With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and intelligent applications,the quantity of mobile devices and data traffic in networks have been growing exponentially,which poses a great burden to networks and brings huge challenge to servicing user *** caching,which utilizes the storage and computation resources of the edge to bring resources closer to end users,is a promising way to relieve network burden and enhance user *** this paper,we aim to survey the edge caching techniques from a comprehensive and systematic *** first present an overview of edge caching,summarizing the three key issues regarding edge caching,i.e.,where,what,and how to cache,and then introducing several significant caching *** then carry out a detailed and in-depth elaboration on these three issues,which correspond to caching locations,caching objects,and caching strategies,*** particular,we innovate on the issue“what to cache”,interpreting it as the classification of the“caching objects”,which can be further classified into content cache,data cache,and service ***,we discuss several open issues and challenges of edge caching to inspire future investigations in this research area.

Outer-surface Covering of Nanochannels with Hydrogel for Highly Sensitive and Specific Cr(VI)Detection Through Analyte-caused Charge Change in Hydrogel

Nanochannels have made great progress and are a promising platform for detecting a series of ***,most nanochannels are modified on the inner wall,while ignoring the outer ***,we modified the outer surface of nanochannels with *** from other reported outer-surface modification methods,we directly cover nanochannels with hydrogel to form heterogeneous *** selected hydrogel hardly adsorbs other ions and shows specific adsorption for Cr(VI).The adsorption sites in hydrogel are homogeneous,and Cr(VI)adsorption onto hydrogel is endothermic and *** charge in hydrogel changes after Cr(VI)adsorption,and the resulting current changes can be used for the detection of Cr(VI)with the detection limit of 10−11 mol/*** platform is expected to be used for Cr(VI)detection in living organisms,especially within *** work provides a new approach for outer-surface modification of nanochannels and offers a new choice for nanochannel detection platforms.

Cancer,a complex and heterogeneous disease,arises from genomic ***,DNA damage-based cancer treatments,including radiotherapy and chemotherapy,are employed in clinical ***,the efficacy and safety of these therapies are constrained by various factors,limiting their ability to meet current clinical *** nanoparticles present promising avenues for enhancing each critical aspect of DNA damage-based cancer *** customizable physicochemical properties enable the development of targeted and personalized treatment *** this review,we delve into the design principles and optimization strategies of metal *** shed light on the limitations of DNA damage-based therapy while highlighting the diverse strategies made possible by metal *** encompass targeted drug delivery,inhibition of DNA repair mechanisms,induction of cell death,and the cascading immune ***,we explore the pivotal role of physicochemical factors such as nanoparticle size,stimuli-responsiveness,and surface modification in shaping metal nanoparticle ***,we present insights into the challenges and future directions of metal nanoparticles in advancing DNA damage-based cancer therapy,paving the way for novel treatment paradigms.

Cyclodextrin nanofilms with hydrophobic and hydrophilic channels for solvent permeation and molecular sieving

Nanofilms that can fast permeate solvents and accurately sieve molecules are of significant importance for separation.A promising strategy is to align the inner cavities of macrocycles into the channels within nanofilms,and control the channel size by selecting the ***,the channels outside the macrocycles are ***,we prepare nanofilms with hydrophobic channels(cyclodextrin inner cavity)and hydrophilic channels(cyclodextrin outer space)through interfacial polymerization of azobenzene-4,4’-dicarbonyl dichloride and amino-functionalizedβ-*** utilizing the significant geometric changes caused by the photoisomerization of azobenzene,nanofilms with adjustable hydrophilic channel sizes were *** nanofilms have high permeability to polar and non-polar solvents,and can distinguish molecules with almost the same molecular weight but different *** work expands the development of next-generation nanofilms generated through interfacial polymerization by incorporating rational molecular design.

The detection of biomarkers with both high sensitivity and specificity is crucial for the diagnosis and treatment of related ***,many current detections employ ex-situ detection method and non-confined condition,thus have many problems,which may eventually lead to inaccurate detection *** to detection in non-confined space,detection in confined space can better reflect the real in-vivo ***,the construction of detection for target molecules in confined space has great significance for both theoretical research and practical *** realize the detection of target molecules in confined space,the probes should accurately enter the confined space where the target molecules reside and interact with the ***,how to explore and utilize the properties of the interface(for example,bioinspired superwettability)has always been a hot and difficult topic in this ***,the recent advances and our efforts in recent 10 years on detection of bio-target molecules in confined space with superwettable interface have been introduced from the perspective of the detection *** suitable and most widely employed detection methods for target molecules in confined spaces are introduced ***,recent progresses for related detections based on visual,optical,and electrochemical detection methods are presented ***,the perspective for detection in confined space is discussed for the future development of biochemical detection.

Effects of herbicide butachlor application on the growth of periphytic biofilms and nitrogen loss in paddy systems

The application of butachlor as an herbicide in paddy fields is widely practiced,aiming to increase rice yield by directly or indirectly influencing the paddy *** biofilms,which form at the soil-water interface in paddy fields,are complex bioaggregates that play an important role in nitrogen (N) *** objective of this study was to investigate the effect of butachlor on periphytic biofilm growth and N cycling under both light and dark conditions in the *** results revealed that butachlor application hindered the growth of periphytic biofilms and led to the dominance of Cyanobacteria as the primary prokaryotes,while inhibiting the development of eukaryotic ***,the application of butachlor reduced the richness and diversity of prokaryotes,but increased those of eukaryotes in periphytic *** light treatments exhibited higher total N loss because light favored periphytic biofilm growth and enhanced ammonium (NH_(4)^(+)) assimilation and ***,butachlor application resulted in the increased retention of NH_(4)^(+)-N and nitrate (NO_(3)^(-))-N and an increase in N loss via *** abundances of functional genes encoding enzymes such as ammonia monooxygenase,nitrite reductase,and nitrous oxide reductase were increased by butachlor application,favoring nitrification and denitrification ***,the results suggest that butachlor application leads to an increase in total N loss mainly through denitrification in paddy systems,particularly in the presence of periphytic ***,the results may provide valuable insights into the changes in periphytic biofilm growth and N cycling induced by butachlor,and future studies can further explore the potential implications of these changes in paddy soils.

动荡复杂环境下科创企业战略创业对领导管理理念及其变革形成迫切需求。本文基于粤港澳大湾区322家科创企业的调查问卷,探究了平台型领导驱动科创企业战略创业的逻辑机制。研究表明:平台型领导对科创企业战略创业具有显著促进作用。平台型领导有利于组织容错动态性的形成,进而正向影响科创企业战略创业,平台型领导对科创企业战略创业的影响主要是通过组织容错动态性中介效应实现的。失败恐惧不存在积极调节平台型领导对科创企业战略创业作用的反向强化效应,但显著负向调节了平台型领导与容错动态性关系。另外,组织记忆显著负向调节了组织容错动态性对科创企业战略创业的影响。该研究发现对于科创企业持续挖掘创新机会与构建竞争优势,进而系统提升战略创业能力具有重要管理启示。

数字经济蓬勃发展给区域税收增长带来机遇的同时也对税收体制变革带来挑战,随着数字经济注意力提高和产业结构调整,区域资源禀赋的差异影响了我国税收收入格局。笔者基于我国2008—2021年289个地级市数据分析数字经济发展对所得税、增值税税收鸿沟的影响机制和效应。研究发现:数字经济的发展拉大区域间税收鸿沟,对增值税作用尤其明显;在数字经济注意力的调节作用下区域税收鸿沟逐渐缩小,产业结构调整在其中具有中介效应;同时数字经济发展对加大个人所得税和总税收鸿沟作用的边际效应递减,对加大增值税税收鸿沟作用的边际效应递增;数字经济发展对区域税收鸿沟影响呈现非均匀分布。为实现数字经济高质量发展,并提升税收制度与数字经济发展的契合度,需要从多个维度对现行税收体系进行深化改革,并不断完善税收收入分享体制。特别是,考虑以平台企业税收收入分享为突破口,由中央按统一规则对平台企业缴纳的增值税、企业所得税、个人所得税进行省际分配。

基于2011—2021年沪深A股上市公司数据,采用双向固定效应模型检验数字金融能否促进企业创新资源合理配置,并有效转化成实际创新产出。研究发现:数字金融对企业创新产出具有积极影响,对非国有企业和中小企业的影响更为显著。从资源配置视角检验其内在机制发现,数字金融提升了高效率企业的创新投入,且这一激励效应在非国有企业和中小企业中尤为显著。进一步检验发现,数字金融显著降低了企业间创新投入分布的离散程度,使企业间创新资源配置得以优化。以上结果表明,数字金融能够增强对高效率企业的金融支持,部分缓解传统金融对高效非国有企业和中小企业的所有权歧视和规模歧视问题,通过引导其创新投入增加进而实现企业创新产出的整体提升。本文拓展了数字金融对企业创新的微观影响研究,为提升资源利用率及促进企业技术创新“提质增效”提供了新思路和方法借鉴。
