The Hawking radiation via tunneling from the dilaton black hole in de Sitter universe is investigated using Parikh Wilczek＇s method. We show that if the self-gravitational interaction and energy conservation are taken into account, the modified radiation spectrum deviates from exact thermal spectrum and satisfies the unitary theory.

The entropy density, energy density, pressure, and equation of state of an ideal relativistic gas around the Schwarzschild-anti-de Sitter black hole with a global monopole are investigated by using the brick-wall method. It is shown that the sub-leading term with spin-dependence exists and that the corrected expression for any spin field is very different from that for scalar field. The usual result that these thermodynamical quantities take the same forms as those in fiat spacetime holds only for the leading term.

Due to ineffectiveness and side effects of existing analgesics, chronic pain has become one of the most complex and difficult problems in the clinic. Monoacylglycerol lipase(MAGL) is an essential hydrolase in the endocannabinoid system and has been identified as a potential target for the treatment of pain. In the present study, we designed and synthesized twelve tanshinone IIA analogs and screened their activity against MAGL. Selected compounds were tested for analgesic activity in vivo, with the acetic acid writhing test model. Among the test compounds, compound Ⅲ-3(IC_(50) 120 nmol·L^(-1)) showed significant activity against MAGL and ameliorated the clinical progression in the mouse pain model. Additionally, compound Ⅲ-3, substitution with N-methyl-2-morpholinoacetamide, demonstrated improved solubility relative to tanshinone IIA.

Bispecific antibodies(bsAbs)refer to a large family of molecules that recognize two different epitopes or *** a series of challenges,especially immunogenicity and chain mispairing issues,once hindered the development of bsAbs,they have been gradually overcome with the help of rapidly developing technologies in the past 5 *** the meantime,an increasing number of bsAb platforms have been designed to satisfy different clinical ***,numerous preclinical and clinical trials are underway,portraying a promising future for bsAb-based cancer ***,bsAb drugs still face enormous challenges in their application as cancer therapeutics,including tumor heterogeneity and mutational burden,intractable tumor microenvironment(TME),insufficient costimulatory signals to activate T cells,the necessity for continuous injection,fatal systemic side effects,and off-target toxicities to adjacent normal ***,we provide several strategies as solutions to these issues,which comprise generating multispecific bsAbs,discovering neoantigens,combining bsAbs with other anticancer therapies,exploiting natural killer(NK)-cell-based bsAbs and producing bsAbs in *** this review,we mainly discuss previous and current challenges in bsAb development and underscore corresponding strategies,with a brief introduction of several typical bsAb formats.
