Adaptive Resource Allocation Algorithm for 5G Vehicular Cloud Communication

The current resource allocation in 5G vehicular networks for mobile cloud communication faces several challenges,such as low user utilization,unbalanced resource allocation,and extended adaptive allocation *** propose an adaptive allocation algorithm for mobile cloud communication resources in 5G vehicular networks to address these *** study analyzes the components of the 5G vehicular network architecture to determine the performance of different *** is ascertained that the communication modes in 5G vehicular networks for mobile cloud communication include in-band and out-of-band ***,this study analyzes the single-hop and multi-hop modes in mobile cloud communication and calculates the resource transmission rate and bandwidth in different communication *** study also determines the scenario of one-way and two-way vehicle lane cloud communication network connectivity,calculates the probability of vehicle network connectivity under different mobile cloud communication radii,and determines the amount of cloud communication resources required by vehicles in different lane *** on the communication status of users in 5G vehicular networks,this study calculates the bandwidth and transmission rate of the allocated channels using Shannon’s *** determines the adaptive allocation of cloud communication resources,introduces an objective function to obtain the optimal solution after allocation,and completes the adaptive allocation *** experimental results demonstrate that,with the application of the proposed method,the maximum utilization of user communication resources reaches approximately 99%.The balance coefficient curve approaches 1,and the allocation time remains under 2 *** indicates that the proposed method has higher adaptive allocation efficiency.

Leveraging diverse cell-death patterns to predict the clinical outcome of immune checkpoint therapy in lung adenocarcinoma:Based on muti-omics analysis and vitro assay

Recyclable High-performance Carbon Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Composites Based on Dithioacetal Covalent Adaptive Network

Recycling of carbon fiber reinforced composites is important for sustainable development and the circular economy. Despite the use of dynamic chemistry, developing high-strength recyclable CFRPs remains a major challenge due to the mutual exclusivity between the dynamic and mechanical properties of materials. Here, we developed a high-strength recyclable epoxy resin (HREP) based on dynamic dithioacetal covalent adaptive network using diglycidyl ether bisphenol A (DGEBA), pentaerythritol tetra(3-mercapto-propionate) (PETMP), and vanillin epoxy resin (VEPR). At high temperatures, the exchange reaction of thermally activated dithioacetals accelerated the rearrangement of the network, giving it significant reprocessing ability. Moreover, HREP exhibited excellent solvent resistance due to the increased cross-linking density. Using this high-strength recyclable epoxy resin as the matrix and carbon fiber modified with hyperbranched ionic liquids (HBP-AMIM+PF6-) as the reinforcing agent, high performance CFRPs were successfully prepared. The tensile strength, interfacial shear strength (IFSS) and interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) of the optimized formulation (HREP20/CF-HBPPF6) were 1016.1, 70.8 and 76.0 MPa, respectively. In addition, the CFRPs demonstrated excellent solvent and acid/alkali-resistance. The CFRPs could completely degrade within 24 h in DMSO at 140 degrees C, and the recycled CF still maintained the same tensile strength and ILSS as the original after multiple degradation cycles.

IL-23 TGF-β1 TNF-αCD4/CD8细胞比值在尖锐湿疣患者中的表达及复发影响因素分析

目的探讨白细胞介素-23(IL-23)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、CD4/CD8细胞比值在尖锐湿疣患者中的表达及复发影响因素分析。方法选取2020年8月至2022年7月成都市第二人民医院诊治的尖锐湿疣患者以及同期体检者作为研究对象,对比L-23、TGF-β1、TNF-α、CD4/CD8细胞比值表达情况;采用多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响尖锐湿疣复发的相关因素;采用ROC曲线模型分析IL-23、TGF-β1、TNF-α、CD4/CD8细胞比值预测尖锐湿疣复发的AUC值、敏感度及特异度。结果选取86例尖锐湿疣患者为观察组;选取43例健康体检者为对照组;根据观察组患者经治疗后是否复发分为复发组(n=37)与未复发组(n=49)。观察组与对照组的一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的IL-23、CD4/CD8细胞比值低于对照组,TGF-β1、TNF-α高于对照组(P<0.05)。复发组的IL-23、CD4/CD8细胞比值低于未复发组,而HPV感染类型为高危或混合占比、TGF-β1、TNF-α高于未复发组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归模型中分析显示,IL-23、CD4/CD8细胞比值下降,TGF-β1、TNF-α升高及高危型或混合型HPV感染会对尖锐湿疣患者复发产生影响(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,IL-23、TGF-β1、TNF-α、CD4/CD8细胞比值预测尖锐湿疣复发的AUC值分别为0.631、0.849、0.876、0.779(P<0.05),敏感度分别为51.40%、83.80%、64.90%、92.40%;特异度分别为79.60%、83.70%、89.80%、37.30%。结论IL-23、TGF-β1、TNF-α、CD4/CD8细胞比值在尖锐湿疣患者中呈异常表达趋势,且这些实验室指标的表达及HPV感染类型会对尖锐湿疣复发产生影响。

Interactive effects of soils,local environmental conditions and herbivores on secondary chemicals in tallow tree

Plants produce secondary chemicals that may vary along with latitude due to changing abiotic and biotic stress gradients and local environmental *** apart the individual and combined effects of these different abiotic,such as soil nutrients,and biotic factors,such as soil biota and herbivores,on secondary chemicals is critical for understanding plant responses to changing *** conducted an experiment at different latitudes in China,using tallow tree(Triadica sebifera)seedlings sourced from a population at 31°*** seedlings were cultivated in gardens located at low,middle and high latitudes,with either local soil or soil from the original seed collection site(origin soil).The seedlings were exposed to natural levels of aboveground herbivores or had them *** secondary chemicals(both foliar and root),aboveground herbivores and soil characteristics were *** showed that most leaf and root secondary metabolites depended on the interaction of the experimental site and soil *** and root phenolic and tannin concentrations were higher at the middle latitude site,especially in the origin *** and foliar flavonoid concentrations increased when aboveground herbivores were *** communities depended strongly on soil *** different responses of tannins versus flavonoids suggest that these two chemical classes differ in their responses to the varying abiotic and biotic factors in these sites along *** together,our results emphasize the importance of considering the interactive effects of local environmental conditions,soil properties and herbivory in regulating plant chemical defenses.
