This paper d.als with the synthesis of fuzzy controller applied.to the ind.ction m.tor with a guaranteed.m.d.l reference tracking perform.nce. First, the Takagi-Sugeno （T-S） fuzzy m.d.l is used.to approxim.te the nonlinear system.in the synchronous d.q fram. rotating with field.oriented.control strategy. Then, a fuzzy state feed.ack controller is d.signed.to red.ce the tracking error by m.nim.zing the d.sturbance level. The proposed.controller is based.on a T-S reference m.d.l in which the d.sired.trajectory has been specified. The inaccessible rotor flux is estim.ted.by a T-S fuzzy observer. The d.veloped.approach for the controller d.sign is based.on the synthesis of an augm.nted.fuzzy m.d.l which regroups the m.d.l of ind.ction m.chine, fuzzy observer, and.reference m.d.l. The gains of the observer and.controller are obtained.by solving a set of linear m.trix inequalities （Lm.s）. Finally, sim.lation and.experim.ntal results are given to show the perform.nce of the observer-based.tracking controller.

Photochem.cal properties of these film. are investigated.for d.fferent ionic concentrations. A significant blue shift is observed.with the increasing ionic strength of the solution, suggesting the form.tion of aggregation. Tem.erature effect stud.es show som. preferable reorientation of m.lecules in the film.d.ring cooling process. m.st rem.rkable observation is that the absorption intensity is the highest for a particular d.gree of inclination. d.position tim. is fixed.at 15rain because ad.orption kinetics results show saturation after 15 m.n.

A m.the- m.tical m.d.l is consid.red.to illustrate the effects of com.ined.d.ug therapy, i.e. reverse transcription plus protease inhibitor, on viral growth and.T-cell population d.nam.cs. This m.d.l is used.to explain the existence and.stability of infected.and.uninfected.stead. states in HIV growth. An analytical technique, called.variational iteration m.thod.（VIm., is used.to solve the m.them.tical m.d.l. This m.thod.is m.d.fied.to obtain the rapid.y convergent successive approxim.tions of the exact solution. These approxim.tions are obtained.without any restrictions or the transform.tions that m.y change the physical behavior of the problem. Num.rical sim.lations are com.uted.and.exhibited.to illustrate the effects of proposed.d.ug therapy on the growth or d.cay of infection.
