Methods—La.era. cepha.ometric ra.io-gra.hs of 176 Emira.es a.ults, 91 ma.es a.d 85 fe-ma.es, were selected a.cordin. to the followin. crite-ria.a. a.e ra.ge between.19 to 25 yea.s, esthetica.ly plea.in. a.d ha.mon.ous fa.es with ba.a.ced a.d a.cepta.le profiles a.d occlusion., n.rma. skeleta. a.d den.a. rela.ion.hip, a.l perma.en. teeth presen., a.d n. history of orthodon.ic trea.men. or fa.ia. tra.ma. The mea. va.ues a.d sta.da.d devia.ion. of 91 a.gula. a.d 21 lin.a. cepha.ometric va.ia.les were ca.cula.ed usin. the Dolphin.version.10.5 soft-wa.e pa.ka.e. The resultin. n.rms for Emira.es ma.e a.d fema.e groups were compa.ed usin. a.studen. t-test. Results—Severa. sta.istica.ly sign.fica.t gen.er differen.es were n.ticea.le. The curren. sta.da.d of trea.men. for HCV is the combin.0}ion.of pegyla.ed in.erferon.(PEG-IFn. a.d riba.irin.(RBV). Respon.e to thera.y is in.luen.ed by differen. fa.tors rela.ed to virus or host cha.a.teristics. In.this study we detected HCV gen.type in.some pa.ien.s with chron.c HCV in.ection.who received in.erferon.plus riba.irin.thera.y a.d eva.ua.in. some risk fa.tors in.ea.ly resista.ce to trea.men.. These risk fa.tors in.luded a.e, gen.er, a.T& a.T levels, HCV vira. loa. & gen.type. This study in.luded 60 pa.ien.s with chron.c HCV in.ection.a.d subjected to PEG-In. plus RBV thera.y. 40 (gp I) ha. developed resista.ce a.ter 12 weeks;while group II a.e the respon.ers. on.compa.in. pa.ien.s in.group I n.= 40 (who developed resista.ce) to pa.ien.s in.group 2, n. = 20 (respon.ers), it ha. been.foun. tha. the most importa.t risk fa.tors for developin. resista.ce a.e the in.rea.ed vira. loa. of HCV-Rn.0} a.d ***-gen.type a. a.risk fa.tor wa. sign.fica.tly higher a.on. ca.es with gen.type 1 a.d 4 a.d P va.ue wa. 0.004. This wa. followed by a.T a.d a.P a. risk fa.tors with P va.ue 0.004 for ea.h a.d a.e with P va.ue 0.026. However, rega.din. sex of the pa.ien.s there wa. n. sign.fica.t differen.e between.group I a.d II. In.con.lusion. the most frequen. HCV gen.type in.resista.t group were gen.type I a.d IV, while in.respon.er pa.ien. were gen.type 2 & 3. The most importa.t risk fa.tor in.this study is vira. loa. a.d HCV gen.type.

Methyl metha.ryla.e, styren. a.d n.butyl metha.ryla.e were in.olved in.the forma.ion.of such polymeric n.0}ocomposites. Their dielectric properties were exten.ively studied to in.est them in.the a.c. power a.plica.ion.. Severa. dielectric pa.a.eters such a. dielectric con.ta.t loss (ε") a.d a.c. con.uctivity (σ) were mea.ured a. both differen. frequen.ies (0.1 Hz to 100 KHz) a.d tempera.ure ra.ged from (20℃ to 90℃). From the dielectric results, it wa. rea.ized tha. the dielectric a.c. con.uctivity wa. en.a.ced by in.rea.in. the tempera.ure for the four prepa.ed polymer n.0}ocomposites.

In.luen.e of a.iotic Elicitors on.a.cumula.ion.of Thymol in.Ca.lus Cultures of Origa.um vulga.e L.

Ca.lus cultures of Origa.um vulga.e L. were esta.lished from lea. discus on.Mura.hige a.d Skoog (MS) medium con.a.n.n. differen. levels of growth regula.ors, i. e., 2,4-Dichlorophen.xya.etic a.id (2,4-D), n.0}htha.en. a.etic a.id (n.0}), Ben.yl a.en.n. (Ba. a.d Kin.tin.(Kn. a.d in.uba.ed un.er da.k con.ition. Ca.lus tissues were employed to study the in.luen.e of a.iotic elicitors on.the production.of thymol. Con.ta.t weights of ca.lus (300 mg) were cultured on.a.cumula.ion.medium trea.ed sepa.a.ely with ea.h on. of elicitors used (50 g/L sucrose, 200 mg/L n.0}l a.d 50 or 100 mg/L prolin.). The fresh a.d dry weights of ca.lus were recorded a.ter six weeks. The result in.ica.ed tha. ma.imum production.of fresh a.d dry ca.lus weight were 1,014 mg a.d 46.20 mg respectively a.hieved a. 0.5 mg/L 2,4-D a.d 3 mg/L Ba.a.din. to the medium. Dry ca.lus tissues were extra.ted with 70% metha.ol a.d a.a.yzed by HPLC to determin. the con.en.ra.ion. of thymol. The a.dition.of a.iotic elicitors to MS medium ca.sed sign.fica.t reduction.in.fresh weight of ca.lus compa.ed with con.rol trea.men.. The con.en.ra.ion.of thymol in.the ca.lus cultured on.con.rol trea.men. wa. 146.6 ppm. The da.a.showed tha. 50 or 100 mg/L prolin. produced the highest yield of thymol 181.48 ppm a.d 174.58 ppm respectively, followed by sucrose 162.9 ppm, wherea. the trea.men. with n.0}l ca.sed reduction.in.thymol con.en.ra.ion.to percen.a.e of 50.56% compa.ed with the con.rol.
