The development of digital intelligent diagnostic and treatment technology has opened countless new opportunities for liver surgery from the era of digital anatomy to a new era of digital diagnostics,virtual surgery simulation and using the created scenarios in real-time surgery using mixed *** this article,we described our experience on developing a dedicated 3 dimensional visualization and reconstruction software for surgeons to be used in advanced liver surgery and living donor liver ***,we shared the recent developments in the field by explaining the outreach of the software from virtual reality to augmented reality and mixed reality.

Objective:To describe clinical and epidemiological characteristics,antimicrobial susceptibility and mortality-associated factors of healthcare-associated infections(HCAIs)caused by Staphylococcus(S.)aureus in ***:We conducted a retrospective,single-centre study of pediatric HCAIs caused by *** from a tertiary care hospital in Turkey between February 2014 and December *** clinical and epidemiological characteristics and antimicrobial susceptibility of the methicillin-susceptible and methicillin-resistant ***(MSSA and MRSA)isolates was ***:A total of 310 pediatric patients were ***,225(72.6%)isolates were MSSA and 85(27.4%)were *** *** isolates were susceptible to teicoplanin,vancomycin,linezolid,tigecycline,mupirocin,and *** resistance rates were high(89.0%),while fosfomycin,gentamicin,and clindamycin resistance rates were low(1.3%,1.0%,and 2.3%,respectively).Except susceptibility to fosfomycin,which was significantly lower in 2014 compared to 2018 and 2019,no significant difference was found in the antimicrobial susceptibility of *** isolates between the *** characteristics and mortality rate were similar comparing MRSA and MSSA causing *** mortality rate of HCAIs caused by *** was 6.5%(20 patients).Malignancy was an independent risk factor associated with mortality in the multivariate analysis(OR 5.446,95%CI 1.573-18.849).Conclusions:Our findings demonstrate that MSSA remained the most causative agent of HCAIs caused by *** mortality rate was 6.5%,the antibiotic resistance rate was quite high for penicillin and diagnosis of malignancy was the main risk factor for increasing mortality in *** findings could help improve the management of HCAIs caused by *** in children.

Right lobe living donor liver transplantation(LDLT)is a major development in adult LDLT that has significantly increased the donor pool by providing larger graft size and by decreasing risk of small-for-size graft ***,right lobe anatomy is complex,not only from the inflow but also from the outflow *** reconstruction is one of the key requirements of a successful LDLT and venous drainage of the liver graft is just as important as hepatic inflow for the integrity of graft *** complications may cause acute graft failure which is not always easy to *** right lobe graft consists of two sections and three hepatic venous routes for drainage that require *** order to obtain a congestion free graft,several types of vascular conduits and postoperative interventions are needed to assure an adequate venous allograft *** review described the anatomy,functional basis and the evolution of outflow reconstruction in right lobe LDLT.

AIM：To investigate the place of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio（NLR） and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio（PLR） in the diagnosis of and prognosis for neovascular age-related macular degeneration（AMD）. METHODS：One hundred AMD patients and 100 healthy controls were included in the study. Blood samples were obtained from the venous blood, which is used for routine analysis, and these samples were subjected to complete blood count. NLR was defined as the neutrophil count divided by the number of lymphocytes, and PLR was defined as the platelet count divided by the number of lymphocytes. RESULTS：No statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups under consideration in terms of demographic features（P〉0.05）. The average NLR in the patient group was found to be significantly higher than that in the healthy control group（P〈0.05）. The average PLR was significantly higher in the patient group as compared to the control group（P〈0.05）. As best corrected visual acuity（BCVA） increased, both NLR and PLR decreased（significant negative correlations at 49.8% and 63.0%, respectively）, whereas as central macular thickness（CMT） increased, both NLR and PLR increased（significant positive correlations at 59.3% and 70.0%, respectively）.CONCLUSION：NLR and PLR levels are higher among neovascular AMD patients as compared to healthy control group. NLR and PLR levels were found to be inversely proportional to BCVA and directly proportional to CMT.

Objective:To investigate the effects of cadmium(Cd)and copper(Cu)on sialic acid levels of brain and blood tissues of Cyprinus ***:Adult carps were exposed to 0.1,0.5 mg/L Cu,0.1,0.5 and 1.0 mg/L Cd and 0.1 mg/L Cu+0.1 mg/L Cd under static experiment conditions for 1 *** the end of exposure period,heavy metal accumulations and sialic acid levels in blood and brain tissues of the test animals were ***:Cu and Cd accumulated in tissues in a dramatically increasing dose-dependent *** acids level of the fish exposed to 0.1,0.5 and 1.0 mg/L Cu and Cd and control grups for 1 week were 0.834,1.427,0.672,0.934,2.968,4.714 mg/mL *** results also showed that Cu has an antagonistic effect on tissue sialic acid ***:We propose that Cd and Cu make a complex with sialic acids of membranes in the tissues *** complex between metal ions and sialic acid migth account for the cellular toxicity based on Cu and Cd.

Pompe disease is an autosomal recessive inherited glycogen storage disease, usually respiratory muscles, cardiac muscle and skeletal muscles are affected in childhood and mortality is inevitable but has a slower progression in the adult. The patient was a 35-year-old male patient who was scheduled to undergo ureterorenoscopy due to right ureteral stone. He was diagnosed with pompe disease after detection of myopathy on EMG due to muscle weakness in the legs and hips. He was started on myozyme vials once every 15 days. Spinal anesthesia with 3 ml 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine was performed and adequate sensorial and motor block was achieves at T10 level. The surgery was completed with no complications and he was discharged two days later. The selection of appropriate anesthetic technique and a careful perioperative and postoperative monitoring are of utmost importance due to progressive muscle weakness, hypotonia, respiratory failure and cardiomyopathy in pompe disease.

Hereditary angioedema is a rare but life-threatening disease, usually resulting from upper respiratory tract traumas and stress. In this case report, we present the management of a 14-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with hereditary angioedema and scheduled to undergo transurethral resection of bladder (TURB) procedure for bladder tumor. She was on prophylactic danazol treatment and prior to the operation the dose of danazol was increased. On the day of the operation, patient was given C1-IHN concentrate and was sedated. In conclusion, hereditary angioedema is a rare disease in which multidisciplinary and aggressive approach during anesthesia would yield successful results.

A Study of Factors Affecting Chinese Tourism in Turkey

China is the second largest economy and the most populous country and its tourism is one of the world’s fastest growing in outbound and inbound travel markets. Since 2000, the Economy of China has been growing at an average of around %10. After joining the World Trade Organization（WTO）, China has intensified market-oriented reforms, both in its exchange trade and foreign trade policies. In this study, the factors that can enhance tourism between China and Turkey will be examined and also analyze the Chinese tourist who visits Turkey since the establishment of China and Turkey diplomatic relation in 1971. I analysize the factors that afftect Chinese outbound tourists to Turkey: first one is that the Chinese people getting more and more rich, second one is that Chinese currency has gained more value than the Turkish Lira（TL）, and Turkey’s e-Visa system for Chinese tourists plays import role as well. Finally, I propose policy recommendations for attracting Chinese tourists to Turkey.

The metal surfaces are passed through the pretreatment steps before being subjected to the coating *** of these steps is zinc phosphate *** present process has many disadvantages such as the high number of digits,the difficult and high cost of disposal of the formed sludge,and not being an environmentally friendly *** this study,which we planned as an alternative coating for zinc phosphate coating,the effects on the wire were studied by working with stearates in order to be sensitive to the *** method was used to compare different pH,time,temperature and concentrations of the obtained data with the zinc phosphate *** the alternative coating,the coating time can be *** process;it can be completed in 3 stages by alternative coating method while it is finished in 7 steps in zinc phosphate process with surface *** addition,the corrosion resistance with alternative coating increased and cost decreased by 70-80%.Thus,it has been understood that the alternative coating is a coating type superior to zinc phosphate coating.
