Two-line hybrid rice with excellent quality is preferred in the Chinese ***,there is a trade-off between reducing costs for hybrid seed production and lowering the outcrossing rate of the sterile line,which is largely determined by the stigma exsertion rate(SER).In this study,we constructed mutants of male sterility lines with improved grain length(GL)and SER in three elite early-season indica rice varieties through targeted manipulation of the TMS5 and GS3 genes using CRISPR/Cas9-mediated multiplex *** obtained a series of marker-free gs3 single mutants and gs3tms5 double mutants with significantly higher SER,longer grains,and increased 1000-grain weight compared with the wild type(WT).Importantly,the typically thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)trait with a higher SER was observed in gs3tms5 mutants,and their f1 hybrids exhibited remarkable improvements in grain shape and yield-related *** findings provided an efficient method to generate new valuable TGMS germplasm with improved SER through the mutagenesis of GS3 and TMS5 synergistically,and demonstrated that GS3 had pleiotropic effects on grain size,SER,and grain quality in early-season indica rice.

Constructing three dimensional(3D)covalent organic frameworks(COfs)through the entanglement of two dimensional(2D)nets is a promising but underdeveloped ***,we report the design and synthesis of a fluorine functionalized 3DCOf(3D-An-COf-f)formed by entangled 2D sql *** structure of 3D-An-COf-f was determined by the combination of continuous rotation electron diffraction technique and modelling based on the chemical information from real ***,compared to the isostructural 3D-An-COf without f atom s,3DAn-COf-f showed an improved CO_(2)sorption ability and higher CO_(2)/N_(2)*** study not only demonstrated the generality of constructing 3D COfs with entangled 2D nets by introducing bulky groups vertically in planar building blocks,but also will expand the diversity of 3D COfs for various applications.

Abundant interfacial defects remain a significant challenge that hampers both the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Herein,an alcohol-dispersed conducting polymer complex,denoted as PEDOT:f(Poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene):Perfluorinated sulfonic acid ionomers),is introduced into the interface between perovskite and hole transporting layer in regular-structured ***:f serves as a multi-functional interface layer(filling grain boundaries and covering perovskite's grain-surface)to achieve a robust interaction with organic groups within perovskites,which could induce a structural transformation of PEDOT to increase its conductivity for the efficient ***,the strong interaction between PEDOT and perovskites could promote an effective coupling of undercoordinated Pb~(2+)ions with the lone electron pairs near O&S atoms in PEDOT molecules,thereby enhancing defect ***,PEDOT:f with inherent hydrophobic properties prevents effectively moisture invasion into perovskites for the improved long-term stability of the ***,the PEDOT:f-based PSCs achieved a champion efficiency of 24.81%,and maintained ca.92%of their initial efficiency after 7680 h of storage in a dry air environment,accompanied by the enhanced photothermal stability.

The management of colorectal cancer(CRC)poses a significant challenge,necessitating the development of innovative and effective *** research has shown that notoginsenoside ft1(ng-ft1),a small molecule,markedly inhibits subcutaneous tumor formation in CRC and enhances the proportion of CD8^(+)T cells in tumor-bearing mice,thus restraining tumor *** into the mechanism revealed that ng-ft1 selectively targets the deubiquitination enzyme USP9X,undermining its role in shieldingβ-*** leads to a reduction in the expression of downstream effectors in the Wnt signaling *** findings indicate that ng-ft1 could be a promising small-molecule treatment for CRC,working by blocking tumor progression via the Wnt signaling pathway and augmenting CD8^(+)T cell prevalence within the tumor environment.

Polymer solid electrolytes(SPEs)based on the[solvate-Li+]complex structure have promising prospects in lithium metal batteries(LMBs)due to their unique ion transport ***,the solvation structure may compromise the mechanical performance and safety,hindering practical application of *** this work,a composite solid electrolyte(CSE)is designed through the organic-inorganic syner-gistic interaction among N,N-dimethylformamide(DMf),polycarbonate(PC),and Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) in poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDf-HfP).flame-retardant Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) nanowires provide non-flammability to the prepared CSEs,and the addition of PC improves the dispersion of Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) ***,the organic-inorganic synergistic action of PC plasticizer and Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) nanowires pro-motes the dissociation degree of LiTfSI and reduces the crystallinity of PVDf-HfP,enabling rapid Li ion ***,Raman spectroscopy and DfT calculations confirm the coordination between Mg atoms in Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5) and N atoms in DMf,which exhibits Lewis base-like behavior attacking adjacent C-f and C-H bonds in PVDf-HfP while inducing dehydrofluorination of *** on the syner-gistic coupling of Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5),PC,and DMf in the PVDf-HfP matrix,the prepared CSE exhibits superior ion conductivity(9.78×10^(-4) s cm^(-1)).The assembled Li symmetric cells cycle stably for 3900 h at a current density of 0.1 mA cm^(-2) without short *** LfP||Li cells assembled with PDL-Mg_(2)B_(2)O_(5)/PC CSEs show excellent rate capability and cycling performance,with a capacity retention of 83.3%after 1000 cycles at 0.5 *** work provides a novel approach for the practical application of organic-inorganic Synergistic CSEs in LMBs.

Sulfide-based all-solid-state lithium metal batteries(ASSLMBs)have received extensive attention due to their high energy density and high safety,while the poor interface stability between sulfide electrolyte and lithium metal anode limits their ***,a hybrid SEI(LICl/Li f/Li Zn)was constructed at the interface between Li_(5.5)PS_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)sulfide electrolyte and lithium *** Li Cl and Li f interface phases with high interface energy effectively induce the uniform deposition of Li^(+)and reduce the overpotential of Li^(+)deposition,while the Li Zn alloy interface phase accelerates the diffusion of lithium *** synergistic effect of the above functional interface phases inhibits the growth of lithium dendrites and stabilizes the interface between the sulfide electrolyte and lithium *** hybrid SEI strategy exhibits excellent electrochemical performance on symmetric batteries and all-solid-state *** symmetrical cell exhibits stable cycling performance over long duration over 500 h at 1.0 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,the LiNbO_(3)@NCM712/Li_(5.5)PS_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)/Li-10%Zn f_(2)battery exhibits excellent cycle stability at a high rate of 0.5 C,with a capacity retention rate of 76.4%after 350 cycles.

县市尺度上的流动人口是中国城镇化的核心主体之一,也是城市规模增长的主要贡献者,明确县市尺度的人口流动特征具有重要意义。本文基于2000年、2010年和2020年人口普查分县数据,将流动人口统计口径在空间尺度上进行转换,核算3个时期中国县市尺度的流入、流出人口,根据修正复合指标法将其划分为六种基本地域类型,运用多项Probit模型从经济发展、公共服务、地理区位和自然环境四个维度探究影响流动人口地域类型形成的因素。研究发现:①县市尺度流动人口绝对规模持续增长,人口流动活跃性增强,县市整体由相对不活跃的“低活跃性”时代逐步走向“高活跃性”时代;②平衡活跃型多转化为净流出活跃型,小规模净流出活跃型由东南沿海不断向内陆扩散,逐渐成为主导地域类型,大规模净流出活跃型实现从无到有的转变;③数量占比不足5%的大规模净流入活跃型县市集聚了全国超六成的流入人口,小规模净流入型县市对流动人口吸引力不断降低;④当前,经济因素仍是塑造流动人口地域类型空间格局的主要力量,非农就业机会和城镇化率越高的县市越容易成为净流入活跃型,但非经济因素对其影响正在逐步加强。

Comprehensive SummaryThe detection of critical endogenous species, such as bacteria in microenvironments in the body, requires better imaging tools for visualization and monitoring of biological events. Bioluminescence imaging is the most popular strategy for obtaining real-time in living cells and organisms. Herein, we introduced a nitroaryl group on the C-3 position and a hydroxy group at the C-6 phenyl ring on furimazine to report the first bioluminescent probe (7) based on NanoLuc-furimazine bioluminescent pair for the detection of nitroreductase in bacteria. The probe, which possessed up to 560-fold intensity increase with a low detection limit of 16 ng/mL of nitroreductase, has the most efficient uncage efficiency in comparison with other bioluminescent congeners, thus enabling highly selective and sensitive visualization of NTR activity in a panel of clinical priority pathogens. Additionally, imaging of the recombinant strain as well as the NTR from mouse feces indicated the potential of this probe in the application of different mouse disease models.
