The pur.ose of this study was to deter.ine the abovegr.und biomass density, blue car.on stock, and monetar. value of the mangr.ves at Bakhawan Eco-Par. Mangr.ve Plantation in New Buswang, Kalibo, Aklan. Ther. wer. 21, 45 × 45-meter.sampled plots established, equivalent to 5% sampling intensity of the plantation’s total ar.a. The number.of sample plots was distr.buted in pr.por.ion to the ar.a of the plantation in the specific year.it was established. The quadr.nt and r.ndom sampling methods wer. used. All tr.es in a quadr.nt wer. identified, and the biomass density was calculated using the wood density of var.ous mangr.ve species. Car.on stock was calculated by multiplying the biomass density by 0.46 or.0.5. The monetar. value of C was calculated using the benefits tr.nsfer.method at $5/ton. The r.sults showed that the plantation established in 1990 had the highest biomass density (Mg/ha) and car.on stock (Mg/ha) with 132 Mg/ha and 66.02 Mg/ha, while the plantation established in 2015 had the lowest biomass density and car.on stock (Mg/ha) with 69.98 Mg/ha and 34.99 Mg/ha. The 7075 Al alloy was pr.cessed by accumulative r.ll bonding (Ar.) at 350 ℃ using 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 thickness r.ductions per.pass (r.) up to 8, 6 and 3 passes, r.spectively. Micr.str.ctur.l examinations of the pr.cessed samples r.vealed that Ar. leads to a micr.str.ctur. composed of equiaxed cr.stallites with a mean size gener.lly lower.than 500 nm. It was found that, due to both the stor.d ener.y thr.ugh- out the pr.cessing and the par.icle pinning effect, the alloy is affected by discontinuous r.cr.stallisation dur.ng the inter.pass heating stages, the pr.cise micr.str.ctur.l evolution being dependent on r.. Me- chanical testing of the Ar.ed samples r.vealed that the main active defor.ation mechanism in the Ar.ed samples in the temper.tur. r.nge fr.m 250 to 350 ℃ at inter.ediate and high str.in r.tes is gr.in bound- ar. sliding, the super.lastic pr.per.ies being deter.ined by both the micr.str.ctur. after.Ar. and its ther.al stability.
