Aqueous zinc-ion batteries （AZIBs） are fundamentally challenged by the instability of the electrode/electrolyte interface,predominantly due to irreversible zinc （Zn） deposition and hydrogen ***,the intricate mechanisms behind the electrochemical discrepancies induced by interfacial Zn2+-solvation and deposition behavior demand comprehensive *** molecules endowed with special functional groups （such as hydroxyl,carboxyl,etc.） have the potential to significantly optimize the solvation structure of Zn2+and regulate the interfacial electric double layer （EDL）.By increasing nucleation overpotential and decreasing interfacial free energy,these functional groups facilitate a lower critical nucleation radius,thereby forming an asymptotic nucleation model to promote uniform Zn ***,this study presents a pioneering approach by introducing trace amounts of n-butanol as solvation regulators to engineer the homogenized Zn （H-Zn） anode with a uniform and dense *** interfacial reaction and structure evolution are explored by in/ex-situ experimental techniques,indicating that the H-Zn anode exhibits dendrite-free growth,no by-products,and weak hydrogen evolution,in sharp contrast to the bare ***,the H-Zn anode achieves a remarkable Zn utilization rate of approximately 20% and simultaneously sustains a prolonged cycle life exceeding 500 ***,the H-Zn//NH4V4O10（NVO） full battery showcases exceptional cycle stability,retaining 95.04%capacity retention after 400 cycles at a large current density of 5 A *** study enlightens solvation-regulated additives to develop Zn anode with superior utilization efficiency and extended operational lifespan.

The globus pallidus plays a pivotal role in the basal ganglia circuit. Parkinson's disease is characterized by degeneration of dopamine-producing cells in the substantia nigra, which leads to dopamine deficiency in the brain that subsequently manifests as various motor and non-motor symptoms. This review aims to summarize the involvement of the globus pallidus in both motor and non-motor manifestations of Parkinson's disease. The firing activities of parvalbumin neurons in the medial globus pallidus, including both the firing rate and pattern, exhibit strong correlations with the bradykinesia and rigidity associated with Parkinson's disease. Increased beta oscillations, which are highly correlated with bradykinesia and rigidity, are regulated by the lateral globus pallidus. Furthermore,bradykinesia and rigidity are strongly linked to the loss of dopaminergic projections within the cortical-basal ganglia-thalamocortical loop. Resting tremors are attributed to the transmission of pathological signals from the basal ganglia through the motor cortex to the cerebellum-ventral intermediate nucleus circuit. The cortico–striato–pallidal loop is responsible for mediating pallidi-associated sleep disorders. Medication and deep brain stimulation are the primary therapeutic strategies addressing the globus pallidus in Parkinson's disease. Medication is the primary treatment for motor symptoms in the early stages of Parkinson's disease, while deep brain stimulation has been clinically proven to be effective in alleviating symptoms in patients with advanced Parkinson's disease,particularly for the movement disorders caused by levodopa. Deep brain stimulation targeting the globus pallidus internus can improve motor function in patients with tremordominant and non-tremor-dominant Parkinson's disease, while deep brain stimulation targeting the globus pallidus externus can alter the temporal pattern of neural activity throughout the basal ganglia–thalamus network. Objecrive:To investigate the expression of TNF-αand NF-κB in the uterus of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID)model ***:40 female rats that adaptive fed for 5 days were randomly divided into normal group,model group,high dose group,medium dose group and low *** addition to the normal group:the rats in each group were made chronic pelvic inflammatory model by mechanical injuuy combined with implantation of *** rats in each group were administrated by gavage for *** the last administration,the level of TNF-αand NF-κB in serum was measured by ELASA ***:(1)after the establishment of the model,the uterus of the chronic pelvic inflammatory model rats showed the pathological damage of chroic infilammation;the levels of lNF-αand NF-κB inserum were higher than those in the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(Pzhuang Yi Liu fang Teng fang Group was basically restored to normal,with only a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration and other pathological changes;compared with the rats in the model group,the TNF-αin serum of the rats in each treatment group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(Pzhuang Yi Liu Teng fang can efectively improve the endometrial histomorphology of CPID model rats,and regulate the levels of TNF-αand NF-κB in the uterus of chronic pelvic inflammatory model rats.

Nitrogen removal from coal gasification wastewater by activated carbon technologies combined with short-cut nitrogen removal process

A system combining granular activated carbon and powdered activated carbon technologies along with shortcut biological nitrogen removal （GAC-PACT-SBNR） was developed to enhance total nitrogen （TN） removal for anaerobically treated coal gasification wastewater with less need for external carbon resources. The TN removal efficiency in SBNR was significantly improved by introducing the effluent from the GAC process into SBNR during the anoxic stage, with removal percentage increasing from 43.8%49.6% to 68.8%-75.8%. However, the TN removal rate decreased with the progressive deterioration of GAC adsorption. After adding activated sludge to the GAG compartment, the granular carbon had a longer service-life and the demand for external carbon resources became lower. Eventually, the TN removal rate in SBNR was almost constant at approx. 43.3%, as compared to approx. 20.0% before seeding with sludge. In addition, the production of some alkalinity during the denitrification resulted in a net savings in alkalinity requirements for the nitrification reaction and refractory chemical oxygen demand （COD） degradation by autotrophic bacteria in SBNR under oxic conditions. PACT showed excellent resilience to increasing organic loadings. The microbial community analysis revealed that the PACT had a greater variety of bacterial taxons and the dominant species associated with the three compartments were in good agreement with the removal of typical pollutants. The study demonstrated that pre-adsorption by the GAC-sludge process could be a technically and economically feasible method to enhance TN removal in coal gasification wastewater （CGW）.

The enhancement of adhesive perception is crucial to maintaining a stable and comfortable grip of the skin-touch *** study the tactile perception of adhesive surfaces,subjective evaluation,skin friction and vibrations,and neurophysiological response of the brain activity were investigated *** materials,which are commonly used for bionic materials and skin-touch products,were chosen for the tactile *** results showed that with the increasing of surface adhesion,the dominant friction transferred from a combination of adhesive friction and deformation friction to adhesive *** friction coefficient and vibration amplitude had strong correlations with the perceived adhesion of *** parietal lobe and occipital lobe were involved in adhesive perceptions,and the area and intensity of brain activation increased with the increasing surface *** with larger adhesion tended to excite a high P300 amplitude and short latency,indicating that the judgment was faster and that more attentional resources were involved in adhesive ***,the electroencephalograph signals of the adhesive perception were simulated by the neural mass *** demonstrated that the excitability and intensity of brain activity,and the connectivity strength between two neural masses increased with the increasing surface *** study is meaningful to understand the role of surface adhesion in tactile friction and the cognitive mechanism in adhesive perception to improve the tactile experience of adhesive materials.

Electric Taxis(ETs)are the most favored alternatives to Gasoline Taxis(GTs)in cities that aim to reduce environmental *** to develop a reasonable scale on which GTs are substituted by ETs remains a challenge to governments due to the dynamics and complexity of the taxi *** address this challenge,this paper develops a discrete-event-based simulation framework to simulate participants in the system and estimate the results under different substitution scales,which are helpful to understanding the status changing law of entities under different substitution scales,such as the operating indices of ETs,the unsatisfied travel requirements of passengers,and the usage state of charging *** framework abstracts the behavioral process of ETs into three elements,namely,entity,behavior,and *** entities are constructed from the information derived from the trajectory *** behaviors are defined by rules following behavioral logic under anxiety psychology,which is caused by the limited range of *** events are triggered based on rules from *** the help of this framework,a multi-objective optimization model is developed to obtain the optimal substitution scale of GTs in the case study area of Zhengzhou ***,the approach could provide a practical tool to address this challenge,which could support further studies of the effect of ETs on urban taxis.

In ferritic stainless steels, a significant non-uniform recrystallization orientation and a substantial texture gradient usually occur, which can degrade the ridging resistance of the final sheets. To improve the homogeneity of the recrystallization orientation and reduce the texture gradient in ultra-purified 17%Cr ferritic stainless steel, in this work, we performed conventional and asymmetric rolling processes and conducted macro and micro-texture analyses to investigate texture evolution under different cold-rolling conditions. In the conventional rolling specimens, we observed that the deformation was not uniform in the thickness direction, whereas there was homogeneous shear deformation in the asymmetric rolling specimens as well as the formation of uniform recrystallized grains and random orientation grains in the final annealing sheets. As such, the ridging resistance of the final sheets was significantly improved by employing the asymmetric rolling process. This result indicates with certainty that the texture gradient and orientation inhomogeneity can be attributed to non-uniform deformation, whereas the uniform orientation gradient in the thickness direction is explained by the increased number of shear bands obtained in the asymmetric rolling process.

The phases in the compounds （Gd1-xCex）Co2 with x = 0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5 were investigated by X-ray diffraction, and the magnetocaloric effect for x = 0-0.4 was studied by magnetization measurements. The samples are almost single phase with a cubic MgCu2-type structure for x = 0-0.5. The magnetization decreases with an increase in Ce content. There is almost no magnetic transition for x = 0.5 at 100-350 K. The Curie temperature （To） of the （Gd1-xCex）Co2compounds with x from 0.1 to 0.4 are 350, 344, 340, and 338 K respectively. The maximum magnetic entropy change is 2.34 J·kg^-1·K^-1 when x = 0.3. The results of Arrott plots show that the magnetic phase transition is second-order magnetic phase transition in these compounds.
