Background:Mental health has recently been receiving a growing amount of attention in China's Mainland,with mental disorders increasingly being recognized as a major public health ***,the treatment gap for mental health care is markedly high in *** research and clinical practice have focused on high-risk physical disorders but overlooked psychosocial factors,especially during the perinatal ***:To explore Chinese professionals'perception and attributions of perinatal mental health in ***:The study was conducted in Shanghai,China,in 2018,drawing on interviews with 15 key informants including health professionals,government officials,and policymakers recruited through snowball *** analysis of the semi-structured interviews was ***:The study yielded insights into the perceptions of perinatal mental health among health professionals in *** themes emerged from the informants'reports:(1)mental health influenced by tradition—describing traditions affecting the perception of mental health at both the societal and individual level;(2)societal changed contributing perinatal mental health problems—referring to a rapidly changing cultural and economic backdrop as a source of stress leading to mental health problems;and(3)existing and required resources—demonstrating a lack of professional training,staff shortages,and inadequacy of resources to provide the required mental health ***:Our results provide new insights into key health professionals'perceptions of mental health problems in *** to seek care owing to a lack of knowledge,and resource shortages in health care systems are obstacles to improve mental health among women in urban China.

Two new fossil subgenera and two new fossil species of the genus Tipula Linnaeus,1758,Tipula(Succinica)berendti *** *** Tipula(Gedanica)adamowiczi *** sp.n.,are described from Baltic amber and compared with other species of Tipula known from the *** two new subgenera and species described herein are an excellent bridge between recent specimens and those preserved in sedimentary rocks,and thus enrich knowledge on the evolution of the family.

Background Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE) is a rare vascular tumor affecting infants and young children. Although benign, it can be associated with an aggressive locally growing tumor and/or a life-threatening Kasabach–Merritt phenomenon (KMP). To date, only reviews of limited cases have been performed. We, therefore, conducted a comprehensive literature search to collect relevant data and make recommendations for future treatment trials. Methods Review of the available literature between 1993 and 2017 revealed a total of 105 publications involving 215 patients of less than 21 years of age. To this, we added 12 from our department and 4 from the Cooperative Weichteilsarkomstudie database. Results We found that KMP was present in 79% of the infants, in 47% of the 1–5-year olds, in 43% of the 6–12-year olds, and in 10% of the 13–21-year-old patients. KMP was present in nearly all (94%) patients with retroperitoneal tumors and in all patients with extra-regional tumors. The median size of a KHE without KMP was 12 cm2 as compared to 49 cm2 when associated with a KMP. With complete (not further classifiable if R0 or R1) resection, all patients were cured. If inoperable, response regarding KMP/regression of tumor size was seen in 29/28% with steroid-, 47/39% with vincristine-, 44/43% with interferon alpha-, 65/61% with anti-platelet agents-, and in 97/100% with sirolimus-containing therapies. Conclusions Patients with progressive KHE should undergo resection whenever it is considered a safe option. If inoperable, sirolimus should be the first choice for treating KMP and reducing tumor size.

Septoria carvi belong to the fungi recently detected on caraway plants in the Polish climatic conditions. In many European countries, this fungus causes significant losses in caraway cultivation and decreases the quality and quantity of the herb material. The aim of the present work was to study the fungus harmfulness towards the sowing materials, stems, leaves and umbels of caraway. The pathogenicity tests according to Koch＇s postulates were carried out for isolates ofS. carvi using post-culture liquids and a water suspension of conidia to inoculate the plants＇ parts. The studies were conducted in the laboratory, the climatic chamber and in field conditions. S. carvi caused disease symptoms in the form of spots and necrosis on all tested plants organs. The infection was followed by natural openings what was shown by scanning electron microscope （SEM） microscopic observations. The efficiency of inoculation increased injuries and anatomical dipping of plant epidermal tissue. The study showed the ability for asymptomatic S. carvi colonization of inoculated plants＇ parts. The performed pathogenicity tests and microscopic observations SEM showed that the tested isolates of S. carvi were occasional pathogens of caraway.

The Use of Language Corpora and Concordancing Software to Improve Grammatical Competence in Teaching English as a Foreign Language

In classes of English as a foreign language, an important feature for developing the grammatical competence of the students is to provide them with a sufficient amount of language samples. This is done in order to allow the learners to gain more insight into the language structure and use, on the basis of which they can come to generalisations and formulate rules of grammar. Corpus-based language teaching and learning equips learners with knowledge and skills that can be used for this purpose. The advantage of using language corpora as teaching and learning materials is that they provide examples of authentic language. The chosen or built corpus is usually large enough to enable the learner to find a sufficient number of examples of a word or phrase in a context which is presented in an electronic form. As language corpora offer some obvious didactic advantages, they are becoming more and more popular among foreign language teachers and learners. The corpus is usually subjected to a concordance analysis which means using analytical software （a concordancer） to find the occurrences of a particular word or phrase in a text or in a compilation of texts. The aim of this paper is to present the possibilities which the use of a language corpus in combination with concordancing software give to teachers in their designing of language learning tasks After some brief theoretical foundations about the usefulness of concordancing, the paper presents the author＇s experience in the application of these tools in the classroom

This paper provides a comparative analysis of the rhetorical structure and linguistic features of research papers written in English and Polish languages within the field of medicine. The study was based on a corpus of 30 research articles： 15 written by native English speakers and 15 by non-native speakers-Polish researchers. The outcomes of this investigation indicate some discrepancies in rhetorical structure between the research papers. An explanation for the cross-cultural differences which seem to be responsible for these discrepancies, and an enumeration of pedagogical implications for the use of a corpus-based approach to generic analysis in English for Specific Purposes （ESP） classes, are also provided.
