追求劳动效率推动了资本主义社会由追求绝对剩余价值向相对剩余价值转变,马克思指出这种转变给劳动者所带来的后果是劳动强度的增加与劳动的异化。劳动的异化会导致休闲的异化,表现为休闲的“物化”与“工作化”;劳动生产效率提高要求休闲效率也相应提高,追求休闲效率在加剧时间稀缺性的同时导致休闲异化,表现为自由时间之不可能。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAfLD), characterized by hepatic steatosis, is a common metabolic liver disease worldwide. Currently, satisfactory drugs for NAfLD treatment remain lacking. Obesity and diabetes are the leading causes of NAfLD, and compounds with anti-obesity and anti-diabetic activities are considered suitable candidates for treating NAfLD. In this study, biochemical and histological assays revealed that a natural lignan schisanhenol (SAL) effectively decreased lipid accumulation and improved hepatic steatosis in free fatty acid (ffA)-treated HepG2 cells and high-fat diet (HfD)-induced NAfLD mice. further, molecular analyses, microRNA (miRNA)-seq, and bioinformatics analyses revealed that SAL may improve NAfLD by targeting the miR-802/adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) pathway. Liver-specific overexpression of miR-802 in NAfLD mice significantly impaired SAL-mediated liver protection and decreased the protein levels of phosphorylated (p)-AMPK and PRKAb1. Dual-luciferase assay analysis further confirmed that miR-802 inhibits hepatic AMPK expression by binding to the 3' untranslated region of mouse Prkab1 or human PRKAA1. Additionally, genetic silencing of PRKAA1 blocked SAL-induced AMPK pathway activation in ffA-treated HepG2 cells. The results demonstrate that SAL is an effective drug candidate for treating NAfLD through regulating miR-802/AMPK-mediated lipid metabolism. © 2024 The Authors

The aim of the work is the comparison of the epidemiology of influenza and acute respiratory virus infections (ARVI) in the Republic of Kazakhstan with the corresponding influenza epidemic in Russia induced by influenza pandemic virus A/California/07/2009 in *** on influenza and ARVI from the Republic of Kazakhstan and federal Center of influenza was collected and investigated over the course of several weeks from hospitalized patients with the same diagnosis among all population and in age groups on 16 territories of Kazakhstan and in 49 major cities of *** epidemic in Kazakhstan resembled the Russian epidemic in terms of its abnormally early beginning,expression of monoaetiology,the spread of the epidemic into all territories and start of the epidemics among adult *** percentage of hospitalized people and lethal outcome were registered in this *** of epidemic process character in corresponding border-line territories of both countries was found out.

We report on the magnetohydrodynamic impact on the axisymmetric flow of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu nanoparticles suspended in H_(2)O past a stretched/shrinked *** the use of partial differential equations and the corresponding thermophysical characteristics of nanoparticles,the physical flow process is *** resultant nonlinear system of partial differential equations is converted into a system of ordinary differential equations using the suitable similarity *** transformed differential equations are solved *** of the magnetic parameter,solid volume fraction and stretching/shrinking parameter on momentum and temperature distribution have been analyzed and interpreted *** skin friction and Nusselt number were also *** addition,existence of dual solution was deduced for the shrinking sheet and unique solution for the stretching ***,Al_(2)O_(3)/H_(2)O nanofluid flow has better thermal conductivity on comparing with Cu/H_(2)O ***,it was found that the first solutions of the stream are stable and physically realizable,whereas those of the second ones are unstable.

The primary technique used for air traffic surveillance is ***,nowadays,its role in surveillance is gradually being replaced by the recently adopted Automatic Dependent Surveillance-broadcast(ADS-b).ADS-b offers a higher accuracy,lower power consumption,and longer range than radar,thus providing more safety to *** coverage of terrestrial radar and ADS-b is confined to continental parts of the globe,leaving oceans and poles uncovered by real-time surveillance *** study presents an optimized Low-Earth Orbit(LEO)-based ADS-b constellation for global air traffic surveillance over intercontinental trans-oceanic flight *** optimization algorithm is based on performance evaluation parameters,i.e.,coverage time,satellite availability,and orbit stability(precession and perigee rotation),and communication *** results indicate that the constellation provides ample coverage in the simulated global oceanic *** constellation is a feasible and cost-effective solution for global air supervision,which can supplement terrestrial ADS-b and radar systems.

We report the detection of aγ-ray bubble spanning at least 100deg2 in ultra-high energy(uHE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,implying the presence super PeVatron(s)accelerating protons to at least 10 PeV.A log-parabola form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×log10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the bubble *** sources,“hot spots”correlated with very massive molecular clouds,and a quasi-spherical amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central brightening are observed in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatially associating with a region containing massive Ob association(Cygnus Ob2)and a microquasar(Cygnus X-3),as well as previously reported multi-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of uHEγ-rays is observed with 2 photons at energies above 1 *** general feature of the bubble,the morphology,and the energy spectrum,are reasonably reproduced by the assumption of a particle accelerator in the core,continuously injecting protons into the ambient medium.
