Designing accurate and time-efficient real-time traffic sign recognition systems is a crucial part of developing the intelligent vehicle which is the main agent in the intelligent transportation *** sign recognition systems consist of an initial detection phase where images transportaand colors are segmented and fed to the recognition *** most challenging process in such systems in terms of time consumption is the detection *** trade off in previous studies,which proposed different methods for detecting traffic signs,is between accuracy and computation time,Therefore,this paper presents a novel accurate and time-efficient color segmentation approach based on logistic *** used RGB color space as the domain to extract the features of our hypothesis;this has boosted the speed of our approach since no color conversion is *** trained segmentation classifier was tested on 1000 traffic sign images taken in different lighting *** results show that our approach segmented 974 of these images correctly and in a time less than one-fifth of the time needed by any other robust segmentation method.

From the perspective of data security, which has always been an important aspect of quality of service, cloud computing focuses a new challenging security threats. Therefore, a data security model must solve the most challenges of cloud computing security. The proposed data security model provides a single default gateway as a platform. It used to secure sensitive user data across multiple public and private cloud applications, including Salesforce, Chatter, Gmail, and Amazon Web Services, without influencing functionality or performance. Default gateway platform encrypts sensitive data automatically in a real time before sending to the cloud storage without breaking cloud application. It did not effect on user functionality and visibility. If an unauthorized person gets data from cloud storage, he only sees encrypted data. If authorized person accesses successfully in his cloud, the data is decrypted in real time for your use. The default gateway platform must contain strong and fast encryption algorithm, file integrity, malware detection, firewall, tokenization and more. This paper interested about authentication, stronger and faster encryption algorithm, and file integrity.

Structure and Optical Investigations of （PbSxSe1-x） Alloy and Films

In this work, the (PbS1?xSex) alloys with different S content (0, 0.1, 0.15, 0.3, 0.4, 1) have been successfully prepared by evacuated quartz tube under vacuum pressure (10-2 Toor), whereas (PbS1?xSex) thin films. Thickness (0.3 ? 0.04) has been prepared by thermal evaporation technique on glass substrate and Si wafer at room temperature (RT) under vacuum pressure (3 ? 10-5) mbar at deposition rate (5 nm/sec). The structure of (PbS1?xSex) alloys and films have been studied by X-ray diffraction technique. X-ray diffraction study shows that the Structures polycrystalline with cubic Structure with preferential orientation in the (200) direction for alloy and films. The optical measurement showed that (PbS1?xSex) films have a direct energy gap (Eg) and that increases with increasing S content. Also the optical constant such as absorption coefficient, real and imaginary part of dielectric constant have been calculated it is found that decreases with sulfur concentration increases for selenium.

目的：测试小学教师与口腔健康（oral ***）相关的知识、态度、行为（knowledge，attitude and ***）．并评价测量结果与其口腔健康相关生活质量（oral health related quality of ***）关系。材料与方法：本次横断面调查从科威特所有地区随机挑选了1013名学校教师．调查使用的问卷包含人口统计学相关指标、知识、态度、行为及OHRQoL相关信息。数据统计方面．数据描述采用频数、均数（标准差）指标，皮尔森相关系数用来测量KAP与OHRQoL间的相关性。行为与其相关知识间的关系．知识，行为与OHRQoL间的关系用卡方检验来分析。结果：约71％的受试者为女性．57％在30-50岁之间，75％有大学学历。知识的平均得分（95％置信区间）为60．2％（57．2％-62．0％）．分布在15．4％到93％之间。知晓率最高的口腔健康知识如下：用含氟牙膏每天刷2次牙的重要性；粘性的含糖食物和零食的致龋效应以及软饮料会对牙齿造成的伤害。知晓率最少的则是牙刷的更换频率、家长对孩子刷牙的监督以及常规使用牙线的好处。知识．态度、行为各部分与OHRQoL间的相关性较弱但仍有意义（p〈0.05）。除了刷牙与牙线使用外（p〉0.05）．所有行为与其特异的口腔健康知识都显著相关。不正确的口腔健康行为而导致的自尊心变化是OHRQoL中最常受到影响的维度。结论：口腔健康知识本身并不足以改变错误的口腔健康行为。发展基于OHRQoL结果的行为改变干预可能会有所助益。

AIM:To investigate the effect of human umbilical cord stem cells,both mesenchymal and hematopoietic(CD34+),in the treatment of ***:Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) and hematopoietic(CD34+) stem cells(HSC) were isolated from human umbilical cord blood obtained from the umbilical cord of healthy pregnant donors undergoing fullterm normal vaginal ***,HSC,methotrexate(MTX) and sterile saline were injected intra-articularly into the rat hindpaw with complete freunds adjuvant(Cfa) induced arthritis after the onset of disease(day 34),when arthritis had become well established(arthritis score ≥ 2).Arthritic indices were evaluated and the levels of interleukin(IL)-1,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and interferon(IFN)-γ and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 in serum were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** of all groups were sacrificed 34 d after beginning treatment,except positive control(PC) which was sacrificed at 10,21 and 34 d for microscopic observation of disease *** used hematoxylin,eosin and Masson's trichrome stains for histopathological examination of cartilage and ***:The mean arthritis scores were similar in all groups at 12 and 34 d post immunization,with no statistical significant *** the injection of stem cells(hematopoietic and mesenchymal),the overall arthritis signs were significantly improved around 21 d after receiving the injection and totally disappeared at day 34 post treatment in MSC *** hindpaw diameter(mm) in the MSC rats was about half that of the PC and MTX groups(P = 0.007 and P = 0.021,respectively) and 0.6 mm less than the HSC group(P = 0.047),as indicated by paw *** with these findings,serum levels of TNF-α,IFN-γ and IL-1 decreased significantly in HSC and MSC groups compared to PC and MTX groups(P < 0.05),while the expression of IL-10 was *** examination with H and E stain revealed that the MTX treated group showed signific

The effect of cold drawn on the mechanical properties and structural defects of 6201 alloy used as conductor cables was studied. The effect of heat treatment at 350 and 500 °C after deformation as well as deformed at room temperature (RT) was investigated in order to identify an optimized heat treatment for different cold drawn samples. The mechanical properties and microstructure were determined by using Vickers micro hardness (Hv) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. The Evaluation of three distinguished stages observed in this investigation was discussed by using positron annihilation lifetime (PAL) technique. The present work demonstrates that PAL can provide valuable information about the microstructure of cold drawn 6201 alloy.
