With the rising demand for data access,network service providers face the challenge of growing their capital and operating costs while at the same time enhancing network capacity and meeting the increased demand for *** increase efficacy of Software Defined Network(SDN)and Network Function Virtualization(NFV)framework,we need to eradicate network security configuration errors that may create vulnerabilities to affect overall efficiency,reduce network performance,and increase maintenance *** existing frameworks lack in security,and computer systems face few abnormalities,which prompts the need for different recognition and mitigation methods to keep the system in the operational state *** fundamental concept behind SDN-NFV is the encroachment from specific resource execution to the programming-based *** research is around the combination of SDN and NFV for rational decision making to control and monitor traffic in the virtualized *** combination is often seen as an extra burden in terms of resources usage in a heterogeneous network environment,but as well as it provides the solution for critical problems specially regarding massive network traffic *** attacks have been expanding step by step;therefore,it is hard to recognize and protect by conventional *** overcome these issues,there must be an autonomous system to recognize and characterize the network traffic’s abnormal conduct if there is *** four types of assaults,including HTTP Flood,UDP Flood,Smurf Flood,and SiDDoS Flood,are considered in the identified dataset,to optimize the stability of the SDN-NFVenvironment and security management,through several machine learning based characterization techniques like Support Vector Machine(SVM),K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),Logistic Regression(LR)and Isolation Forest(IF).Python is used for simulation purposes,including several valuable utilities like the mine package,the open-source Python ML libraries Scikit-lea

Rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)is the second most widely grown premium oilseed crop globally,mainly for its vegetable oil and protein *** of the main goals of breeders is producing high-yield rapeseed cultivars with sustainable production to meet the requirements of the fast-growing *** the pod number,seeds per silique(SS),and thousand-seed weight(TSW),the ovule number(ON)is a decisive yield determining factor of individual plants and the final seed *** recent years,tremendous efforts have been made to dissect the genetic and molecular basis of these complex traits,but relatively few genes or loci controlling these traits have been reported thus *** review highlights the updated information on the hormonal and molecular basis of ON and development in model plants(Arabidopsis thaliana).It also presents what is known about the hormonal,molecular,and genetic mechanism of ovule development and number,and bridges our understanding between the model plant species(***)and cultivated species(***).This report will open new pathways for primary and applied research in plant biology and benefit rapeseed breeding *** synopsis will stimulate research interest to further understand ovule number determination,its role in yield improvement,and its possible utilization in breeding programs.

Effect of Metal Contact and Rapid Thermal Annealing on Electrical Characteristics of Graphene Matrix

Development of graphene field effect transistors （GFETs） faces a serious challenge of graphene interface to the dielectric material. A single layer of intrinsic graphene has an average sheet resistance of the order of 1-5 kΩ/□. The intrinsic nature of graphene leads to higher contact resistance yielding into the outstanding properties of the material. We design a graphene matrix with minimized sheet resistance of 0.185 kΩ/□ with Ag contacts. The developed matrices on silicon substrates provide a variety of transistor design options for subsequent fabrication. The graphene layer is developed over 400 nm nickel in such a way as to analyze hypersensitive electrical properties of the interface for exfoliation. This work identifies potential of the design in the applicability of few-layer GFETs with less process steps with the help of analyzing the effect of metal contact and post-process anneMing on its electrical fabrication.

Real-time video surveillance system is commonly employed to aid security professionals in preventing *** use of deep learning(DL)technologies has transformed real-time video surveillance into smart video surveillance systems that automate human behavior *** recognition of events in the surveillance videos is considered a hot research topic in the field of computer science and it is gaining significant *** action recognition(HAR)is treated as a crucial issue in several applications areas and smart video surveillance to improve the security *** advancements of the DL models help to accomplish improved recognition *** this view,this paper presents a smart deep-based human behavior classification(SDL-HBC)model for real-time video *** proposed SDL-HBC model majorly aims to employ an adaptive median filtering(AMF)based pre-processing to reduce the noise ***,the capsule network(CapsNet)model is utilized for the extraction of feature vectors and the hyperparameter tuning of the CapsNet model takes place utilizing the Adam ***,the differential evolution(DE)with stacked autoencoder(SAE)model is applied for the classification of human activities in the intelligent video surveillance *** performance validation of the SDL-HBC technique takes place using two benchmark datasets such as the KTH *** experimental outcomes reported the enhanced recognition performance of the SDL-HBC technique over the recent state of art approaches with maximum accuracy of 0.9922.

A Critical Analysis and Treatment of Important UML Diagrams Enhancing Modeling Power

Requirements analysis and design specification are serious issues in systems development because of the semantics involved in transformation of real world problems to computer software systems. Although unified modeling language (UML) is now accepted as a de facto standard for design and specification of object oriented systems but its structures have various disadvantages. For example, it lacks of defining semantics of the systems to be developed. Formal me-thods are proved powerful, particularly, at requirement specification and design level. To address and realize the bene-fits of UML and formal methods our project on “formalization of UML diagrams using Z notation” is under progress. This paper is continuation of the same project in which some important diagrams namely use case, class and sequence diagrams are selected for critical analysis. Merits and demerits of the diagrams are addressed after a brief introduction. Applications of the diagrams are observed reducing complexity and proposing a good design of a system. Finally, a treatment to link diagrams with appropriate approaches is suggested to enhance modeling power of UML for facilitating the systems development.

Protective effect of Genistein against N-nitrosodiethylamine(NDEA)-induced hepatotoxicity in Swiss albino rats

In the present study,we studied the effect of Genistein against the hepatotoxicity induced by N-nitrosodiethylamine（NDEA）.NDEA is present in almost all kinds of food stuff and has been reported to be a *** male rats were exposed to NDEA（0.1 mg/mL） dissolved in drinking water separately and along with 25,50,100 mg/mL of Genistein for 21 *** activities of serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase（SGOT）,serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase（SGPT）.alkaline phosphatase（ALP） and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） were measured in blood *** peroxidation,protein carbonyl content,micronucleus frequency and DNA damage（Comet assay） were performed on rat *** results of the study reveal that the treatment of NDEA along with Genistein showed a significant dose-dependent decrease in the levels of blood serum enzymes i.e.,SGOT,SGPT,ALP and LDH（P〈0.05）.The HE staining of histological sections of the liver also revealed a protective effect of Genistein.A significant dose-dependent reduction in the lipid peroxidation and protein carbonyl content was observed in rats exposed to NDEA（0.1 mg/mL） along with Genistein（P〈0.05）.The results obtained for the comet assay in rat hepatocytes showed a significant dose-dependent decrease in the mean tail length（P〈0.05）.Thus the present study supports the hepatoprotective role of Genistein.

Efficiency Performances of LVDC Supplies for Residential Building

The Low Voltage Direct Current(LVDC)architecture gives higher benefits over the classic low-voltage alternating current(LVAC)supply *** has fewer energy conversion stages,is compatible with renewable energy sources,and is easier to integrate with *** this paper,an LVDC supply concept is proposed and compared with currently used conventional photovoltaic(PV)systems in terms of *** new LVDC photovoltaic system behavior is validated using LTspice modeling *** findings of this work prove that the concept of LVDC supply is highly attractive when the electricity produced by the photovoltaic is used onsite in the *** carry out an efficient system,the PV power mounted in the houses should be precisely rated with respect to the magnitude of the load energy *** proposed three house examples to verify the superiority of our proposed system in comparison with the traditional LVDC PV *** annual analysis of the energy saved by the studied systems was carried *** main benefit of the suggested LVDC supply is the short way taken by the energy generated by the photovoltaic system to supply DC loads within daytime *** registered increase in system efficiency reached more than 20%for the proposed LVDC system.

Background The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)is a widely used instrument to measure anxiety and depression *** This study aimed to translate,validate and test the applicability of the Urdu version of the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS/UV)among pregnant *** The original English version of the HADS was translated into Urdu by three bilingual experts and retranslated to English using the forward-backward *** questionnaire was administered to a sample of 200 pregnant women availing obstetrics and gynaecology services for routine prenatal checkups of Ayub Teaching Hospital,Abbottabad,*** properties of the instrument,including reliability(internal consistency,test-retest analysis and interitems correlation),were *** and content validity were also *** Validity Index(CVI)was determined using the average approach and ItemLevel Content Validity Index(I-CVI)and Scale-Level Content Validity Index(S-CVI)were calculated *** validity was examined through exploratory factor *** Cronbach's alpha coefficient has been found to be 0.82 for the anxiety subscale and 0.64 for the depression subscale,while overall alpha of the HADS/UV is *** Urdu version is content valid,and the SCVI of anxiety subscale,depression subscale and HADS/UV are 0.947,948 and 0.947,***-retest reliability is 0.884 and 0.934 as measured by Pearson correlation and intraclass correlation,***/UV items correlated positively with the whole scale(p<0.001).Factor analysis with varimax rotation revealed that two factors explained 42.75%of the ***'distribution was quite similar to the original *** The HADS/UV is a psychometrically sound instrument with satisfactory measurement,including good internal *** instrument shows promise to be a sound tool to assess anxiety and depression in pregnancy.

Several millions of people suffer from Parkinson’s disease ***’s affects about 1%of people over 60 and its symptoms increase with *** voice may be affected and patients experience abnormalities in speech that might not be noticed by listeners,but which could be analyzed using recorded speech *** the huge advancements of technology,the medical data has increased dramatically,and therefore,there is a need to apply data mining and machine learning methods to extract new knowledge from this *** classification methods were used to analyze medical data sets and diagnostic problems,such as Parkinson’s Disease(PD).In addition,to improve the performance of classification,feature selection methods have been extensively used in many *** paper aims to propose a comprehensive approach to enhance the prediction of PD using several machine learning methods with different feature selection methods such as filter-based and *** dataset includes 240 recodes with 46 acoustic features extracted from3 voice recording replications for 80 *** experimental results showed improvements when wrapper-based features selection method was used with K-NN classifier with accuracy of 88.33%.The best obtained results were compared with other studies and it was found that this study provides comparable and superior results.

Software-defined networking(SDN)makes network agile and flexible due to its programmable *** extensive network has multiple domains in SDN for the scalability and performance of the ***,the inter-domain link is also crucial for the stability of the entire network on the data plane *** than one inter-domain connection enhances the scalability of the data plane ***,it faces a reachability problem with the principal root,which causes forwarding loops and packet drops in the network,thereby degrading network *** proposed solution is a multiple controller architecture;however,this approach increases the complexity and affects network ***,in this study,we propose a framework that avoids forwarding loops and packet drops without the synchronization of multiple-domain controllers in the network using an avoid loop with test packet ***,we collect the link status for improved routing and load balancing for the upcoming flow across inter-domain links to prevent congestion and increase throughput in real *** proposed methodology can significantly reduce the controller workload against multiple controller architecture,minimize flow setup latency,and improve throughput.
