Objective:This study aimed to determine the effects of job characteristics and work engagement on the nursing performance of nurses working in general ***:Data were collected from 169 nurses who are working in a general hospital in South Korea by using a cross-sectional descriptive survey ***:Nurses’job characteristics and work engagement showed positive effects on nursing *** effect was magnified when work engagement was used as a mediating ***:The findings elucidate the factors influencing job performance and provide managers with important information for developing programs to improve the job skills and work engagement of nurses.

The ultra-precision machining process using a single crystal diamond tool has been mainly used for machining molds of optical *** the micro patterns of various shapes having excellent surface roughness can be machined by using ultra-precision machine tools,the micro pattern on a large light guide plate (LGP) is mainly machined using a diamond *** tool wear occurs due to long machining distances and time while machining a large-area LGP *** deformation and dimensional error of micro pattern are caused by tool wear,as a result,the light efficiency of LGP *** characteristics of tool wear should be analyzed in order to precisely machine large-area LGP mold from all sorts of *** experiments were performed in order to compare wear characteristics of a V90° diamond tool using Al3003,5052,6061 and *** prism pattern of depth 10 μm was machined in order to analyze characteristics of tool wear according to machining distances (0.5,1 and 1.5 km).The effects of tool wear on pattern shape were analyzed by applying overlapped cutting depths (Rough machining is (10+8+7) μm and Finish machining is (5+3+2+1) μm) by continuously machining a prism pattern of W shape of 25 μm in depth.

Objective:To investigate the antioxidant and anti-melanogenesis activities of an ultrasonic extract of red sea cucumber,Stichopus japonicus,collected from Jeju ***:Antioxidant activity experiments were assessed by an electron spin resonance system and a cellular model of immortalized human keratinocytes(haCaT)to determine its radical scavenging activity and protective effects against 2,2’-azobis(2-amidinopropane)dihydrochloride(AAPH)-induced oxidative *** activity of the ultrasonic extract of red sea cucumber was also examined using the melanoma cell model B16F10 and mushroom *** the induction byα-melanocytestimulating hormone,the effects of the ultrasonic extract of red sea cucumber on intracellular tyrosinase activity,melanin content and the melanogenic protein expression of microphthalmia-associated transcription factor,tyrosinase,and tyrosinase-related proteins(TRP-1,and TRP-2)were ***:The ultrasonic extract of red sea cucumber significantly scavenged 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl and alkyl radicals[IC50:(0.924±0.035)and(0.327±0.006)mg/mL,respectively],as well as showed a protective effect against oxidative stress and attenuated generation of intracellular reactive oxygen species on AAPHinduced haCaT cells,with no cytotoxicity(12.5-400μg/mL).The ultrasonic extract of red sea cucumber also exhibited a tyrosinase inhibitory effect[IC50:(2.750±0.006)mg/mL].Onα-melanocytestimulating hormone-stimulated B16F10 melanoma cells,the ultrasonic extract of red sea cucumber(25-200μg/mL)significantly inhibited not only melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity,but also protein expressions of microphthalmia-associated transcriptional factor,tyrosinase,TRP-1,and ***:The ultrasonic extract of red sea cucumber shows antioxidant and anti-melanogenic potential and may be a natural candidate for anti-aging as well as a whitening agent in the cosmeceuticals industry.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of simple and extended cholecystectomy for mucosa(T1a) or muscularis(T1b) gallbladder(GB) cancer. METHODS:Original studies on simple and extended cholecystectomy for T1a or T1b GB cancer were searched from MEDLINE(PubMed) ,Cochrane Library,EMBase,and CancerLit using the search terms of GB,cancer/carcinoma/tumor/neoplasm. RESULTS:Twenty-nine out of the 2312 potentially relevant publications met the eligibility *** the 1266 patients with GB cancer included in the publications,706(55.8%) and 560(44.2%) had T1a and T1b GB cancer,*** cholecystectomy for T1a and T1b GB cancer was performed in 590(83.6%) and 375(67.0%) patients,respectively(Phat extended cholecystectomy is advantageous over simple cholecystectomy for T1b GB cancer.

OBJECTIVE: To examine the dose-dependent impact of Asiasari Radix(A. radix) on the cell viability,differentiation and mineralization of stem cells derived from ***: Stem cells that were derived from gingiva were grown in the presence of A. radix at final concentrations that ranged from 0.001 to 10 μg/m L. The morphology of the cells was viewed under an inverted microscope and the analysis of cell proliferation was performed by using Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8) on day 1. The alkaline phosphatase activity test was used to assess differentiation and Alizarin red S staining was used to assess mineralization of treated ***: The control group showed spindleshaped, fibroblast-like morphology and the shapesof the cells in 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1 and 10 μg/mL of *** were similar to that of the control group at day 1. The cultures growing in the presence of0.001 μg/m L of A. radix at day 1 showed an increase in the CCK-8 value(P hatase activity(P > 0.05). Mineralized extracellular deposits were observed after Alizarin Red S staining and the cultures grown in the presence of 0.001 μg/m L of A. radix showed the highest value for quantitative results for bound dye(P hance osteogenic differentiation of the stem cells.

Recently,with the normalization of non-face-to-face online environments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic,the possibility of cyberattacks through endpoints has *** endpoint devices are managed meticulously to prevent cyberattacks and ensure timely responses to potential security *** particular,because telecommuting,telemedicine,and teleeducation are implemented in uncontrolled environments,attackers typically target vulnerable endpoints to acquire administrator rights or steal authentication information,and reports of endpoint attacks have been increasing *** persistent threats(APTs)using various novel variant malicious codes are a form of a sophisticated ***,conventional commercial antivirus and anti-malware systems that use signature-based attack detectionmethods cannot satisfactorily respond to such *** this paper,we propose a method that expands the detection coverage inAPT attack *** this model,an open-source threat detector and log collector are used synergistically to improve threat detection *** the scope of attack log collection through interworking between highly accessible open-source tools can efficiently increase the detection coverage of tactics and techniques used to deal with APT attacks,as defined by MITRE Adversarial Tactics,Techniques,and Common Knowledge(ATT&CK).We implemented an attack environment using an APT attack scenario emulator called Carbanak and analyzed the detection coverage of Google Rapid Response(GRR),an open-source threat detection tool,and Graylog,an open-source log *** proposed method expanded the detection coverage against MITRE ATT&CK by approximately 11%compared with that conventional methods.
