An infrared solar spectrum observed by ground-based telescopes is seriously affected by the background radiation both from the telescope and sky,relative to the visible *** accuracy is also influenced by the spectral resolution of the Fourier transform *** the paper,we developed a CO_(2)gas cell and installed it in the sample compartment to calibrate the spectral resolution of the Bruker IFS-125HR at infrared *** measured spectral resolution is 0.00342±0.00086 cm^(-1)and 0.0059±0.00024 cm^(-1)at the wavenumbers of798 cm^(-1)and 2136 cm^(-1),*** also updated a fully reflective sunlight feeding system to observe the solar spectrum near CO 4.66μm and Mg I 12.32μ*** quickly pointing the sunlight feeding system about1 degree away from the solar disk center,we are able to measure the background radiation from the telescope and the sky at Huairou Solar Observing *** removing the background radiation,our observed solar spectrum at CO 4.66μm is consistent with that from the National Solar *** Mg I 12.32μm working line selected by the Accurate Infrared Magnetic Field Measurements of the Sun(AIMS)project is also *** method is helpful not only for the spectral resolution calibration and background radiation correction of AIMS but also for other infrared astronomical telescopes.

The increasing amounts of artificial marine substrates, in many parts of the world have been proposed as a potential driver of Aurelia spp. blooms, on account of providing extra habitats for the settlement and the proliferation of the benthic stage(polyps). Previous experiments have mainly focused on the substrate choices of Aurelia spp. planulae. However, substrate preferences for the proliferation and immigration of polyps have not been reported. We monitored the propagation and immigration of Aurelia aurita(s. l.) polyps on two natural and nine artificial substrates at constant temperature(20±0.5°C) and salinity(30±0.5) in beakers and a glass aquarium in the laboratory, respectively. The results showed that, among artificial substrates, the highest number for polyp proliferation and immigration was found on nets, rigid polyvinyl chloride plates(RPVC), and wood. The lowest density of polyps was present on iron plates. Among natural substrates, the asexual reproduction rate of polyps on Patinopecten yessoensis(Jay, 1857) shells was significantly higher than Azumapecten farreri(Jones & Preston, 1904). On the account of the distinction in the roughness, chemical properties and biofilms of these material surfaces, bare artificial or natural substrates discriminatively affect the proliferation and the immigration of Aurelia spp. polyps at laboratory. These observations suggest that, even in the natural environment, different materials and texture may influence the composition and the abundance of the fouling communities and the assemblages of polyps and, indirectly, have effects on the amounts of released medusae.

Si/SiC heterostructures with different growth temperatures were prepared on 6 HSiC(0001)by *** mode atomic force microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were employed to investigate the electrical properties and crystalline structure of Si/SiC ***-centered cubic(FCC)on hexagonal close-packing(HCP)epitaxy of the Si(111)/SiC(0001)heterostructure was realized at 900°*** the growth temperature increases to1050°C,thepreferred orientation of the Si film is *** Si films on 6 H-SiC(0001)with different growth orientations consist of different distinctive crystalline grains:quasi-spherical grains with a general size of 20μm,and columnar grains with a typical size of 7μm×20μ*** electrical properties are greatly influenced by the grain *** Si film withorientation on SiC(0001)consists of columnar grains,which is more suitable for the fabrication of Si/SiC devices due to its low current fluctuation and relatively uniform current distribution.

The B-spline expansion technique is applied to study the anticrossings for potassium Rydberg states in a static electric field. The results of our calculation indicate that the antierossings are caused mainly by the core interaction or by the fine structure interaction. Our results for the positions and the widths of the anticrossings are in good agreement with experimental data.

The long-term hemispheric variation of the flare index is investigated. It is found that, （1） the phase difference of the flare index between the northern and southern hemispheres is about 6-7 months, which is near the time delay between flare activity and sunspot activity; （2） both the dominant and phase-leading hemisphere of the flare index is the northern hemisphere in the considered time interval, implying that the hemispheric asynchrony of solar activity has a close connection with the N-S asymmetry of solar activity.

Treatment of malignant brain tumors continues to challenge scientists and clinicians *** of these tumors within the central nervous system(CNS),which is considered a'privileged" organ,can prevent the penetration of chemotherapeutic agents through the blood-brain barrier(BBB).To overcome this limitation,nanoparticles are taken up and transported bymacrophage and then delivered directly into the *** this study,we used macrophage touptake the folate-targeted bifunctional miclles loaded with near-infrared(NIR)dye ICG-Der-01and investigate the dynamic bio-distributions of macrophage after intravenous injection intotumor-bearing *** vitro cellular experiments by confocal microscopy indicated that theuptake of micelles in macrophage was greatly enhanced due to the folate receptor *** bio-distributions of macrophage showed a rapid clearing rate through the liver int estine path *** conclusion,macrophage could potentially be used as nanoparticle drug carriers andrequire further investigation.

Changes in global climate intensify the hydrological cycle, directly influence precipitation, evaporation, runoff, and cause the re-distribution of water resources in time and space. The aridity index （AI）, defined as the ratio of annual precipitation to annual potential evapotranspiration, is a widely used numerical indicator to quantify the degree of dryness at a given location. This study examined the effects of climate change on Al in China during 1961-2015. The results showed that the nationally averaged AI experienced a notable interdecadal transition in 1993, characterized by increasing AI （wetter） between 1961 and 1993, and decreasing AI （drier） after 1993. Overall, the decreased solar radiation （solar dimming） was the main factor affected the nationally averaged AI during 1961-1993, while the relative humidity dominated the variations of nationally averaged AI during 1993-2015. However, the roles of individual factors on the changes in AI vary in different subregions. Precipitation is one of the important contributing factors for the changes orAl in almost all subregions, except the Mid-Lower Yangtze and Huaihe basins. Solar radiation has been significantly decreased during 1961-1993 in South China, Southwest China, Mid-Lower Yangtze and Huaihe basins, and the Tibetan Plateau. Therefore, it dominated the trends of AI in these subregions. The relative humidity mainly affected the Mid-Lower Yangtze and Huaihe basins, Southwest China, and the Tibetan Plateau during 1993-2015, hence dominated the trends of Al in these subregions. The changes of temperature and wind speed, however, played a relatively weak role in the variations of AI.
