Proposed Simple, Efficient Free Hand Technique for Frontal External Ventricular Drain (EVD) in Case of Small Ventricle: A Report of New Technique

Background: EVD is a common procedure done in neurosurgery and the residents should master it and this is what exactly means that it should be simple, safe, fast and accurate. EVD can be done through many entry points to the different part of the lateral ventricle but the famous site is the anterior horn of the lateral ventricle which is commonly approached through Kocher’s point which is a famous point for all neurosurgeon by its measurements of allocation. The commonest problem with EVD insertion into the anterior horn is the navigation of the ventricular cavity with the right trajectory and so the location of the catheter tip in the right place near the foramen of monro to ensure CSF draining. Size of the ventricle plays significant role in the success of the procedure especially free hand technique. The more dilated ventricle, the more chance to hit the ventricular cavity especially from the first trial and vice versa. In case of small ventricle, the procedure with free hand technique seems more complicated and the chance to hit the ventricle from the first trial may reduce especially with non-expert surgeon but may succeed in the following trials with increased risk of complications with more trials. Purpose: Most EVD’s are placed with freehand technique which depends on the operator skills to navigate the ventricle with right trajectory and hit the ventricle from the first trial, because many trials may complicate the procedure and produce undesirable side effects. So the key in this free hand technique is how to ensure the success from the first trial. In case of small anterior horn of the lateral ventricle, the procedure is even more difficult with the free hand technique and the classic Kocher point needs an expert to get the right trajectory to navigate such small ventricle. Our point idea came from this prospective and aimed at raising the success of the procedure especially in the first attempt with simple technique. Method: It is a new entry point for E

Developing Lexicons for Enhanced Sentiment Analysis in Software Engineering:An Innovative Multilingual Approach for Social Media Reviews

Sentiment analysis is becoming increasingly important in today’s digital age, with social media being a significantsource of user-generated content. The development of sentiment lexicons that can support languages other thanEnglish is a challenging task, especially for analyzing sentiment analysis in social media reviews. Most existingsentiment analysis systems focus on English, leaving a significant research gap in other languages due to limitedresources and tools. This research aims to address this gap by building a sentiment lexicon for local languages,which is then used with a machine learning algorithm for efficient sentiment analysis. In the first step, a lexiconis developed that includes five languages: Urdu, Roman Urdu, Pashto, Roman Pashto, and English. The sentimentscores from SentiWordNet are associated with each word in the lexicon to produce an effective sentiment score. Inthe second step, a naive Bayesian algorithm is applied to the developed lexicon for efficient sentiment analysis ofRoman Pashto. Both the sentiment lexicon and sentiment analysis steps were evaluated using information retrievalmetrics, with an accuracy score of 0.89 for the sentiment lexicon and 0.83 for the sentiment analysis. The resultsshowcase the potential for improving software engineering tasks related to user feedback analysis and productdevelopment.

Three-dimensional(3 D)static modelling techniques are applied to the characterization of the Qishn Formation(Fm.)in the Sharyoof oil field locating within the Masila basin,southeastern *** present study was initiated by the seismic structural interpretation,followed by building a 3 D structural framework,in addition to analysing well log data and from these,3 D facies and petrophysical models are *** the Sharyoof oil field,the Qishn *** depth values within the range of 400-780 m below sea level,with a general increase towards the SSE.A set of high dip angle normal faults with a general ENE-WSW trend dissect the *** strata are also folded as a main anticline with an axis that is parallel to the fault trend,formed as a result of basement *** to the facies models,the Qishn *** 43.83% limestone,21.53% shale,21.26% sandstone,13.21% siltstone and 0.17% *** Qishn Carbonates Member has low porosity values making it a potential seal for the underlying reservoirs whereas the Upper Qishn Clastics SI A and C have good reservoir quality and SIB has fair reservoir *** Upper Qishn Clastics S2 and S3 also have fair reservoir quality,while the Lower Qishn Clastics zone has good reservoir *** water saturation decreases towards the west and east and increases towards north and *** total original oil in-place(OOIP)of the Upper Qishn clastics is 106 million STB within the SI A,SIC and S2 *** of development wells is recommended in the eastern study area,where good trapping configuration is exhibited in addition to the presence of a potential seal(Upper Qishn Carbonates Member)and reservoir(Qishn Clastics Member)with high porosity and low water saturation.

People who are deaf or have difficulty speaking use sign language,which consists of hand gestures with particular motions that symbolize the“language”they are communicating.A gesture in a sign language is a particular movement of the hands with a specific shape from the fingers and whole *** this paper,we present an Intelligent for Deaf/Dumb People approach in real time based on Deep Learning using Gloves(IDLG).The approach IDLG offers scientific contributions based deep-learning,a multimode command techniques,real-time,and effective use,and high accuracy *** this purpose,smart gloves working in real time were *** data obtained from the gloves was processed using deep-learning-based approaches and classified multi-mode commands that allow dumb people to speak with regular people via their smart ***,the glove has five flex sensors and an accelerometer using to achieve Low-Cost Control *** flex sensor generates a proportional change in resistance for each individual *** processing of these hand gestures is in Atmega32A Microcontroller which is an advance version of the microcontroller and the lab view *** compares the input signal to memory-stored specified voltage *** performance of the IDLG approach was verified on a dataset created using different hand gestures from 20 different *** the test using the IDLG approach on 10,000 data points,process time performance of milliseconds was achieved with 97%accuracy.
