Achieving efficient thermal management urges to exploit high-thermal-conductivity materials to satisfy the boosted demand of heat *** is critical to adopt standardized characterization protocols to evaluate the intrinsic thermal conductivity of thermal management ***,for the most representative laser flash method,the lack of standard measurement methodology and systematic description on the thermal diffusivity and influencing factors has led to significant deviations and confusion of the thermal conduction performance in the emerging thermal management ***,the measurement error factors of thermal diffusivity by the common laser flash analyzer(LFA)are *** high-thermal-conductivity graphitic film(GF)as a typical case,the key factors are analyzed to guide the measurement protocol of related carbon-based thermal management *** basic principle of the LFA measurement,actual pre-processing conditions,instrument parameters setting,and data analysis are elaborated for accurate ***,the graphene thick films and common isotropic materials are also extended to meet various thermal measurement *** on the existing practical problems,we propose a feasible test flow to achieve a unified and standardized thermal conductivity measurement,which is beneficial to the rapid development of carbon-based thermal management materials.

Among plant metabolites,phenolamides,which are conjugates of hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives and polyamines,play important roles in plant adaptation to abiotic and biotic ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying phenolamide metabolism and regulation as well as the effects of domestication and breeding on phenolamide diversity in tomato remain largely *** this study,we performed a metabolite-based genome-wide association study and identified two biosynthetic gene clusters(BGc7 and BGc11)containing 12 genes involved in phenolamide metabolism,including four biosynthesis genes(two 4cL genes,one c3H gene,and one cPA gene),seven decoration genes(five AT genes and two UGT genes),and one transport protein gene(DTX29).Using gene co-expression network analysis we further discovered that SlMYB13 positively regulates the expression of two gene clusters,thereby promoting phenolamide *** and physiological analyses showed that BGc7,BGc11 and SlMYB13 enhance drought tolerance by enhancing scavenging of reactive oxygen species and increasing abscisic acid content in *** variation analysis suggested that BGc7,BGc11 and SlMYB13 were negatively selected during tomato domestication and improvement,leading to reduced phenolamide content and drought tolerance of cultivated ***,our study discovers a key mechanism of phenolamide biosynthesis and regulation in tomato and reveals that crop domestication and improvement shapes metabolic diversity to affect plant environmental adaptation.

Evaluation Indicators of Traditional chinese Medicine Syndromes for Gouty Arthritis with Damp Heat Accumulation and the Effect of Administering Tongfeng Qingxiao formula(痛风清消方)

OBJEcTIVE: To evaluate the indicators of an animal model of gouty arthritis (GA) with dampness heat accumulation and the intervention effect of Tongfeng Qingxiao formula (痛风清消方， TFQXF).METHODS: Seventy-two healthy adult Sprague-Dawley male rats were selected and randomly divided into a normal group， model group， low-dose group， medium-dose group， high-dose group， and diclofenac group using a random number table method， with 12 rats in each group. After group intervention， the general condition of the rats in each group was monitored and recorded， and the swelling index was measured. After separating the serum， the changes in glutamic pyruvic transaminase (ALT)， glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (AST)， carbamide (UREA)， creatinine (cREA)， triglyceride (TG)， total serum cholesterol (Tc)， low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c)， and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) in the serum of the rats in each group were measured using an automatic biochemical analyzer. The levels of motilin (MTL)， gastrin (GAS)， endothelin (ET)， calcitonin gene-related peptide (cGRP)， heat shock protein 70 (HSP70)， interleukin (IL)-1β， and nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) in the serum of the rats in each group were evaluated using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits. Kidney tissues were used to evaluate the protein and mRNA expression of aquaporin (AQP)1 and AQP2. colon tissue was used to evaluate the protein and mRNA expression of AQP3 and AQP4 by Western blotting (WB) assay and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPcR). The levels of ALT， AST， UREA， and cREA were used to evaluate the liver and kidney function of rats. The levels of MTL and GAS were used to evaluate the gastrointestinal function of rats. The levels of TG， Tc， LDL-c， HDL-c， AQP1， AQP2， AQP3， and AQP4 were used to evaluate the "dampness" syndrome performance in rats. Effect of Moderate Oxygen Preconditioning on Pulmonary Function and Electrophysiological Properties of Hippocampal Neurons in Rats with Lung cancer

Objective: To observe the effect of moderate oxygen preconditioning on pulmonary function and electrophysiological properties of hippocampal neurons in rats with lung cancer. Methods: By establishing a lung cancer surgery model in rats, the experimental animals were randomly divided into model group, surgery group, oxygen treatment group A, oxygen treatment group B, and oxygen treatment group c. Lung cancer group was not treated, lung cancer surgery group underwent surgery to remove lung tissue, oxygen treatment group A received oxygen pre-treatment at a concentration of 1-3 L/min, oxygen treatment group B received oxygen pre-treatment at a concentration of 4-5 L/min, and oxygen treatment group c received oxygen pre-treatment at a concentration of 6-8 L/min. After operation, Morris water maze behavior was observed, lung function indicators were measured by lung function test,and the amplitude and frequency of micro-excitatory postsynaptic current of hippocampal neurons in rats were detected by electrophysiological membrane ***: Lung cancer surgery would have an effect on the spatial memory in lung cancer rats, and the spatial memory ability of oxygen-treated group A, group B and group c was improved compared with that of the surgery group. FEV 0.3(forced expiratory capacity at0.3 s) and FVc(forced vital capacity) in the oxygen-treated group B were significantly higher than those in the model group, in which the improvement of FEV 0.3 and FVc reached(3.32±0.42) m L and(3.79±0.82) m L, respectively. The FEV 0.3/FVc ratio of87.04 ±1.44 in oxygen-treated group B was higher than that of the model group and surgery group. compound Shenhua Tablet,a medicine comprising seven herbs,is employed in treating IgA *** study aimed to meticulously analyze its chemical *** on a list of candidate compounds,identified through extensive literature review pertinent to the tablet’s herbal components,the composition analysis entailed the systematic identification,characterization,and quantification of the *** analyte-capacity of Lc/ESI-MS-based and Gc/EI-MS-based assays was *** identified and characterized constituents were quantified to determine their content levels and were ranked based on the constituents’daily doses.A total of 283 constituents,classified into 12 distinct categories,were identified and characterized in the compound Shenhua *** constituents exhibited content levels of 1−10982μg·g^(−1),with daily doses of 0.01−395μmol·d^(−1).The predominant constituents,with daily doses of≥10μmol·d^(−1),include nine organic acids(citric acid,quinic acid,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,gallic acid,neochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid c,isochlorogenic acid B,and linoleic acid),five iridoids(specnuezhenide,nuezhenoside G13,nuezhenidic acid,secoxyloganin,and secologanoside),two monoterpene glycosides(paeoniflorin and albiflorin),a sesquiterpenoid(curzerenone),a triterpenoid(oleanolic acid),and a phenylethanoid(salidroside).Additionally,there were 83,126,and 55 constituents detected in the medicine with daily doses of 1–10,0.1–1,and 0.01–0.1μmol·d^(−1),*** combination of the Lc/ESI-MS-based and Gc/EI-MS-based assays demonstrated a complementary relationship in their analyte-capacity for detecting the constituents present in the *** comprehensive composition analysis establishes a solid foundation for further pharmacological research on compound Shenhua Tablet and facilitates the quality evaluation of this complex herbal medicine.

Embryo Transfer Strategies for Women with Recurrent Implantation Failure During the Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer cycles:Sequential Embryo Transfer or Double-blastocyst Transfer?

Objective Both sequential embryo transfer(SeET)and double-blastocyst transfer(DBT)can serve as embryo transfer strategies for women with recurrent implantation failure(RIF).This study aims to compare the effects of SeET and DBT on pregnancy *** Totally,261 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles of 243 RIF women were included in this multicenter retrospective *** to different embryo quality and transfer strategies,they were divided into four groups:group A,good-quality SeET(GQ-SeET,n=38 cycles);group B,poor-quality or mixed-quality SeET(PQ/MQ-SeET,n=31 cycles);group c,good-quality DBT(GQ-DBT,n=121 cycles);and group D,poor-quality or mixed-quality DBT(PQ/MQ-DBT,n=71 cycles).The main outcome,clinical pregnancy rate,was compared,and the generalized estimating equation(GEE)model was used to correct potential confounders that might impact pregnancy *** GQ-DBT achieved a significantly higher clinical pregnancy rate(aOR 2.588,95%cI 1.267–5.284,P=0.009)and live birth rate(aOR 3.082,95%cI 1.482–6.412,P=0.003)than PQ/***,the clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher in GQ-SeET than in PQ/MQ-SeET(aOR 4.047,95%cI 1.218–13.450,P=0.023).The pregnancy outcomes of GQ-SeET were not significantly different from those of GQ-DBT,and the same results were found between PQ/MQ-SeET and PQ/*** SeET relative to DBT did not seem to improve pregnancy outcomes for RIF patients if the embryo quality was comparable between the two *** clinical pregnancy outcomes could be obtained by transferring good-quality embryos,no matter whether in SeET or *** quality plays a more important role in pregnancy outcomes for RIF patients.

Quantum geometric tensor and the topological characterization of the extended Su-Schrieffer-Heeger model

We investigate the quantum metric and topological Euler number in a cyclically modulated Su-Schrieffer-Heeger(SSH)model with long-range hopping *** computing the quantum geometry tensor,we derive exact expressions for the quantum metric and Berry curvature of the energy band electrons,and we obtain the phase diagram of the model marked by the first chern ***,we also obtain the topological Euler number of the energy band based on the Gauss-Bonnet theorem on the topological characterization of the closed Bloch states manifold in the first Brillouin ***,some regions where the Berry curvature is identically zero in the first Brillouin zone result in the degeneracy of the quantum metric,which leads to ill-defined non-integer topological Euler ***,the non-integer"Euler number"provides valuable insights and an upper bound for the absolute values of the chern numbers.

clinical characteristics and risk factors of post-operative intestinal flora disorder following laparoscopic colonic surgery:A propensityscore-matching analysis
