To wirelessly obtain the accurate location and orientation of an objective and exert an appropriate guidance for the objective, a feasible approach is to enclose a small rectangular permanent mag- net in the objective. The magnetic field, produced by the rectangular magnet can be detected by magnetic sensors outside the objective. With these sensor data, the 3D localization and 3D orienta- tion parameters can be computed based on the mathematic model of the rectangular magnet magnetic field. In this 6D localization and orientation system, we first obtain 5D parameters of the objective by dipole model, then based on these parameters we can obtain 6D parameters by the model of rectangular magnet magnetic field using the particle swarm optimization （PSO） algorithm. Simulation experiments show that the proposed approach achieves ~ood performance.

Emerging evidence indicates that metabolism reprogramming plays an important role in cancer *** protein nucleolin(NCL)was reported to function as an important oncogenic factor in multiple cancer ***,the role and mechanism of NCL in cancer metabolism are *** this study,we found that NCL directly interacted with hnRNPA1 and promoted CRC cell proliferation by enhancing aerobic ***,NCL bound PKM pre-mRNA and increased hnRNPA1-mediated PKM alternative splicing,resulting in increased PKM2 expression and tumor growth.A seed-mediated growth approach was used to synthesize gold nanostars(GNS),which were further modified with aptamer AS1411(an NCL ligand),GE11(an EGFR ligand),and nuclear localization signal to obtain functionalized nanoparticles(GNSAS1411-GE11).GNS-AS1411-GE11 efficiently enter the nucleus of CRC cells and blocked the glycolysis-promoting effects of NCL,inhibiting the growth of CRC *** NCL is a promising strategy for treating CRC.

Developing filtration media for particulate matter(PM)removal has been proven to be extremely ***,we report a facile and scalable strategy to fabricate a multi-level structured polyacrylonitrile/graphene oxide(PAN/GO)air filtration membrane to remove ultrafine particles in air by combining multi-jet electrospinning and physical *** approach allows the thin PAN nanofibers and two-dimensional GO nanosheets to form interpenetrating bonding structures on non-woven fabric and to assemble into stable filtration *** resultant composite membranes can filtrate 300 nm particles with a high removal efficiency of 98.8%,a low pressure drop of 55 Pa,and a desirable quality factor of 0.34 Pa^(-1).This multi-level PAN/GO filter is expected to have wider applications not only for the ultrafine particle filtration and separation but also for the design of three-dimensional functional structures in the future.

The visual assessment of tendency (VAT) technique, for visually finding the number of meaningful clusters in data, developed by j. C. Bezdek, R. j. Hathaway and j. M. huband, is very useful, but there is room for improvements. Instead of displaying the ordered dissimilarity matrix (ODM) as a 2D gray-level image for human interpretation as is done by VAT, we trace the changes in dissimilarities along the diagonal of the ODM. This changes the 2D data structure (matrices) into 1D arrays, displayed as what we call the tendency curves, which enables one to concentrate only on one variable, namely the height. One of these curves, called the d-curve, clearly shows the existence of cluster structure as patterns in peaks and valleys, which can be caught not only by human eyes but also by the computer. Our numerical experiments showed that the computer can catch cluster structures from the d-curve even in some cases where the human eyes see no structure from the visual outputs of VAT. And success on all numerical experiments was obtained us- ing the same (fixed) set of program parameter values.

For pursing high-performance supercapacitors,both of the design strategy and structural characteristic of electrode materials are ***,we report the in-situ growth of flexible self-assembled 3D hollow tubular Cu_(2)S nanorods on Cu foam substrate(Cu_(2)S@Cu).The Cu substrate is simultaneously acted as a copper source and a collector,which reduces the contact ***,the highly ordered 3D unique structure increases the redox reactive sites and enhances the ion transmission effectively,resulting in greatly improved electrochemical *** on the Cu_(2)S@Cu electrode,the supercapacitor exhibits high areal capacitance of 1000 mF cm^(-2) at a current density of 2 mA cm^(-2),and great cycle stability,maintaining 96.9% capacitance after 10,000 ***,the supercapacitor also shows an excellent flexibility with no significant decrease in the twisting or bending *** capacity retention rates are 99.8% and 86.1%,respectively,and finally recover to 99.3%,confirming its great potential in practical application for portable electronic devices.
