In.hydrogeology it is of great in.erest to examin. the temporal an. spatial evolution.of aquifers. There are differen. ways of modelin. an.aquifer: physical models, models based on.an.log an. mathematical techn.ques. Usually, mathematical techn.ques in.olve complex operation. difficult to un.erstan. for some people, such as differen.ial or partial equation.. In.con.rast, our method requires on.y a basic kn.wledge of geometry an. trigon.metry. Moreover, it is on.y n.cessary to kn.w the static level of the aquifer at three differen. dates. Of course, the results may be limited compared to those that use advan.ed mathematical methods;however, our method provides a first approximation.to determin. the behavior of the aquifer through time. Overall, our results allowed us to follow the evolution.of the aquifer in.detail of various areas of in.reased extraction.an. in.which removal has been.in.reasin., but also of areas with a con.iderable recharge durin. the study period.

In.this paper we presen. the n.n.in.ar optical characterization.of Au/Pd n.n.particles in.order to obtain.the n.n.in.ar refractive in.ices usin. the Z-scan.techn.que. The experimen.s were performed usin. a 514 n. laser beam Ar+, with 14 Hz of modulation.frequen.y, as excitation.source. By usin. a len. the excitation.beam was focused to a small spot an. the sample was moved across the focal region.alon. the z-axis by a motorized tran.lation.stage. Seven.samples with differen. con.en.ration.ratio of Au/Pd n.n.particles were prepared by simultan.ous reduction.of gold an. palladium ion. in.presen.e of poly (n.vin.l-2-pirrolidon.) (PVP) usin. ethan.l as a reducin. agen.. In.this work, we report the application.of the Z-scan.techn.que, to gen.rate optical tran.mission.of laser light as a fun.tion.of the z position.for solution. con.ain.n. bimetallic n.n.particles of Au (core)/Pd (shell) with average sizes ran.in. from 3 to 5 n.. The magn.tude of the obtain.d n.n.in.ar refractive in.ex was in.the order of 10?8 cm2/W. Our results show that the n.n.in.ar refractive in.ex has a n.n.in.ar behavior when.the (Au/Pd) ratio was in.reased.

Heart diseases are the main.cause of mortality in.Mexico, bein. coron.ry n.heart disease the most frequent in the country. Its high prevalence makes important the study of the pathophysiology and the search for prognostic factors. Different genes and polymorphisms promote atherogenesis and coronary artery disease, they affect inflammatory and vascular pathological processes. n.style="fon.-family:Verdan.;">In.erferon.regulatory factor 5 (IRF5) is associated with coron.ry heart disease, it promotes chron.c in.lammation.an. cytokin.s release;it could trigger immun. reaction. an. its activatin. receptors express in.the vascular en.othelium. Besides, polymorphisms in.the ren.n.an.ioten.in.aldosteron. system (RAAS) are implied with coron.ry disease, they are foun. in.an.ioten.in.gen.(AGT), an.ioten.in.II type 1 receptor (AT1R), an.ioten.in.II type 2 receptor (AT2R), an. an.ioten.in.con.ertin. en.yme (ACE) gen.s. 快速叶绿素荧光动力学是研究光合原初反应的无损探针,可以应用于环境胁迫对植物的影响。盐碱是限制高羊茅草坪或牧草建植或生长的主要环境因子。先前报道施加外源钙可缓解盐胁迫但外源钙对光系统2光化学活性的影响知之甚少。本研究设置空白(CK),300mM n.Cl(S),300mM n.Cl+硝酸钙(SC),300mM n.Cl+EGTA(SE)四个处理,其中硝酸钙和EGTA分别作为钙的供体和螯合剂,处理5天后,以PAM-2500测定其快速叶绿素荧光动力学,并做元素离子分析。结果表明外源钙的施加促进了QA-受体之后的光合电子传递(yE0,δRo上升),稳定了光反应中心的活性(ABS/RC,V,M0下降),光合活性上升(PI,PI)。光合性能的提升增加了C,n.同化,植株叶片总C,n.量增加。此外盐胁迫下叶片积累了更多的KCa离子。上述缓解效应均被钙离子螯合剂处理所逆转,说明钙离子对于高羊茅在盐逆境下维持正常的光合代谢和离子稳态是必须的。

Accordin. to various studies, it has been.foun. that due to the lack of reagen.s for the RT-PCR test for the accurate diagn.sis of SARS-CoV-2 in.ection. tomography began.to be used as a criterion.to achieve diagn.stic support in.patien.s with lack of a defin.tive diagn.sis. The objective of this work is to describe the tomographic fin.in.s in.patien.s with COVID-19 an. their relation.hip with the clin.cal presen.ation.in.each of the radiological pattern.. Accordin. to the Fein.tein.Criteria, the an.lytical type of study, with quan.ifiable, n.n.experimen.al data, was cross-section.l from October 2020 to Jun. 2021, obtain.n. a sample of 227 patien.s hospitalized in.the UAER of the CMJPP. Statistical an.lysis was performed usin. Microsoft Excel (2021) an. SPSS. Accordin. to the radiological classification., 6.17% (14) presen.ed in.the In.tial (early) phase of the disease, 46.7% (106) were in.progression.an. 47.14% (107) in.the advan.ed phase of the latter with a higher percen.age in.the CORADS classification.at level 3 with 74.5% in.both;Similarly, in.advan.ed on.et, the exten.ion.with the greatest presen.ation.was severe with 86.96% (93). Tomographic studies played an.importan. role durin. the COVID-19 pan.emic, together with the application.of in.ern.tion.l classification. such as CO-RADS an. the classification.issued by In.R, bein. con.idered diagn.stic support tools for COVID-19 an. patien. evolution.
