Railroad operating experience in permafrost conditions has shown that deformations of embankments on thawing foun- dations last for a long time. After an initial period of heat settlement due to permafrost degradation, the determining factor is the plastic flow of seasonal thawed soils of the foundation upper layer under the embankment. This paper provides a method to evaluate these deformations, and calculation examples using data from line sections of the Chum-Labytnangi Railway in northwestern Russia. It also discusses several methods of embankment stabilization, including the use of ver- tical thermosiphons.

An analysis of the reasons for the displacements of long-term embankments maintained on permafrost soils indicates that they mainly occur due to plastic deformations in the layer of seasonal freezing and thawing;therefore,the reconstruction of permafrost is not effective in this *** is proposed to strengthen these embankments with the help of using jet technology for cementation of the top layer of the *** approach is considered through the example of the deforming embankment on 6,278 km of the Turinskaya-Karymskaya section of the Trans-Siberian Railway.

在俄罗斯北方铁路货运线路沿线路堤上开展了一系列针对软弱地基(泥炭土和黏土)的研究,包括原型振动诊断、物理建模以及计算路堤变形和加固类型变化等。利用离心模型试验对木桩加固泥炭土地基的性能进行了评价,并将其结果与未进行加固处理的路堤模型进行了对比。以Obozerskaya-Malenga线(俄罗斯北部阿尔汉格尔斯克和摩尔曼斯克地区)上的路堤作为路堤原型开展研究;在MIIT中,采用数值计算方法开展地基稳定性、弹性沉降、最终沉降分析,并采用专用软件确定路基稳定性的影响因素和系数。研究结果表明:未进行加固处理的路基建模失效是由路堤顶部承载能力的减小和固定在模型右侧超载的位移所导致的。根据泥炭土地基基础的隆起(路堤模型的每一侧),其变形有接近路堤模型坡脚的变化趋势,在此情况下最大沉降量超过15mm。原型振动监测的结果决定了对路堤采取的进一步措施为:根据主要标准,对于其中被记录的非稳定状态路堤,建议进行详细的调查和路基加固工程。

In the present work, the molecular structures of two new synthesized dyes：（4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-ylamino）（5-p-tolylisoxazol-3-yl）methanol（PS-1） and N-（4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl）-5-phenylisoxazole-3-carboxamide（PS-2）, have been investigated using density functional theory（DFT） in dimethylformamide（DMF） for the first time. The electronic spectra of new dyes in a DMF solvent were carried out by time dependent density functional theory（TD-DFT） method. After quantum-chemical calculations two new dyes for the optoelectronic applications were synthesized. FT-IR spectra of the title compounds are recorded and discussed. NucleusIndependent Chemical Shifts（NICS） calculations have also been carried out for the title compounds. The computed absorption spectral data of the title compounds are in good agreement with the experimental data, thus allowing an assignment of the UV spectra. The HOMO and LUMO molecular orbitals, excitation energies and oscillator strengths for the dyes have also been calculated and presented.

The Scattering of a Cylindrical Shear-Axial Wave by a Circular Cavity in Piezoelectric Crystal

The design of railway embankment with syntactical thermal insulator on permafrost soil is considered. It is shown that thermal insulator in embankment body allows one to save soils under embankment in frozen condition. It is recommended to put the thermal insulator nearly embankment foot in low embankments. The result of analytical calculation and mathematical modeling on the determination of the thermal insulator thickness are given.

The features of a cylindrical shear-axial wave scattering by a circular cavity in piezoelectric crystal of 6(4)-class of symmetry are discussed. It is shown that the basic integral characteristics of scattering—scattering indicatrix and total cross-section scattering have large changes with approach of a linear shear-axial wave source to cavity boundary. The small-scale oscillations in spectra of scattering are caused by the interference contribution of waves circulating on a boundary as they are capable of effective capture by concave metallized boundary of a cavity.

This article is devoted to presenting modern aspects of building information microwave therapy devices. And it presents an analysis of the existing problems of the organism homeostasis control by means of electromagnetic radiation. The new principles of synthesis of operating influences are formulated. On the basis of the thermodynamic approach is justified as a leading role modeling the space microwave background to restore disturbed homeostasis of the organism. The general patterns of development of the pathological process and possible mechanisms of corrective action of natural electromagnetic background are described. The implementation of the approach offered by the authors to constructing device information physiotherapy allowed creating high-performance hardware and software means for the prevention and treatment of a wide range of human diseases.
