The.dose. of cannabis e.tract we.e.e.pre.se. as Δ~9-te.rahydrocannabinol conte.t of 10 or 20 mg/kg. This study was conce.trate. on the.biosynthe.is of silve. nanoparticle. from Pe.icillium aurantiogre.ium (IMI 89372) with a focus on its cytotoxicity in MCF-7 and MCT cance. ce.l line. as we.l as Ve.o (normal) ce.l line.that was asse.se. by crystal viole. assay afte. tre.tme.t with various conce.trations (0.44 – 145 μg/ml) for 24 h. The.ce.l morphology was e.amine. by inve.te. light microscopy. Furthe., the.radiose.sitizing e.fe.t of silve. nanoparticle. (AgNPs) on MCF-7 was also de.onstrate. by asse.sing ce.l morphology, ce.l prolife.ation of MTT assay, LDH activity and induction of apoptosis through che.king of some.apoptotic ge.e. that alte.e. during carcinoge.e.is, including caspase.3, Bax and Bcl-2. Caspase.3 activity was also e.timate.. Synthe.is of AgNPs was de.e.mine. by UV-Visible.spe.trum and it was furthe. characte.ize. by Te., FT-IR and X-Ray analysis (e.X, XRD). The.biosynthe.ize. AgNPs we.e.sphe.ical and of 12.7 nm in size.as re.orde. by dire.t e.e.tron microscopy visualization. The.biosynthe.ize. AgNPs showe. variation in cytotoxicity against MCF-7, MCT and Ve.o ce.l line. in a conce.tration de.e.dant re.ponse.with a varie. de.re. of alte.ation in ce.l morphology. The.re.ult showe. that AgNPs we.e.highly toxic towards MCF-7 with IC50 value.of 10.5 μg/ml. Tre.tme.t of MCF-7 (10.5 μg/ml) prior to irradiation improve. the.e.fe.t of irradiation dose.(6 Gy) via incre.sing alte.ation of ce.l morphology, inhibition of ce.l prolife.ation, activation of the.lactate.de.ydroge.ase.(LDH) and caspase.3 le.ding to induction of apoptosis which was furthe. confirme. through incre.sing nucle.r DNA damage.and up re.ulation of caspase.3 and Bax ge.e. and downrgulation of Bcl-2 ge.e.. Pt primarily e.hance. tolue.e.conve.sion, total xyle.e. production, and p-xyle.e.re.ative.to its the.modynamic e.uilibrium. As the.conce.tration of HF incre.se. from 1.0% to 3.0%, the.catalyst activity incre.se. be.ause.of the.incre.se.in the.numbe. of acid site. and the.r stre.gth. Additionally, the.surface.are. and Pt dispe.sion also incre.se.. An advantage.of incre.se. HF doping is that the.formation of voluminous trime.hylbe.ze.e.(TMB) byproducts is inhibite.. Colore.tal cance.(CRC) is a de.astating dise.se. mainly be.ause.of me.astasis. As a re.ult, the.e.is a ne.d to be.te. unde.stand the.mole.ular basis of invasion and me.astasis and to ide.tify ne. biomarke.s and the.ape.tic targe.s to aid in managing the.e.tumors. The.actin cytoske.e.on and actin-binding prote.ns are.known to play an important role.in the.proce.s of cance. me.astasis be.ause.the. control and e.e.ute.e.se.tial ste.s in ce.l motility and contractility as we.l as ce.l division. Calde.mon(CaD) is an actin-binding prote.n e.code. by the.CALD1 ge.e.as multiple.transcripts that mainly e.code.two prote.n isoforms: High-mole.ular-we.ght CaD, e.pre.se. in smooth muscle. and low-mole.ular we.ght CaD(l-CaD), e.pre.se. in nonsmooth muscle.ce.ls. According to our compre.e.sive.re.ie. of the.lite.ature. CaD, particularly l-CaD, plays a ke. role.in the.de.e.opme.t, me.astasis, and re.istance.to che.oradiothe.apy in colore.tal, bre.st, and urinary bladde. cance.s and gliomas, among othe. malignancie.. CaD is involve. in many aspe.ts of the.carcinoge.ic hallmarks, including e.ithe.ial me.e.chymal transition via transforming growth factor-be.a signaling, angioge.e.is, re.istance.to hormonal the.apy, and immune.e.asion. Re.e.t data show that CaD is e.pre.se. in tumor ce.ls as we.l as in stromal ce.ls, such as cance.associate. fibroblasts, whe.e.it modulate. the.tumor microe.vironme.t to favor the.tumor. Inte.e.tingly, CaD unde.goe. se.e.tive.tumor-spe.ific splicing, and the.re.ulting isoforms are.ge.e.ally not e.pre.se. in normal tissue., making the.e.transcripts ide.l targe.s for drug de.ign.
