百乐眠胶囊治疗失眠症临床应用专家共识

百乐眠胶囊作为适用于阴虚火旺型失眠症的中成药，目前被广泛应用于短期失眠症、慢性失眠症及卒中后失眠、失眠伴焦虑抑郁状态等心身疾病，并被多项共识/指南/路径推荐。该共识在专家访谈、问卷调研和百乐眠胶囊文献系统回顾的基础上，遵循“循证为举，共识为主，经验为鉴”原则，总结现有最佳证据，充分结合专家经验以及患者偏好，基于百乐眠胶囊自身特点及临床实际，形成了百乐眠胶囊单用和联合西药用于治疗失眠症、慢性失眠症伴焦虑抑郁状态、特殊人群失眠症等7条推荐意见和12条共识建议。共识起草过程中，通过线上与线下相结合的征求意见方式，在全国范围内进行了征求意见和同行评议。该共识适用于各级医院的中医、西医和中西医结合医师，基层卫生服务机构的临床医师，为其合理使用百乐眠胶囊提供指导和参考。旨在指导和规范临床医生合理使用百乐眠胶囊，提高临床疗效和安全性。该共识已通过中华中医药学会审核发布，编号GS/CACM 329-2023。

The chinese Clinical Practice Guidelines for the prevention and treatment ofmother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus,developed by the chinese Society of Infectious Diseases of the chinese Medical association in 2019,serves as a valuable reference for standardizing the process of preventing mother-to-child transmission in *** new evidence emerges,it is crucial that timely and regular updates are made to the clinical practice guidelines so as to optimize guidance for clinical practice and *** this end,the Infectious Disease Physician branch of chinese Medical Doctor association and the chinese Society of Infectious Diseases of chinese Medical association,in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts,have updated the guidelines based on the latest domestic and international research advancements and clinical practice,in order to provide guidance and reference for clinicians andmaternal and child healthcare workers.

Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

黄体是卵巢排卵后形成的正常生理结构。排卵后,卵泡腔内压力下降,卵泡壁塌陷,颗粒细胞和卵泡内膜细胞向内侵入,同时在卵泡血管内皮生长因子及成纤维细胞生长因子的作用下,基底膜外的毛细血管内皮细胞、成纤维细胞增殖并穿入基底膜内,先后形成血体和黄体,此时卵巢血管增加,血流速度居全身腺体首位。若卵巢黄体破裂,则会导致腹腔内出血[1-2]。卵巢黄体破裂出血量多少不一,若出血较少,破口可自行闭合;若出血多,可导致晕厥,甚至休克,危及生命。目前对卵巢黄体破裂的诊治,尚缺乏一致性共识。为此,中华预防医学会生殖健康分会及中华医学会科学普及分会组织国内妇产科、急诊科、放射科、超声科、病理科及方法学专家检索文献,结合现有循证医学证据,集体讨论制定本共识,以期为规范化诊治卵巢黄体破裂提供临床思路。
