2013),Blaylock et al.(1997),Huang et al.(1997),van der Ent et al.(2013),Salt et al.(1995),and Salt(1998),which had both high frequencies and the strongest burst scores,have had the most profound effects on PHMCS ***,future research directions were proposed.

Sodium gluconate(SG)is reported as an electrolyte additive for rechargeable aqueous zinc *** SG addition is proposed to modulate the nucleation overpotential and plating behaviors of Zn by forming a shielding buffer layer because of the adsorption priority and large steric hindrance effect,which contributes to limited rampant Zn^(2+)diffusion and mitigated hydrogen evolution and *** the introduction of 30 mmol/L SG in 2 mol/L ZnSO_(4)electrolyte,the Zn anode harvests a reversible cycling of 1200 h at 5 mA/cm^(2)and a high average Coulombic efficiency of Zn plating/stripping(99.6%).Full cells coupling Zn anode with V_(2)O_(5)·1.6H_(2)O or polyaniline cathode far surpass the SG additivefree batteries in terms of cycle stability and rate *** work provides an inspiration for design of a high-effective and low-cost electrolyte additive towards Zn-based energy storage devices.

Nutrient status and pollution levels in five areas around a manganese mine in southern China

Nutrient status and pollution levels are the main factors affecting soil *** nutrient status and pollution levels in five areas,an unexplored mine area(UA),an explored mine area(EA),a tailings area(TA),a reclamation area(RA)and an agricultural area(AA),around the Pingle manganese mine in Guangxi,China,were assessed in this *** results showed that the average total phosphorus in these five areas ranged from 1.05 to 1.57 mg/kg,corresponding to grades of extremely high and *** average total nitrogen values were 0.19,0.69,0.93,1.24 and 1.67 mg/kg in EA,TA,RA,UA and AA,corresponding to grades of very low,low,medium-low,medium-high and medium-high,*** average organic matter values were 12.78,8.92,22.77,21.29 and 29.11 mg/kg in EA,TA,RA,UA and AA,which corresponded to grades of medium-low,low,medium-high,medium-high and medium-high,*** these results indicated that the total phosphorus was sufficient in these areas,while the total nitrogen and organic matter were insufficient in EA,TA and *** available concentrations of Mn and Zn corresponded to the intermediate grade,while the values for Cu corresponded to the very low grade;these might be another factor restricting ecological *** and ecological risk assessments based on the single contamination index,Nemerow multi-factor index and potential ecological risk index showed that the five tested areas around the Mn mine were considered heavily polluted and presented high ecological *** and Cd were the dominant pollutants.

Accurate and efficient floor localization with scalable spiking graph neural networks

Floor localization is crucial for various applications such as emergency response and rescue,indoor positioning,and recommender *** existing floor localization systems have many drawbacks,like low accuracy,poor scalability,and high computational *** this paper,we first frame the problem of floor localization as one of learning node embeddings to predict the floor label of a ***,we introduce FloorLocator,a deep learning-based method for floor localization that integrates efficient spiking neural networks with powerful graph neural *** approach offers high accuracy,easy scalability to new buildings,and computational *** results on using several public datasets demonstrate that FloorLocator outperforms state-of-the-art ***,in building B0,FloorLocator achieved recognition accuracy of 95.9%,exceeding state-of-the-art methods by at least 10%.In building B1,it reached an accuracy of 82.1%,surpassing the latest methods by at least 4%.These results indicate FloorLocator’s superiority in multi-floor building environment localization.

The current study evaluated the effects of oxalic acid(OA)application on the growth and Mn phytoremediation efficiency of Polygonum pubescens Blume cultivated in three different manganese(Mn)-contaminated soils sampled from an unexplored area(US),an explored area(ES)and a tailing area(TS)of the Ertang Mn mine,South *** supplied levels of OA were 0(control),1(low level),3(medium level),and 9(high level)mmol/kg,referred to as CK,OA1,OA3 and OA9,*** results revealed that the average water-extractable Mn concentrations US,ES and TS amended with OA increased by 214.13,363.77 and 266.85%,*** OA supply levels increased plant growth and Mn concentrations in *** low OA supply level increased plant growth in ES and TS;however,contrasting results were found for the medium and high OA supply *** Mn concentrations and total Mn increased in ES and TS in response to all OA supply *** Mn in the aerial parts increased by 81.18,44.17 and 83.17%in US,ES and TS,respectively;the corresponding percentages for the whole plants were 81.53,108.98 and 77.91%,*** rate of·O_(2)^(−)production and malondialdehyde(MDA)concentrations increased in response to OA amendment,especially the medium and high OA supply levels in ES and *** general,antioxidant enzymes might play a vital role in alleviating Mn stress in plants cultivated in US,while non-enzymatic antioxidants might be the main factor for plants cultivated in ES and TS.

为了探讨植物种类和土壤性质如何影响重金属污染严重矿区的土壤反硝化过程,本研究以广西柳州泗顶铅锌矿区上游、尾矿和下游3个区域优势植物——蜈蚣草、芦苇和五节芒的根际和非根际土壤为研究对象,采用高通量测序技术和荧光定量PCR技术,分析了3种优势植物根际和非根际土壤中nirK型和nirS型反硝化细菌的群落结构、丰度和多样性特征。结果表明:罗河杆菌属(nirS型)和慢生根瘤菌属(nirK型)为根际和非根际土壤中的优势菌属,所占比例分别为2.6%~67.8%和4.1%~38.1%。尾矿区根际及非根际土壤中nirS和nirK基因的丰度范围分别为1.45×10^(6)~7.78×10^(6)基因拷贝数·g^(-1)(以干土计)和1.10×10^(6)~5.70×10^(6)基因拷贝数·g^(-1),显著低于上游区和下游区(P<0.05)。3种优势植物根际土壤的Shannon指数和ACE指数均大于非根际土壤。多元线性回归分析和Mantel检验表明,土壤含水率、总碳、总氮和总磷含量是影响泗顶矿区3种优势植物根际和非根际反硝化细菌群落组成的主要因素。研究表明,植物种类和土壤性质共同影响了矿区土壤的反硝化过程,并对反硝化微生物的丰度、群落结构和多样性产生了影响。

Based on the concept of "active blocks" and spatial distribution of historical earthquakes with surface ruptures as well as major and subordinate active faults. The Sichuan-yunnan region can be divided into four first-order blocks. They are the Markam block (I), the Sichuan-yunnan rhombic block (II), Baoshan-Pu'er block (III), and Mizhina-Ximeng block (IV). Cut by sub-ordinate NE-trending active faults, the Sichuan-yunnan rhombic block (II) can be further divided into two sub-blocks: the northwestern Sichuan sub-block (II1) and the middle yunnan sub-block (II2), while the Baoshan- Pu'er block (III) can be further divided into three sub-blocks: Baoshan sub-block (III1), Jinggu sub-block (III2), and Mengla sub-block (III3). A quantitative study of offset landforms is carried out and the basic types of active faults and their long-term slip rates along the major boundaries of active blocks of different orders in the Sichuan-yunnan region are determined, through slip vector analysis, the motion states of the active blocks are clarified and the deformation coordination on the block margins is discussed. It is suggested that the tectonic motion of the blocks in this region is a complex or superimposition of three basic types of motions: southeastward sliding, rotating on vertical axis, and uplifting. The Markam block (I), the northwestern Sichuan sub-block (II1), and middle yunnan sub-block (II2) have a southeastward horizontal sliding rate of 1-5 mm/a, clockwise rotating angular rate of 1.4-4(/Ma, and uplifting rate of about 1 mm/a. The Baoshan-Pu'er (III) and Mizhina-Ximeng (IV) blocks have also been extensively clockwise rotated. This pattern of motion is a strain response to the collision between the Indian and Eurasian plates and the localized deformation and differential slip on the block margins associated with the northward motion of the Indian Plate. 为探明硫酸盐对园林植物南美天胡荽(Hydrocotyle vulgaris Linn.)生长、镉(Cd)富集及生理生化特性的影响,采用水培的方式研究了不同浓度Cd^(2+)(1、2、4 mg∙L^(-1))添加不同浓度硫酸盐(0、200、400μmol∙L^(-1))对南美天胡荽Cd累积、日平均增长量(MDIB)、净光合速率、抗氧化系统及渗透调节物质等的影响.结果表明,随着Cd处理浓度的增加,南美天胡荽水上部和水下部Cd含量及活性氧物质(ROS)呈显著(p<0.05)增加的变化趋势,但降低了植物的净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素含量及MDIB值,抑制了植物的生长;硫酸盐添加缓解了Cd对南美天胡荽的胁迫,提高了抗坏血酸酶(APX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,以及谷胱甘肽(GSH)、植物络合素(PCs)、游离脯氨酸含量和光合速率,尤其是4 mg∙L^(-1)Cd添加400μmol∙L^(-1)硫酸盐处理效果最好.此时,GSH和PCs含量较对照分别增加了48.78%和46.09%,Pn、叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)、叶绿素a/b(Chla/b)及类胡萝卜素(Car)提高了6.61%~43.40%,MDIB提高了118.29%.本研究结果可为硫酸盐缓解植物重金属胁迫研究提供理论依据,并可为应用园林植物南美天胡荽联合硫酸盐修复Cd污染环境提供参考.
