The Na^+/K^+/2Cl^-cotransporter(NKCC)and the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(CFTR)proteins play crucial roles in the transportation of Na^+and Cl^-.In this study,we identified cftr,nkcc1 a,nkcc1 b and nkcc2 in spotted sea bass(Lateolabrax maculatus)genomic and transcriptomic *** also characterized these genes via phylogenetic and structural *** results showed that both cftr and nkcc were highly conservative in *** real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)analysis in ten tissues showed that cftr,nkcc1 a and nkcc2 highly express in osmoregulatory organs such as gill,kidney and ***,the expressions of cftr and nkcc1 a in gill as well as nkcc2 in intestine were up-regulated by high salinity,indicating that these genes function potentially in *** findings provided the insights into the cftr and nkcc functions in euryhaline teleost.

Ghrelin(Ghrl),an appetite-inducing peptide hormone secreted by the stomach,is the endogenous ligand for the growth hormone secretagogue receptor(Ghs-r).In this study,we identified the preproghrelin gene and its receptors in spotted sea bass(Lateolabrax maculatus).The ghrl gene consisted of an open reading frame(ORF)of 324 nucleotides encoding 107 amino acids,and the premature protein contained a 20-amino-acid mature *** a syntenic analysis,we also validated the annotation of growth hormone secretagogue receptor la(ghs-rla)and growth hormone secretagogue receptor la-1ike(ghs-rla-like),which contained seven-transmembrane structures,in spotted sea *** ORF of ghs-rla consisted of 1152 bp that encoded a 383-amino-acid protein,and(ghs-rla-like) contained an ORF of 2631 bp and produced a protein with 876 amino acids.A phylogenetic analysis showed that spotted sea bass ghrl and its receptors clustered with those of other fishes and were more distantly related to those of other *** situ hybridization revealed that ghrl was highly expressed in the stomach and localized in the mucosa and *** expression of these genes varied during short-term starvation in a time-dependent *** vitro studies showed that after incubation with Ghrl for 3 h enhanced the expression of motilin(mln),gastrin(gas)and cholecystokinin(cck)、but this effect vanished after 6 h of *** summary,Ghrl and its receptors might play important roles in the regulation of food intake in spotted sea bass.

Electro-spark deposition（ESD） was adopted for preparing high property coatings by depositing WC-8Co cemented carbide on an spheroidal graphite roll *** microstructure and properties of the coating were investigated by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM） with energy dispersive X-ray（EDX） and ball-disc configuration wear *** results show that nanosized particles and amorphous structures prevail in the coating which is metallurgically bonded to the *** microstructures of the transition zone include columnar structure and equiaxed *** primary phases of the coating contain W2C, W6C2.54, Fe3W3C, and *** results of abrasive test show that the coating has low friction coefficients（μaverage = 0.18） and the wear mechanisms are mainly abrasive wear, fatigue wear, and oxidation *** maximum microhardness value of the coating is about 17410 N/*** study reveals that the electro-spark deposition process has better coating quality and the coating has high wear resistance and hardness.

This paper presents the results of a study concerned with the surface hardening of Fe-based alloys and WC-8Co cemented carbide by inte- grating laser cladding and the electrospark deposition processes. Specimens of low carbon steel were processed firstly by laser cladding with Fe-based alloy powders and then by electrospark deposition with WC-SCo cemented carbide. It is shown that, for these two treatments, the electrospark coating possesses finer microstructure than the laser coating, and the thickness and surface hardness of the electrospark coating can be substantially increased.

Personality disorders often act as a common denominator for many psychiatric problems,and studies on personality disorders contribute to the etiopathology,diagnosis,and treatment of many mental *** recent years,increasing evidence from various studies has shown distinctive features of personality disorders,and that from genetic and neuroimaging studies has been especially *** studies primarily target the genes encoding neurotransmitters and enzymes in the serotoninergic and dopaminergic systems,and neuroimaging studies mainly focus on the frontal and temporal lobes as well as the limbic-paralimbic system in patients with personality *** some studies have suffered due to unclear diagnoses of personality disorders and some have included few patients for a given personality disorder,great opportunities remain for investigators to launch new ideas and technologies in the field.

With andromonoecious Momordica charantia L. (bitter gourd) as material, three light qualities (50 μmol·m-2·s-1) including white LED light (WL), blue monochromatic light (B, 465 nm), and red monochromatic light (R, 650 nm) were carried out to investigate their effects on seed germination, physiological and biochemical parameters, sex differentiation and photosynthetic characteristics of bitter gourd. The results showed that compared to the WL treatment, the R treatment significantly promoted seed germination, seedling height elongation and soluble sugar content, the B treatment significantly increased seedling stem diameter, reducing sugar content and soluble protein content, the R and B treatments both significantly reduced sucrose content, but their POD activity showed no significant difference. Compared with the R treatment, the B treatment significantly increased the total female flower number and female flower nod ratio in 30 nods of main stems. The study of photosynthetic characteristics found that the R and B treatments could effectively increase the stomatal conductance (GS) of leaves, significantly improved the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) compared to the WL treatment, and the effect of the B treatment was better. Compared to the R and WL treatments, the B treatment increased the maximum photosynthetic rate (Pmax), apparent quantum efficiency (AQE) and light saturation point (LSP), and reduced the dark respiration rate (Rd) and light compensation point (LCP) of the leaves. Two amphiphilic TPE E/Z isomers with aggregation induced emission(AIE)property have been synthesized and *** logarithmic fluorescent intensity of the two molecules was in positive relationship with logarithmic viscosity of *** note,the Z-TPE isomer exhibited more sensitivity in the viscosity of liquid sensing in comparison with the corresponding E-TPE counterpart(around 1.80 folds).Furthermore,two molecules could be used as fluorescent sensors for mechanical properties(viscosity and storage modulus)of hydrogel as *** addition,two sensors displayed low cytotoxicity in normal tissue cell line(L929)within the concentration range of 2–10μmol/*** results potentially promised their applications as fluorescent sensors for mechanical properties in the fields of biological and biomedical.

区域经济一体化传统模式是以“同质”成员体为基础,通过区内核心力量协调成员利益来实现区域机制共建,但它无法适用“异质”成员的东亚一体化。然而,经济全球化的纵深发展逐渐放松传统模式的约束条件,推动着区域一体化的制度创新。由此,东亚一体化可以突破传统模式而前行,其成功与否取决于如何设计区域制度、降低制度变迁供给主体的政治成本以及发挥区域的吸引力与全球化并行不悖等理论性问题。

双边自由贸易协定是目前东亚区域制度建设的主要方式。这是由于东亚各国为了实现本国特定的地缘目标而缔结双边FTA,双边FTA因其对国内政治的冲击最小并且能够引发"多米诺骨牌效应"而发展迅速。然而,东亚双边FTA的发展将有可能形成FTA的轮轴模式,它将增加经济往来的交易成本,并将产生对多边自由化的抵触,同时也会给东亚权力结构带来风险,使东亚一体化更加举步维艰。因而,东亚各国应统合其国家利益,达成区域合作共识,以正式的制度安排来排除双边FTA可能带来的风险。
