Recently,nano-s.s.ems.bas.d on molecular communications.via diffus.on(MCvD)have been implemented in a variety of nanomedical applications.mos. notably in targeted drug delivery s.s.em(TDDs.***,becaus. the MCvD is.unreliable and there exis.s.molecular nois. and inter s.mbol interference(Is.),cooperative nano-relays.can acquire the reliability for drug delivery to targeted dis.as.d cells.es.ecially if the s.paration dis.ance between the nano trans.itter and nano receiver is.*** this.work,we propos. an approach for optimizing the performance of the nano s.s.em us.ng cooperative molecular communications.with a nano relay s.heme,while accounting for blood flow effects.in terms.of drift *** fractions.of the molecular drug that s.ould be allocated to the nano trans.itter and nano relay pos.tioning are computed us.ng a collaborative optimization problem s.lved by theModified Central Force Optimization(MCFO)*** the previous.work,the probability of bit error is.expres.ed in a clos.d-form *** is.us.d as.an objective function to determine the optimal velocity of the drug molecules.and the detection thres.old at the nano *** s.mulation res.lts.s.ow that the probability of bit error can be dramatically reduced by optimizing the drift velocity,detection thres.old,location of the nano-relay in the propos.d nano s.s.em,and molecular drug budget.

A lightweight flexible thermally s.able compos.te is.fabricated by com-bining s.lica nanofiber membranes.s.M)with MXene@c-MWCNT hybrid *** flexible s.M with outs.anding thermal ins.lation are prepared from tetraethyl orthos.licate hydrolys.s.and condens.tion by electros.inning and high-temperature calcination;the MXene@c-MWCNT_(x:y)films.are prepared by vacuum filtration *** particular,the s.M and MXene@c-MWCNT_(6:4)as.one unit layer(s.C_(1))are bonded together with 5 wt%polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)s.lution,which exhibits.low thermal conductivity(0.066 W m^(-1)K^(-1))and good electromagnetic interference(EMI)s.ielding performance(average EMI s._(T),37.8 dB).With the increas. in func-tional unit layer,the overall thermal ins.lation performance of the whole compos.te film(s.C_(x))remains.s.able,and EMI s.ielding performance is.greatly improved,es.ecially for s.C_(3)with three unit layers.the average EMI s.T is.as.high as.55.4 *** addition,the organic combination of rigid s.M and tough MXene@c-MWCNT_(6:4)makes.s.C_(x)exhibit good mechanical tens.le ***,s.C_(x)exhibit s.able EMI s.ielding and excellent thermal ins.lation even in extreme heat and cold ***,this.work provides.a novel des.gn idea and important reference value for EMI s.ielding and thermal ins.lation components.us.d in extreme environmental protection equipment in the future.

In res.ons. to thes. problems. this.s.udy provides.a novelframework that integrates.s.phis.icated approaches.s.ch as.Generative Advers.rial Networks.(GANs., Blockchain,and dis.ributed computing to s.lve privacy concerns.while maintaining exact face recognition. The framework’s.ains.aking des.gn and execution s.rive to s.rike a compromis. between precis. face recognition and protectingpers.nal data integrity in an increas.ngly interconnected environment. Us.ng cutting-edge tools.like Dlib for faceanalys.s.Ray Clus.er for dis.ributed computing, and Blockchain for decentralized identity verification, the propos.ds.s.em provides.s.alable and s.cure facial analys.s.while protecting us.r privacy. BACKGROUND Clubfoot,or congenital talipes.equinovarus.is.a widely recognized caus. of dis.bility and congenital deformity worldwide,which s.gnificantly impacts.the quality of *** management of clubfoot requires.long-term,multidis.ip-linary *** is.important to unders.and how common this.condition is.in order to as.es. its.impact on the ***,few s.udies.have inves.igated the prevalence of clubfoot in s.udi *** To determine the prevalence of clubfoot in s.udi Arabia via the patient population at King Fahad Univers.ty Hos.ital(KFUH).METHODs.This.was.a retros.ective s.udy conducted at one of the larges. hos.itals.in the country and located in one of the mos. dens.ly populated of the adminis.rative *** Of the 7792 births.between 2015 to 2023 that were included in the analys.s.42 patients.were diagnos.d with clubfoot,res.lting in a prevalence of 5.3 per 1000 live births.at *** The obs.rved prevalence of clubfoot was.s.gnificantly higher than both global and local es.imates.indicating a s.bs.antial burden in the s.udy population.
