Objective:To determine the temporal trend and epidemiology of animal bite cases in Gerash City,***:This retrospective cross-sectional study analyzed 630 cases of people with animal bites between 2011 and 2021 in Gerash *** collected data were analyzed using Chi-square ***:The mean age of victims was(30.9±17.5)years.80.54%Of victims were male,39.70%were self-employed,and 64.60%were adults(≥18 years).Most cases of bites occurred in 2019(91 cases),2020(74 cases)and 2021(87 cases),and most of the bites were related to the upper limbs(62.70%).Most of the wounds were superficial(78%),most of the biting animals were domestic animals(91.74%),and most of the victims had Iranian nationality(97.62%).Conclusions:Given the increasing trend of animal bites in Gerash City,health authorities should carry out basic measures such as education and awareness among the public,especially at-risk groups such as adult ***,since most cases of bites are due to dogs,it seems necessary to plan for vaccination of dogs,especially those with owners.

Around the globe,chronic diseases pose a serious hazard to healthcare *** majority of the deaths are due to chronic diseases,and it causes burdens across the *** analyzing healthcare data and extracting patterns healthcare administrators,victims,and healthcare communities will get an advantage if the diseases are early *** majority of the existing works focused on increasing the accuracy of the techniques but didn’t concentrate on other performance ***,the proposed work improves the early detection of chronic disease and safeguards the lives of the patients by increasing the specificity and sensitivity of the classifiers along with the *** proposed work used a hybrid optimization algorithm called the Hybrid Gravitational Search algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm(HGSAPSO)to upgrade the detection of chronic *** classifier parameters with their optimized parameters are compared and *** such as Artificial Neural Network(ANN),Support Vector Machines(SVM),K-Nearest Neighbor(Knn),and Decision tree(DT)are *** care data are obtained from the UCI machine learning repository to evaluate the proposed *** proposed work is assessed on 6 benchmark datasets and the performance metrics such as Accuracy,Specificity,Sensitivity,F-measure,Recall,and Precision are *** experimental results exhibit that the proposed work attains better accuracy on Artificial Neural Network-Hybrid Gravitational Search algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm(ANN-HGSAPSO)classifier compared to other ***-HGSAPSO provides 93%accuracy for Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD),Cardio Vascular Disease(CVD)96%,Diabetes 82%,Hepatitis 94%,Wisconsin Breast Cancer(WBC)91%,and for Liver disease dataset 96%.

Globally,depression is perceived as the most recurrent and risky disor-der among young people and adults under the age of *** has a strong inﬂuence on the usage of words which can be observed in the form of written texts or stories posted on social *** the help of Natural Language Proces-sing(NLP)and Machine Learning(ML)techniques,the depressive signs expressed by people can be identiﬁed at the earliest stage from their Social Media *** proposed work aims to introduce an efﬁcacious depression detection model unifying an exemplary feature extraction scheme and a hybrid Long Short-Term Memory network(LSTM)*** feature extraction process combines a novel feature selection method called Elite Term Score(ETS)and Word2Vec to extract the syntactic and semantic information ***,the ETS method leverages the document level,class level,and corpus level prob-abilities for computing the weightage/score of the ***,the ideal and per-tinent set of features with a high ETS score is selected,and the Word2vec model is trained to generate the intense feature vector representation for the set of selected ***,the resultant word vector obtained is called EliteVec,which is fed to the hybrid LSTM model based on Honey Badger optimizer with population reduction technique(PHB)which predicts whether the input textual content is depressive or *** PHB algorithm is integrated to explore and exploit the opti-mal hyperparameters for strengthening the performance of the LSTM *** comprehensive experiments are carried out with two different Twitter depres-sion corpus based on accuracy and Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)*** results demonstrated that the proposed EliteVec+LSTM+PHB model outperforms the state-of-art models with 98.1%accuracy and 0.0559 RMSE.

BACKGROUND Severe open tibia fractures are challenging to treat with a lack of published clear management *** aim was to provide an overview of the largest singlecenter experience in the literature,with minimum 1-year follow-up,of adult type 3 open tibial shaft fractures at Cambridge University Hospitals(a United Kingdom major trauma center).We sought to define patient characteristics and our main outcome measures were infection,union and *** To retrospectively define patient and injury characteristics,present our surgical methods and analyze our outcomes–namely infection,union and re-fracture *** Consecutive series of 74 patients with 75 open tibial fractures treated between 2014 and 2020(26 classified as Gustilo-Anderson 3A,47 were 3B and two were 3C).Nine patients underwent intramedullary nailing(IMN),61 underwent Taylor spatial frame(TSF)fixation and 5 were treated with Masquelet technique(IMN and subsequent bone grafting).RESULTS Mean follow-up was 16 mo(IMN)and 25 mo(TSF).We had an infection rate of 6.7%(5),non-union rate of 4%(3)and re-fracture rate of 2.7%(2).Average time to union was 22 wk for IMN and 38.6 wk for ***-three cases had a bone defect with a mean of 5.4 cm(2-11).Patient age,sex,diabetes,smoking status or injury severity did not have a significant effect on union time with either fixation *** limb salvage rate was 98.7%.CONCLUSION Grade 1 to 3A injuries can effectively be treated with reamed or unreamed *** 3B/C injuries are best treated by circular external fixators as they provide good,reproducible outcomes and allow large bone defects to be addressed via distraction osteogenesis.

READA: Redundancy Elimination for Accurate Data Aggregation in Wireless Sensor Networks

In monitoring systems, multiple sensor nodes can detect a single target of interest simultaneously and the data collected are usually highly correlated and redundant. If each node sends data to the base station, energy will be wasted and thus the network energy will be depleted quickly. Data aggregation is an important paradigm for compressing data so that the energy of the network is spent efficiently. In this paper, a novel data aggregation algorithm called Redundancy Elimination for Accurate Data Aggregation (READA) has been proposed. By exploiting the range of spatial correlations of data in the network, READA applies a grouping and compression mechanism to remove duplicate data in the aggregated set of data to be sent to the base station without largely losing the accuracy of the final aggregated data. One peculiarity of READA is that it uses a prediction model derived from cached values to confirm whether any outlier is actually an event which has occurred. 海洛因依赖者共患心境障碍的相关因素

目的探讨影响海洛因依赖者共患心境障碍的相关因素.方法对湖南省3家戒毒机构的1002例海洛因依赖者进行横截面调查;采用自制调查表收集一般资料;采用《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第4版）》（DSM-Ⅳ）-TR轴Ⅰ障碍定式临床检查病人版（SCID-I/P）调查DSM-Ⅳ轴Ⅰ障碍的终身患病情况.根据是否终身患有心境障碍,将调查对象分为共患心境障碍组（191例）和不共患心境障碍组（811例）.采用单因素与多因素logistic回归方法分析影响共患心境障碍的相关因素.结果单因素分析显示,离异或丧偶[OR=1.65,95％可信区问（CI） 1.06 ～2.59]、童年负性经历（OR=1.58,95％ CI 1.11 ～2.25）、首次使用海洛因动机为缓解苦闷或烦恼（OR =2.41,95％ CI1.48～3.92）、首次使用海洛因体验为难受（OR=1.61,95％ CI1.16～2.24）、强制戒毒次数（3～5次,OR=2.33,95％ CI 1.02 ～5.28;≥6次,OR=3.17,95％ CI1.27～7.88）、患有慢性躯体疾病（OR=1.90,95％ CI 1.36～2.66）、DSM-Ⅳ轴Ⅰ精神障碍阳性家族史（OR=2.03,95％ CI1.17～3.55）、患有其他物质使用障碍（OR=2.19,95％ CI 1.55 ～ 3.09）、焦虑障碍（OR=2.48,95％ CI1.65 ～3.73）和躯体形式障碍（OR=2.10,95％ CI1.17 ～3.77）与海洛因依赖者共患心境障碍相关;多因素分析显示,首次使用海洛因动机为缓解苦闷或烦恼（OR=2.48,95％ CI1.47 ～ 4.20）、首次使用海洛因体验为难受（OR=1.61,95％ CI1.15 ～2.26）、患有慢性躯体疾病（OR=1.92,95％ CI 1.34～2.74）、其他物质使用障碍（OR =2.19,95％ CI1.55 ～3.09）、焦虑障碍（OR=2.48,95％ CI1.65～3.73）和躯体形式障碍（OR =4.48,95％ CI2.04～9.84）最终进入回归模型.结论负性情绪、躯体疾病、其他物质使用障碍和精神障碍可能是影响海洛因依赖者共患心境障碍的相关因素.

增加计算速度已考虑采用并行计算,在计算机系统中并行操作,在算法上表示并行计算模型和这种并行计算机的新程序语言。除了并行机器的设计和并行计算方面的程序外,在理论模型的阐述和分析方法上还有待进一步探讨,这里并行计算的本质特性能被明确地定义和研究,并且是更多地从算法或问题的观点出发而不是从特定机器执行出发。此项理论工作能被划分为两类:一是利用并行系统中并行计算所作的算法方面的研究;二是并行计算机的性能和可靠性方面的研究。
