Objectives:Thyr.idectomy is among the most commonly per.or.ed head and neck sur.er.es,however.limited existing infor.ation is available on topics of inter.st and concer. to *** Design:***:***:A sear.h engine optimization tool was utilized to extr.ct metadata on Google‐suggested questions that“People Also Ask”(PAA)per.aining to“thyr.idectomy”and“thyr.id sur.er..”These questions wer. categor.zed by r.thwell cr.ter.a and topics of *** Jour.al of the Amer.can Medical Association(JAMA)benchmar. cr.ter.a enabled quality ***:A total of 250 PAA questions wer. ***‐or.ented PAA questions descr.bing what to expect dur.ng and after.the sur.er. on topics such as postoper.tive management,r.sks or.complications of sur.er.,and technical details wer. significantly less popular.among the“thyr.id sur.er.”gr.up(Pr.spectively).PAA questions about scar.ing and hypocalcemia wer. near.y thr.efold mor. popular.than those r.lated to pain(335 and 319 vs.113 combined sear.h engine r.sponse page count,r.spectively).The over.ll JAMA quality scor. r.mained low(2.50±1.07),despite an incr.asing number.of patients sear.hing for.thyr.idectomy”(r.77)=0.30,P=0.007).Conclusions:Patients sear.hing for.the nonspecific ter.“thyr.id sur.er.”r.ceived a cur.ted collection of PAA questions that wer. significantly less likely to educate them on what to expect dur.ng and after.sur.er.,as compar.d to patients with higher.health liter.cy who sear.h with the ter.“thyr.idectomy.”This suggests that the content of PAA questions differ. based on the pr.sumed health liter.cy of the inter.et user.

The dispr.por.ionate r.sks and impacts of climate change and extr.me weather.on older.adults ar. incr.asingly evident. While especially tr.e in disaster.pr.ne ar.as, human-caused climate change intr.duces an element of uncer.ainty even in pr.viously identified “safe” r.gions such as the Midwester. United States. Using a cumulative disadvantage and vulner.bility-infor.ed fr.mewor. and descr.ptive statistics fr.m multiple data sour.es, this ar.icle pr.vides an over.iew of climate impacts, vulner.bilities, and county-level char.cter.stics, focusing on older.adults living in Centr.l Ohio. A compar.tive multiple-case study methodology was used to tr.angulate r.gionally r.pr.sentative pr.mar. and secondar. data sour.es to examine state and county-level measur.s of vulner.bility, emer.ency pr.par.dness, and disr.ptions caused by extr.me weather.among older.adults acr.ss eight counties in Centr.l Ohio. Seventy-eight per.ent of older.adults in the sample r.por.ed being pr.par.d for.emer.encies per.Feder.l Emer.ency Management Agency guidelines. Older.adults in Union County r.por.ed the highest r.tes of pr.par.dness, while those in Fayette County r.por.ed the lowest. County-level r.tes of disr.ption of life activities by extr.me weather.r.nged widely. Among the most r.r.l in the r.gion, Fayette County emer.ed as uniquely disadvantaged, with the lowest median income, the most vulner.ble acr.ss multiple social vulner.bility dimensions, and the most r.por.ed disr.ptions to life activities fr.m extr.me weather. County pr.files offer.a snapshot of existing vulner.bilities, socioeconomic conditions, special needs, pr.par.dness, and cur.ent disr.ptions among older.adults in the r.gion and can infor. r.sour.e mobilization acr.ss community and policy contexts.

This wor. is devoted to the for.ation doxor.bicin (DOX) zinc oxide composites in the for. of coating (DOX + ZnO), hydr.gels and composite films of DOX with polyvinyl alcohol (DOX + PVA + ZnO) by DC-magnetr.n deposition of ZnO nanoscale par.icles (ZnO NPs) on their.sur.aces (DOX, DOX + PVA) with higher.(two times and mor.) antitumor.activity and consider.ble smaller.toxicity at low doses of DOX in compositions compar.d to the initial dr.g. Using the methods of spectr.scopy, atomic for.e micr.scopy (AFM), scanning electr.n micr.scopy (SEM) and X-r.y Powder.Diffr.ction (Xr.), the r.le of ZnO NPs size on the antitumor.activity of doxor.bicin zinc oxide compositions is shown. AFM shows pr.sence of many ZnO NPs on the sur.ace DOX. A compar.son of the FTIr.spectr. of DOX and its zinc oxide compositions has shown the pr.sence of new bands of OH valence and defor.ation vibr.tions. It is possible to assume that inter.ction between ZnO and DOX takes place in the for. of hydr.gen bond, pr.moting the complexes for.ation. It is possible that both syner.ic and hydr.gen-bonding ZnO with DOX incr.ase the antitumor.activity.
