We report an atypical case of anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis(ANMDARE). A 27-year-old man diagnosed with ANMDARE received immunotherapy and had a good recovery. However, within one month, he developed severe status epilepticus and decreased level of conscience with new hyperpyrexia and dyspnea, and was admitted to the emergency intensive care unit. Acinetobacter baumanii were found in the sputum culture; and anti-NMDAR antibodies were positive(titer: 1/80) in the cerebrospinal fluid. Repeated immunotherapy was administered with antibacterial agents, and the patient recovered except for mild psychiatric sequelae. This is the first report of ANMDARE that aggravates after acinetobacter baumannii pneumonia. Awareness and knowledge of this disorder should be extended, especially in the emergency medicine community.

An orthogonal test was used to optimize the reaction conditions of roasting zinc oxide ore using（NH_4）_2SO_4. The optimized reaction conditions are defined as an（NH_4）_2SO_4/zinc molar ratio of 1.4：1, a roasting temperature of 440°c, and a thermostatic time of 60 min. The molar ratio of（NH_4）_2SO_4/zinc is the most predominant factor and the roasting temperature is the second significant factor that governs the zinc extraction. Thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis was used for（NH_4）_2SO_4 and zinc mixed in a molar ratio of 1.4：1 at the heating rates of 5, 10, 15, and 20 K·min-1. Two strong endothermic peaks indicate that the complex chemical reactions occur at approximately 290°c and 400°c. XRD analysis was employed to examine the transformations of mineral phases during roasting process. Kinetic parameters, including reaction apparent activation energy, reaction order, and frequency factor, were calculated by the Doyle-Ozawa and Kissinger methods. corresponding to the two endothermic peaks, the kinetic equations were obtained.

The inverted charge structure formation of a hailstorm was investigated using the Advanced Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF-ARW) model coupled with electrification and discharge schemes. Different processes may be responsible for inverted charge structure in different storms and regions. A dynamical-derived mechanism of inverted charge structure formation was confirmed by the numerical model: the inverted structure was formed by strong updraft and downdraft under normal-polarity charging conditions such that the graupel charged negatively in the main charging region in the middle-upper level of the cloud. The simulation results showed the storm presented a normal charge structure before and after hail-fall; while during the hail-fall stage, it showed an inverted charge structure—negative charge region in the upper level of the cloud and a positive charge region in the middle level of the cloud—appearing at the front edge near the strong updraft in the hailstorm. The charging processes between the two particles mainly occurred at the top of the cloud, where the graupel charged negatively and ice crystals positively due to the strong updraft. When the updraft air reached the top of the storm, it would spread to the rear and front. The light ice crystals were transported backward and forward more easily. Meanwhile, the positively charged ice crystals were transported downward by the frontal subsidence, and then a positive charge region formed between the ?10 and ?25°c levels. Subsequently, a negative charge region materialized in the upper level of the cloud, and the inverted charge structure formed.

Accurate estimation of clocks, for example for the Gravity Recovery And climate Experiment(GRAcE)twin-satellites, is a critical part of precise orbit determination(POD) that ensures temporal gravity inversion. characterizing the periodic variations of the receiver clocks is critical for precise clock modeling and prediction. In this study, the receiver clock is estimated using two different POD procedure: kinematic and reduced-dynamic approaches. choices and the number of orbital parameters estimated in POD process affect the clock estimates, e.g., there are 8895 and 34,560 total parameters in the reduced-dynamic and kinematic approaches, respectively. In the both cases, the periodic variations of GRAcE receiver clock are mainly dominated by the GPS orbit period, as well as once-(1-pr) and twiceper-revolution(2-pr) effects. Here the 1-pr effect is coupled with the relativistic effect, resulting in a difficulty to separate both signals. The clock amplitudes caused by the GPS orbit period, 1-pr and 2-pr are about 0.1, 0.03 and 0.01 ns, respectively. The GPS orbit period is almost one order magnitude larger than the 1-and 2-pr effect. The 0.1-ns amplitude of the 12-h periodic variation is equivalent to a 3-cm error in range. Such a systematic error should be considered in the receiver clock modeling for both the improvement of positioning accuracy and the reduction of number of unknown parameters, if the precise point positioning(PPP) technique is used for the orbit determination of the GRAcE.

Objective: To compare the effects and safety of conventional transarterial chemoembolization(c TAcE) and yttrium-90 transarterial radioembolization [TARE(90 Y)] for hepatocellular carcinoma(Hcc)Methods: Nine high-quality observational studies, one low bias-risk randomized controlled trial(RcT), and one moderate biasrisk RcT included 1,652 patients [c TAcE, 1,124; TARE(90 Y), 528], from whom data were extracted for this systematic review and ***: The extracted study outcomes included 1-year and 2-year overall survival(OS) rates, objective responses(ORs), and serious adverse events(AEs). 1-year OS rates: OR = 0.939, 95 % cI: 0.705-1.251, P = 0.66. 2-year OS rates: overall pooled OR =0.641, 95% cI: 0.382-1.075, P = 0.092; observational study subgroup OR = 0.575, 95% cI: 0.336-0.984, P = 0.043; RcT subgroup OR* = 0.641, 95% cI: 0.382-1.075, P = 0.346. Diesel particulate matter （DPM） is considered to be carcinogenic after prolonged exposure. With more diesel- powered equipment used in underground mines, miners＇ exposure to DPM has become an increasing concern. This paper used computational fluid dynamics method to study the DPM dispersion in a dead-end entry with loading operation. The effects of different push-pull ventilation systems on DPM distribution were evaluated to improve the working conditions for underground miners. The four push-pull systems considered include： long push and short pull tubing; short push and long pull tubing, long push and curved pull tubing, and short push and curved pull tubing. A species transport model with buoyancy effect was used to examine the DPM dispersion pattern with unsteady state analysis. During the 200 s of loading operation, high DPM levels were identified in the face and dead-end entry regions. This study can be used for mining engineer as guidance to design and setup local ventilation, select DPM control strategies and for DPM annual training for underground miners.
