三亚湾珊瑚礁可以分为5个微相:生物骨架岩、生物屑、礁岩屑、珊瑚碎块、强烈改造的生物屑.成岩作用包括同生沉积作用、胶结、藻缠结、细粒物充填、机械和化学侵蚀.排浦更新世白云岩与掘穴生物的钻孔有关,粉至中晶结构为混合水成因.峨曼更新世灰岩为分质灰岩、角砾状灰岩、豆状灰岩.生物屑经重结晶,X(m.CO_3)小于2%,贫铁.三亚湾潮间带海滩岩胶结物为文石和高镁方解石,见悬挂式胶结和渗滤砂.

The Gaza Strip(365 km.(2))of Palestine(27,000 km.(2))is hom. to a wealth of terrestrial vertebrate *** of these faunistic species find their ways to preservation at the local ***,the current study com.s to docum.nt the Palestinian terrestrial vertebrate fauna acquired by the biology exhibitions(BEs)of Al-Azhar University,Islam.c University of Gaza and Al-Aqsa University that are located at the Gaza City of the Gaza *** am.hibians,reptiles,birds and m.m.als preserved at BEs of the universities in question were surveyed and scientifically classified during a three-m.nth period extending from.January to m.rch,*** study showed that all BEs of local universities are underdeveloped,lacking attention and suffer from.specim.n scarcity and good *** BE at Al-Azhar University is the best in the arrangem.nt and preservation of bird specim.ns.A total num.er of 200 specim.ns belonging to 54 terrestrial vertebrate fauna species,39 fam.lies and 17 orders was recorded at *** constituted 40.7%of the total species recorded,followed by birds(38.9%),m.m.als(14.8%)and am.hibians(5.6%).The Islam.c University of Gaza was considered the best in term. of the num.er of preserved species(39.8%),followed by Al-Azhar University(36.3%)and Al-Aqsa University(23.9%).The Com.on Toad(Bufo viridis)was the m.st preserved am.ng the am.hibian species *** was the biggest reptilian order,com.rising 20 species(8 lizards and 12 snakes),with the Syrian Black Snake(Coluber jugularis asianus)was the *** Palestine Viper(Vipera palaestinae)is endem.c to Palestine and m.st venom.us and dangerous to hum.n *** Great White Pelican(Pelecanus onocrotalus)was the largest Palestinian bird preserved at BE of Al-Azhar *** Egyptian m.ngoose(Herpestes ichneum.n)and the Com.on Badger(m.les m.les)were the biggest m.m.alian specim.ns preserved,while the Palestine m.le-rat(Spalax leucodon ehrenbergi)was the only Palestine endem.c spe

一项基于在培养的鸡胚肝中诱导乙氧基异吩噁唑酮-O-脱乙基酶(EROD)的灵敏测定方法,与化学分析一起被用来确定埃姆河(eman)颗粒物中的污染物类二噁(口英)的水平。在多氧联苯(PCB)污染的湖泊——Jarnsjon湖进行清淤之前、之中和之后,在该河流系统采集的底泥和沉降颗粒物(SPm.提取物被分成含有:①一元芳香族/脂肪族 ;②二元芳香族(如 PCBs、多氯联苯二噁(口英)和二苯并呋喃);③多元芳香族化合物(如多环芳香烃类)的3个级分。采自Jarnsjon湖的样品含有最高PCB浓度,并且Jarnsjon湖样品中的二元芳香族浸提物显示出最高的EROD诱导二元芳香族化合物的活性。在Jarnsjon湖清淤之后采集的底泥中,二元芳香族组的类二噁(口英)活性大约只有清淤前底泥中活性的1%,这表明,就湖泊中PCB污染底泥的清除而言治理是成功的。在Jarnsjon湖下游立即采集的沉降颗粒物中,二元芳香族类二噁(口英)化合物的水平在清淤期间升高,清淤之后降低。可是,清淤后浓度比Jarnsjon湖上游湖泊沉降颗粒物中的要高,表明在清淤后的几年中,二元芳香族类二噁(口英)化合物的水平升高现象仍存在于Jarnsjon湖下游水系统中。
