Achieving strong coupling between plasmonic oscillators can significantly modulate their intrinsic optical ***,we report the direct observation of ultrafast plasmonic hot electron transfer from an Au grating array to an MoS_(2) monolayer in the strong coupling regime between localized surface plasmons(LSPs)and surface plasmon polaritons(SPPs).By means of femtosecond pump-probe spectroscopy,the measured hot electron transfer time is approximately 40 fs with a maximum external quantum yield of 1.65%.Our results suggest that strong coupling between LSPs and SPPs has synergetic effects on the generation of plasmonic hot carriers,where SPPs with a unique nonradiative feature can act as an‘energy recycle bin’to reuse the radiative energy of LSPs and contribute to hot carrier *** energy exchange between plasmonic modes in the strong coupling regime can further enhance the vertical electric field and promote the transfer of hot electrons between the Au grating and the MoS_(2) *** proposed plasmonic strong coupling configuration overcomes the challenge associated with utilizing hot carriers and is instructive in terms of improving the performance of plasmonic opto-electronic devices.

For an arbitrary subset P of the reals, a function f ： V →P is defined to be a P-dominating function of a graph G = （V, E） if the sum of its function values over any closed neighbourhood is at least 1. That is, for every v ∈ V, f（N[v]） ≥ 1. The definition of total P-dominating function is obtained by simply changing ‘closed＇ neighborhood N[v] in the definition of P-dominating function to ‘open＇ neighborhood N（v）. The （total） P-domination number of a graph G is defined to be the infimum of weight w（f） = ∑v ∈ V f（v） taken over all （total） P-dominating function f. Similarly, the P-edge and P-star dominating functions can be defined. In this paper we survey some recent progress on the topic of dominating functions in graph theory. Especially, we are interested in P-, P-edge and P-star dominating functions of graphs with integer values.

A function f： V（ G）→{1,1} defined on the vertices of a graph G is a signed total dominating function （STDF） if the sum of its function values over any open neighborhood is at least one. An STDF f is minimal if there does not extst a STDF g： V（G）→{-1,1}, f≠g, for which g （ v ）≤f（ v ） for every v∈V（ G ）. The weight of a STDF is the sum of its function values over all vertices. The signed total domination number of G is the minimum weight of a STDF of G, while the upper signed domination number of G is the maximum weight of a minimal STDF of G, In this paper, we present sharp upper bounds on the upper signed total domination number of a nearly regular graph.

具有超图交流结构的可转移效用合作对策,也称为超图对策,它由一个三元组(N,v,H)所组成,其中(N,H)是一个可转移效用对策(简称TU-对策),而(N,H)是一个超图(超网络)。在超图对策中,除Myerson值(Myerson)外,Position值(Meessen)是另一个重要的分配规则。该模型要求把超图结构中每条超边Shapley的值平均分配给它所包含的点,而不考虑每个点的交流能力或合作水平。本文引入超图结构中点的度值来度量每条超边中每个点的交流能力或合作水平,并结合Haeringer提出用于推广Shapley值的权重系统,并由此定义了具有超图合作结构的赋权Position值。我们证明了具有超图合作结构的赋权Position值可以由“分支有效性”、“冗余超边性”、“超边可分解性”、“拟可加性”、“弱积极性”和“弱能转换”六个性质所唯一确定,并且发现参与者获得的支付随其度值的增加而增加,参与者分摊的成本随其度值的增加而降低。

Background：Few studies have addressed whether abnormalities in the lenticular nucleus （LN） are characteristic transcranial sonography （TCS） echo features in patients with primary *** study aimed to explore alterations in the basal ganglia in different forms of primary focal ***：A cross-sectional observational study was performed between December 2013 and December 20 1 4 in 80 patients with different forms of primary focal dystonia and 55 neurologically normal control *** was performed in patients and control *** comparisons of multiple rates were used to compare LN hyperechogenicity ratios between control and patient ***：Thirteen individuals were excluded due to poor temporal bone windows,and two subjects were excluded due to disagreement in evaluation by ***,70 patients （cervical dystonia,n =30;blepharospasm,n =30;oromandibular dystonia,n =10） and 50 normal controls were included in the final *** hyperechogenicity was observed in 51% （36/70） of patients with primary focal dystonia,compared with 12% （6/50） of controls （P 〈 0.001）.Substantia nigra hyperechogenicity did not differ between the two *** hyperechogenicity was observed in 73% （22/30） of patients with cervical dystonia,a greater prevalence than in patients withblepharospasm （33%,10/30,P =0.002） and oromandibular dystonia （40%,4/10,P =0.126）.LN hyperechogenicity was more frequently observed in patients with cervical dystonia compared with controls （73% vs.12%,P 〈 0.001）;however,no significant difference was detected in patients with blepharospasm （33% vs.12%,P =0.021） or oromandibular dystonia （40% vs.12%,P =0.088）.Conclusions：LN hyperechogenicity is more frequently observed in patients with primary focal dystonia than in *** does not appear to be a characteristic TCS echo feature in patients with blepharospasm or oromandibular dystonia.

Porcine circovirus type 2（PCV2）has recently been reported to elicit the unfolded protein response（UPR）via activation of the PerK/e IF2α（RNA-activated protein kinase-like endoplasmic reticulum（er）kinase/eukaryotic initiation factor 2α）*** study attempted to examine which viral protein might be involved in inducing UPR and whether this cellular event would lead to apoptosis of the cells expressing the viral *** transient expression,we found that both replicase（Rep）and capsid（Cap）proteins of PCV2 could induce er stress as shown by increased phosphorylation of PerK with subsequent activation of the eI F2α-ATF4（activating transcription factor 4）-CHOP（CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein homologous protein）*** expression,but not Rep,significantly reduced antiapoptotic B-cell lymphoma-2（Bcl-2）and increased caspase-3 cleavage,possibly due to increased expression of *** knockdown of PerK by RNA interference clearly reduced Cap-induced CHOP expression,caspase-3cleavage,and apoptotic cell death possibly by partially rescuing Bcl-2 expression,we propose that there is connection between Cap-induced UPR and apoptosis via the PerK/eI F2α/ATF4/CHOP/Bcl-2 *** study,together with our earlier studies,provides insight into the mechanisms underlying PCV2 pathogenesis.

Background Primary vesicoureteral reflux(VUR)is a common congenital anomaly of the kidney and urinary tract(CAKUT)in *** present study identified the possible genetic contributions to primary VUR in *** Patients with primary VUR were enrolled and analysed based on a national multi-center registration network(Chinese Children Genetic Kidney Disease Database,CCGKDD)that covered 23 different provinces/regions in China from 2014 to *** causes were sought using whole-exome sequencing(WES)or targeted-exome *** A total of 379 unrelated patients(male:female 219:160)with primary VUR were ***-four(16.9%)children had extrarenal manifestations,and 165(43.5%)patients showed the coexistence of other CAKUT ***-eight patient(23.2%)exhibited impaired renal function at their last visit,and 18 of them(20.5%)developed ESRD at the median age of 7.0(IQR 0.9–11.4)years.A monogenic cause was identified in 28 patients(7.39%).These genes included PAX2(n=4),TNXB(n=3),GATA3(n=3),SliT2(n=3),ROBO2(n=2),TBX18(n=2),and the other 11 genes(one gene for each patient).There was a significant difference in the rate of gene mutations between patients with or without extrarenal complications(14.1%vs.6%,P=0.035).The frequency of genetic abnormality was not statistically significant based on the coexistence of another CAKUT(9.6%vs.5.6%,P=0.139,Chi-square test)and the grade of reflux(9.4%vs.6.7%,P=0.429).Kaplan–Meier survival curve showed that the presence of genetic mutations did affect renal survival(Log-rank test,P=0.01).PAX2 mutation carriers(HR 5.1,95%CI 1.3–20.0;P=0.02)and TNXB mutation carriers(HR 20.3,95%CI 2.4–168.7;P=0.01)were associated with increased risk of progression to *** PAX2,TNXB,GATA3 and SliT2 were the main underlying monogenic causes and accounted for up to 46.4%of monogenic *** complications and renal function were significantly related to the findings of genetic factors in children with p
