Affective exercise experience as an emerging theoretical concept has great potential to provide a more nuanced understanding of individual factors that influence exercise ***,concerning the Affective Exercise Experiences(AFFEXX)questionnaire,it has not been examined yet whether the structural score of the AFFEXX is a useful index to predict physical activity(refers to any bodily movement produced by skeletal muscles that requires energy expenditure).Furthermore,there is currently a gap in knowledge regarding the psychological mechanisms that can explain the relationship between affective exercise experiences and the level of physical activity(PA).In order to adress these gaps in the literature,we conducted two studies among Chinese collge students that aimed(i)to investigated whether the total score of the three AFFEXX-C constructs(antecedent appraisals,core affective exercise experiences,and attraction-antipathy towards exercise)is a relaible indicator that can be utilized in research and pratical settings and(ii)to evalute the specific psychological mechanisms that can explain the relationship between affective exercise experience and *** Study 1,we recruited 801 voluntary Chinese college students for bifactor and correlational *** Study 2,875 Chinese college students were enrolled to verify our findings from Study 1 and to explore the aforementioned *** from the bifactor analyses supported our hypothesis that the total scores of the three AFFEXX-C constructs can be used among Chinese college students to establish a link with ***,our results suggested that core affective exercise experiences and attraction-antipathy mediated the relationship between antecedent appraisals and the level of moderate-to-vigorous intensity ***,measuring affective exercise experiences using the AFFEXX-C,specifically the total scores of each individual construct may be a useful approach to predict future PA levels.

pH值是评价青贮饲料品质的重要指标之一。设计了青贮饲料pH值无线监测装置,实现了对青贮饲料在发酵过程中pH值变化的同步实时获取。在对仪器进行标定试验后,选用玉米秸秆和青草饲料样本对实际测量结果进行验证,结果表明:饲料pH值测量值与准确值呈严格线性相关关系,玉米秸秆和青草饲料样本,r分别为0.997 3和0.995 7,pH值无线监测装置可准确测量青贮饲料pH值。分别对玉米秸秆和青草饲料青贮发酵过程中pH值的变化过程进行监测,结果表明:对于玉米秸秆,其pH值初始值为5.4,从发酵的第0.5天到第2天pH值从5.4快速下降到4.0,之后pH值下降趋缓,最终稳定于3.8左右;对于青草饲料样本,其pH值初始值为5.9,从发酵的第0.8天到第3天pH值从6.0下降到5.2,发酵7 d后,pH值稳定于5.1。

1)Background:The common factors which potentially contribute to the development of eating disorders and exercise dependence during early adulthood are still relatively *** present study aimed to examine the role of BMI,body image inflexibility,and generalized anxiety in these two behavioral problems in a sample of college students.2)Methods:In total,878 habitual exercisers(58.1%male with BMI=22.12±2.39;41.9%female with BMI=20.55±2.21)with age of 20.09±1.76 years participated in this *** main outcomes of interest are exercise dependence symptoms,eating disorders symptoms,body image inflexibility,and symptoms of generalized anxiety(as measured by Exercise Dependence Scale-Revised,Eating Disorder Examination-Questionnaire-Short Form,Body Image Acceptance and Action Questionnaire,and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7,respectively).Pearson correlation,path analysis,and model fit information were tested.3)Results:After controlling for age,gender,and field of study,lower BMI was linked to more exercise dependence symptoms but this association was not statistically significant,while a greater BMI was significantly associated with a higher risk of developing eating disorders(β=−0.08,p<0.001).Moreover,higher body image inflexibility significantly and positively contributed to severe exercise dependence(β=0.26,p<0.001)as well as abnormal eating attitudes and behaviors(β=0.74,p<0.001).Furthermore,generalized anxiety is a significant contributor to exercise dependence symptoms(β=0.14,p<0.001)but not eating disorders symptoms.4)Conclusion:Based on our finding that body image inflexibility is a common risk factor for the development of exercise dependence and eating disorders,the prevention and treatment of these two disorders should involve the improvement of psychological *** addition,the individual with a higher BMI is more vulnerable to developing eating disorders,while those who have severer generalized anxiety symptoms should be given more attention whe

We analysed histologically two Acanthamoeba keratitis(AK) eyes with anterior and posterior segment inflammation and blindness. Two enucleated eyes of 2 patients(age 45 and 51y) with AK(PCR of epithelial abrasion positive) were analysed. Histological analysis was performed using hematoxylin-eosin, periodic acid-Schiff and G?m?rimethenamine silver staining. We could not observe Acanthamoeba trophozoites or cysts neither in the cornea nor in other ocular tissues. Meanwhile, we found uveitis, retinal vasculitis and scleritis in these eyes, due to the long-standing, recalcitrant AK. So in this stage of AK, systemic immune suppression may be necessary for a longer time period.

The incorporation of biomarkers in the actually used risk scores seem to be helpful for early identifying atrial fibrillation(AF)patients at higher *** aim of this critical review of the scientific literature is to investigate the potential clinical significance of red blood cell distribution width(RDW)in AF.A systematic electronic search was carried out to identify all articles describing an epidemiological association between RDW and AF in adult human *** abstraction was conducted on a final number of 35 articles(13 crosssectional,12 prospective and 10 retrospective studies).The results of these epidemiological investigations were all virtually concordant to emphasize that an enhanced RDW value is not only a predictive factor and a marker of AF but its measurement may also be helpful for predicting the risk of developing many adverse complications in patients with AF,such as recurrence and duration of AF,hospitalization for heart failure,bleeding,left atrial thrombosis and stasis,thromboembolic events and *** patients with RDW values exceeding the local reference range may be more aggressively investigated and managed,in order to identify and attenuate the impact of possible underlying disorders causing both anisocytosis and AF.

目的：对于局部进展期乳腺癌患者，需要在手术前进行新辅助化疗并在取得治疗反应的基础上，再进行手术切除。但是目前对于这类患者新辅助治疗疗效的评估，还仅限于肿瘤大小等形态学改变，远远不能满足临床对于早期疗效评估的需要。本研究分析了过去10年有关应用F-FDG PET显像评估局部进展期乳腺癌对新辅助化疗疗效评估的研究，以期为临床这类患者的评估提供更多的循证医学证据。方法：在Medline上检索并收集发表于2000年1月-2011年4月之间关于F-FDGPET评估乳腺癌患者对新辅助化疗的治疗反应的准确性的相关文献，并进一步筛选这些文献的参考文献。文献纳入标准如下：(1)研究应用F-FDG PET评估乳腺癌病灶对新辅助化疗的治疗反应，且不考虑其并行的治疗方案，如手术，放疗等;(2)文献数据完整，包含诸如灵敏度，特异性和诊断准确度等信息;(3)使用F-FDG作为放射性示踪剂，并使用PET显像。采集下列信息：有效样本量，研究对象年龄，研究设计，病理分型，化疗方案，基线水平肿瘤大小，PET扫描前患者血糖水平，F-FDG应用剂量，显像采集时间，衰减矫正和图像重建方法，PET阳性扫描结果的定义、参考标准和病理标准，治疗有应答和无应答患者的例数，真阳性、真阴性、假阳性以及假阴性患者的例数等。患者在接受一个周期、两个周期和/或完整化疗周期后的数据经分析后得到其相应的真阳性、真阴性、假阳性和假阴性患者例数，计算其真阳性率、假阳性率、真阴性率以及假阴性率，并由此计算其合并灵敏度(合并真阳性率)和合并假阳性率。纳入文献的汇总受试者工作特征曲线使用Meta-Disc软件进行分析。最大联合特异性和灵敏度(Q值)，即PET对于评估肿瘤对新辅助化疗的治疗反映的准确性使用SAS8.0计算。结果：本研究共纳入18篇文献，因如下原因剔除7篇：资料不完整(5篇);资料不完整，且病例为晚期乳腺癌并伴有远处转移，而非局部进展期(1篇)，使用的示踪剂非F-FDG(1篇)。最终入选的11篇文献均为前瞻性研究。所有研究样本量共计526例，样本量从7例到104例不等，中位样本量47例。总样本的年龄分布范围为25-82岁。基线肿瘤大小(用最大直径来衡量)1cm到12cm不等。所有文献均提供组织学诊断结果。所有的病例均空腹4-6小时后行PET/CT扫描，并排除高血糖患者，基线血浆血糖水平87.66-102.8mg/dl。患者F-FDG注射剂量180-555Mbq之间。PET采集时间为注射药物后45-60min。7篇论文研究应用PET扫描，余应用PET/CT扫描。1项研究对图像使用视觉分析，5项使用定量研究，其余5项使用视觉分析和定量分析的方法。6项研究PET扫描在一个化疗周期后进行，5项在两个周期后进行。 11个研究样本的汇总灵敏度和特异性分别为73.0%(95%CI，61.0%-72.2%)和75.2%(95%CI，77.1%-88.1%);剔除偏倚后，汇总灵敏度和特异度则分别为78.0%(95%CI,72.0%-82.3%)和80.0%(95%CI,72.4%-86.3%)。一周期和二周期化疗后汇总真阳性率和假阳性率分别为68.6%(95%CI,58.8%-77.3%)、9.9%和74.8%(95%CI,65.2%-82.8%)、22.5%。F-FDG PET/CT总诊断准确性为86.2%，一个周期和两个周期后其诊断准确度分别为84.9%和77.8%。结论：F-FDG PET在局部进展期乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗疗效评估中灵敏度、特异性和准确性均较高，应用这种方法可在一周期化疗后即进行准确评估，临床医师应该考虑应用F-FDG PET显像对这类患者化疗后早期评估疗效。
