Autism spectrum disorder(ASD),classified as a developmental disability,is now more common in children than ever.A drastic increase in the rate of autism spectrum disorder in children worldwide demands early detection of autism in *** can seek professional help for a better prognosis of the child’s therapy when ASD is diagnosed under five *** research study aims to develop an automated tool for diagnosing autism in *** computer-aided diagnosis tool for ASD detection is designed and developed by a novel methodology that includes data acquisition,feature selection,and classification *** most deterministic features are selected from the self-acquired dataset by novel feature selection methods before *** Imperialistic competitive algorithm(ICA)based on empires conquering colonies performs feature selection in this *** performance of Logistic Regression(LR),Decision tree,K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN),and Random Forest(RF)classifiers are experimentally studied in this research *** experimental results prove that the Logistic regression classifier exhibits the highest accuracy for the self-acquired *** ASD detection is evaluated experimentally with the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator(LASSO)feature selection method and different *** Exploratory Data Analysis(EDA)phase has uncovered crucial facts about the data,like the correlation of the features in the dataset with the class variable.

Seasonal Effect on Biomarkers of Exposure to Petroleum Hydrocarbons in the Coasts of North Western Suez Gulf,Egypt

Petroleum hydrocarbons of surface water were collected from eight loca-tions of from the coasts of north western Suez Gulf,*** extracted petroleum hydrocarbons were determined by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector and quantified by integrating the areas of both the resolved and unresolved *** results confirm that the con-centration is relatively higher than the recommended in the regulations of the Egyptian low of Environment of No.4/1994 of petroleum *** various *** dissolved petroleum hydrocarbons ranged from 5.639 to 74.8 and 1.868 to 65.698 mg/ml for summer and winter sea-sons,*** indicates that chronic oil pollution,in addition to hydrocarbon concentrations,the diagnostic indices used shows that the hydrocarbons in the area were comes from biogenic,petrogenic and anthropogenic ***-IR spectrometric analysis confirms die petro-genic nature of pollutants.

Industry 4.0 production environments and smart manufacturing systems integrate both the physical and decision-making aspects of manufacturing operations into autonomous and decentralized *** of the key aspects of these systems is a production planning,specifically,Scheduling operations on the *** cope with this problem,this paper proposed a Deep Reinforcement Learning with an Actor-Critic algorithm(DRLAC).We model the Job-Shop Scheduling Problem(JSSP)as a Markov Decision Process(MDP),represent the state of a JSSP as simple Graph Isomorphism Networks(GIN)to extract nodes features during scheduling,and derive the policy of optimal scheduling which guides the included node features to the best next action of *** addition,we adopt the Actor-Critic(AC)network’s training algorithm-based reinforcement learning for achieving the optimal policy of the *** prove the proposed model’s effectiveness,first,we will present a case study that illustrated a conflict between two job scheduling,secondly,we will apply the proposed model to a known benchmark dataset and compare the results with the traditional scheduling methods and trending *** numerical results indicate that the proposed model can be adaptive with real-time production scheduling,where the average percentage deviation(APD)of our model achieved values between 0.009 and 0.21 comparedwith heuristic methods and values between 0.014 and 0.18 compared with other trending approaches.

Protection Coordination Optimization for FREEDM （Future Renewable electric Energy Delivery and Management） System

The FREEDM （future renewable electric energy delivery and management） system is a smart distribution system that facilitates seamless integration of high-penetration DRER （distributed renewable energy resources） and DESD （distributed energy storage devices） with the existing distribution system. Protection schemes have been proposed to detect the overcurrent faults throughout the FREEDM system, according to its requirements. In this paper the time inverse directional over current protection coordination scheme is developed as a backup protection when the primary protection communication failed. The proposed scheme is applied to FREEDM network using conventional mathematical model. To speed up the fault clearing time without coordination loss, the settings of the proposed relays in the two directions are minimized using genetic algorithm. The developed methods are validated using ETAP software. The results ensure that the faults throughout the FREEDM system sections are detected and the relays tripping time are minimized.

Rapid Method for Greywater Treatment and Their Potential Reuse in Agriculture

Greywater, a type of wastewater, may be hazardous to human health and ecosystems. Greywater is a large fraction of wastewater that needs adequate attention for remediation and reuse in the agricultural sector so that a part of the water problem can be sorted out. This study aims to develop a rapid method for greywater treatment and reuse in agriculture. A microfilter consisting of sand, clay, organo-clay, charcoal, and biochar was designed and tested for greywater treatments. Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN), Total Dissolved Salts (TDS), electric Conductivity (EC), turbidity and pH values were measured before and after using the microfilter. Results showed tremendous removal efficiency of BOD, COD, TKN, by using the developed microfilter. The microfilter was also effective in treating and placing pH, EC and TDS in the acceptable range for suitable agricultural use. Using the treated greywater for irrigation in corn, tomato seedlings showed increased growth compared with the control group (plants irrigated with tap water). This microfilter treatment was economical, safe, easy to handle and easily applicable. These encouraging results suggest the application of this method in many countries for solving the water scarcity problem.

Study on the Mediterranean coastal seaweed Ulva linza exposed to natural and stressed environmental conditions

Objective:To study Ulva linza(***)as macro-alga exposed to different levels of ionizing radiation from the natural background of ***:Samples of *** were collected from two different habitats at the two terminals of the rocky shore of Abu Qir Bay,Alexandria,*** western terminal at Abu Qir represented an area of normal background radiation while the eastern terminal at Rosetta represented an area of relatively high background *** between the algae grown in areas of relatively high and normal background radiation was investigated by using different ***,the ambient water quality was measured and the concentrations of natural radionuclides(^(238)U,^(232)Th and^(40)K)bio-accumulated in the tested macro-alga were ***:The algae naturally exposed to radionuclides(^(238)U series,^(232)Th series and^(40)K)were *** dose rates in *** inhabiting in Rosetta and Abu Qir were calculated as 70.12 and 42.67 nGy/h,*** analysis of algal samples demonstrated that total pigment contents were 2.21 and 2.19 mg/g on a fresh weight basis for *** inhabiting in Rosetta and Abu Qir,*** acid compositions showed comparable profiles for both algal samples with saturated fatty acids as major *** results of protein profiles confirmed slight differential expression in protein ***-related randomly amplified polymorphic DNA provided evidence that both samples were strongly *** using transmission electron microscopy,no obvious ultra structural changes in the examined cells were ***:These experimental results demonstrate that radiation doses are not high enough to cause damage or manifest any significant variation in Ulva tissues.

Fatty Acids Composition and Biodiesel Characterization of <i>Dunaliella salina</i>

This study discusses the perspectives regarding the green alga Dunaliella salina Toed for biodiesel manufacturing purposes. The alga was cultivated under controlled lab conditions. Biomass concentration at early stationary grown microalga was 2.6 mg/L dry weight, while the algal oil was about 27.1% of the biomass. Algal oil was esterified and analyzed using GLC technique. Fourteen fatty acid methyl esters were identified. The amount of saturated and unsaturated fatty ester fractions was 35% and 65% respectively. The physicochemical properties of fatty acids comprising biodiesel were discussed. However, culture optimization coupled with genetic improvement will definitely represent contributions to bring about innovation in oil hyper-producing D. salina that will ultimately meet with success.

Enhancement of MTC Performance in LTE Networks by Maximizing Random Access Procedure Throughput

A fundamental requirement for any cellular system is the possibility for the device to request a connection setup, commonly referred to as random access procedure. In LTE （long term evolution） networks, the distribution of a limited number of radio resources among H2H （Human-to-Human） users and increasing number of MTC （Machine-Type-Communication） devices in M2M （Machine-to-Machine） communications is one of the main problems. An analytical model is conducted to compute the throughput for message 1 and message 2. This is done using a Markov chain model for the four messages signaling flow with buffering for message 4. This model is used in LTE 3GPP （Third-Generation Partnership Project） random access. The network performance will be enhanced by determining a dedicated arrival rate corresponding to maximum throughput of message 2 that will assist the network planner to optimize the network performance. In this paper, a deduced arrival rate less than 3.333 requests/ms will maximize network throughput.
