Xiyanping injection,a traditional chinese medicine injection made of andrographolide sulfonate,consisting of well-defined ingredients with antiviral,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antipyretic efficacy,has been widely used for treating infectious diseases of respiratory and digestive ***,its wide applications may easily lead to unreasonable clinical *** order to guide the precise clinical application and rational use of Xiyanping injection,experts in related fields conducted systematically literature review,evaluated and deliberated the application of Xiyanping injection in treating acute infectious diseases using evidence-based medicine method,and jointly drafted the consensus to summarize types of acute infectious diseases in children and adults that can be treated with Xiyanping injection,and recommend the intervention time,usage and dosage,course of treatment and combined medication of the ***,the consensus elucidates the safety,precautions and contraindications of the injection,so as to provide guidance for clinical use.

香芍颗粒临床广泛用于经前期紧张综合征与更年期综合征的治疗，但目前尚未形成基于循证医学的指南及共识，为规范临床医师合理用药，最大程度发挥使用价值，制定该共识。共识以临床问题为导向，遵循“循证为主、共识为辅”的原则，客观评价香芍颗粒诊治疾病的证据，经专家充分论证后形成。该共识由全国29家三级甲等医院，3所省属中医院校的多学科专家共同参与完成，其中中医专家16位，西医专家13位，中西医结合专家2位，药学专家1位，循证医学专家2位。项目于2021年8月于中华中医药学会申请立项(202108050-GS-CACM),编制过程历时2年，于2023年11月29日发布(GS/CACM 334-2023)。该文详细介绍了共识的立项背景，阐述了立项、构建共识问题、形成推荐意见及共识建议、起草、形成专家共识、征求意见等编制过程，明确了香芍颗粒临床应用的适应证、给药方案与时机、剂量、疗程、安全性、注意事项等关键性问题，以指导临床医生规范、合理用药。

Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

The role of chinese expert consensus in standardization and improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is self-evident. As clinical and basic research in china becomes standardized under a better understanding of IBD, more data on chinese patients have become available to develop a consensus and guideline. This guideline, collaboratively developed by the IBD Group, chinese Society of Gastroenterology, incorporates the latest international consensus statements, domestic research findings, and practical considerations, as an update based on the 2018 chinese consensus on IBD management. The IBD guideline consists of two parts: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease, and this manuscript presented the UC part. The evidence used in this guideline was collected and analyzed by the standard of guideline, and the contents were organized as problem statements, for clarity. The formulation of this guideline aimed to reflect the latest progress in IBD, providing comprehensive and valuable guidance for the clinical management of IBD.
