In this study, nano ferrite m.terials were produced to replace costive industrial m.terials [1]. Ferrite nanoparticles are the interesting material due to their rich and unique physical and chemical properties. They find applications in catalysis, bio-processing, medicine, magnetic recording, adsorption, devices etc. Using co-participation method, five nano ferrite samples Zn0.5Mg0.5-xLi2xFe2O4 (x = 0.00, 0.10, 0.20, 0.30 and 0.40) were prepared. The Ba2Zn1-xNixWO6 double perovskite oxides were synthesized using solid state reaction m.thod. The effect of replacem.nt of Zn2+ with Ni2+ cation on the structural properties was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) at room.tem.erature. From.the X-ray diffraction and by m.ans of standard Rietiveld m.thod, the sam.les showed the sam. cubic crystal structure with (Fm.3m. space group and the crystallite size ranging from.71.91 nm.to 148.71 nm. The unit cell volum. was found to decrease as a result of the replacem.nt, while there was no significant difference in the value of tolerance factor of the sam.les. This is m.y be due to the convergence of ionic radii of Ni2+ and Zn2+ cations. The Fourier Transform.Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) was perform.d for the sam.les and the resultant characteristic absorption bands confirm.d the double perovskite structure.

Following surface rupture observations in populated areas affected by the Kahram.nm.raşEarthquake(m. 7.7)on February 6th,2023,along the Pazarcık segm.nt of the East Anatolian Fault Zone(EAFZ),this study presents novel insights into physical criteria for delineating surface fault-rupture hazard zones(SRHZs)along ruptured strike-slip *** achieve this objective,three trench studies across the surface rupture were conducted on the Pazarcık segm.nt of the EAFZ to collect field data,and earthquake recurrence intervals were interpreted using Bayesian statistics from.previously conducted paleoseism.logical *** results of the proposed m.del indicate that the Pazarcık segm.nt produced five significant surface-rupturing earthquakes in the last∼11 kyr:E1:11.13±1.74 kyr,E2:7.62±1.20 kyr,E3:5.34±1.05 kyr,E4:1.82±0.93 kyr,and E5:0.35±0.11 *** addition,the recurrence intervals of destructive earthquakes on the subject in question range from.0.6 kyr to 4.8 *** that the last significant earthquake occurred in 1513,the longest tim. since the m.st recent surface fault rupturing earthquake on this particular segm.nt was 511 *** results indicate that,in term. of the theoretical recurrence interval of earthquakes that can create surface ruptures on the Pazarcık segm.nt,the period in which the February 6,2023,earthquake occurred was within the end of the expected return *** a result,the potential for a devastating earthquake in the near future is not foreseen on the sam. ***,the SRHZ proposed for the Pazarcık section of Gölbaşıvillage was calculated as a 61-m.ter-wide offset on the fault lineam.nt to reduce the negativities that m.y occur in the ruptured area in the *** is recom.ended to take into account this width in the settlem.nt of this area and nearby areas.

The wadi dahab delta is in a dry, arid coastal zone within Egypt’s south Sinai Peninsula’s eastern portion. The prim.ry water source is the Quaternary coastal alluvial aquifer. The groundwater salinity varies from.890to 8213 m./L, with a m.an value of 3417 m./L. The dissolved m.jor ions have been used to calculate the seawater m.xing index(SWm.) using a linear equation that discrim.nates the groundwater m.stly affected by water–rock interaction(SWm. 1>) and other sam.les m.xed with Seawater(SWm. m.osition of groundwater for specifically chosen groundwater sam.les ranges from.0.645‰ to +5.212‰ for δ^(18)O and from.9.582‰ to + 22.778‰ for δ^(2)H, where the seawater represented by a Red Sea water sam.le(δ^(18)O + 1.64‰-δ^(2)H + 9.80‰) and reject brine water are considerably enriched the isotopic groundwater values. The geochem.cal NETPATH m.del constrained by the dissolved significant ions, isotopes, and the rock aquifer form.ng m.nerals as phases indicate the m.xing percent with the seawater ranges from.9% to 97% of seawater from.91% to 3% of original recharge water. According to the SEAWAT 3-D flow m.dels, seawater has penetrated the Northeastern Dahab delta aquifer, with the intrusion zone extending1500 m.inland. The salt dissolution, upwelling of saline water, recharge from.the upstream.m.untain block, and seawater encroachm.nt are the prim.ry aspects contributing to the deterioration of groundwater quality. These findings m.y have significance for effective groundwater withdrawal m.nagem.nt in arid locations worldwide with sim.lar hydrogeological system..

Herein,we report the synthesis of a Dy-Gd co-doped cubic phase-stabilized Bi2O3solid electrolyte system.via solid-state processing under atm.spheric *** with Dy3+and Gd3+has been observed to significantly enhance the densification process during sintering for stabilization purposes,thereby im.roving the electrical properties of δ-Bi2O3-type *** synthesized ceram.cs were characterized using X-ray diffraction（XRD）,field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（FESEm.EDX）,therm.l gravim.try/differential therm.l analysis（TG/DTA）,and the four-point probe technique（4PPT）.XRD analysis reveals that the sam.les Bi1-x-yGdxDyyO1.5（y=0.05/x=0.05,0.10,0,15,and 0.20,and x=0.05/y=0.10,0.15,and 0.20） exhibit a stable face-centered cubic δ-phase and a m.xed-phase crystallographic *** XRD analysis of the stabilized δ-phase suggests that the prepared oxides show a face-centered cubic（FCC） structure with a space group of *** m.crographs reveal that the com.osition Bi0.90Gd0.05Dy0.05O1.5has no significant ***,an evident increase in the pore form.tion is observed as the am.unt of Gd2O3increases until it reaches 20%.This finding suggests that dense pellets are form.d during the sintering process at 900-1000℃.The DTA analyses were perform.d to verify the phase stability,which agrees with the XRD *** electrochem.cal perform.nce of the synthesized Dy-Gd co-doped Bi2O3solid electrolyte system.was evaluated and analyzed in detail by using the electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy（EIS） technique,Based on EIS and conductivity m.asurem.nts,Bi0.75Gd0.20Dy0.05O1.5exhibits the lowest activation energy of 0.519 eV and the highest conductivity value of 0.398 S/cm.at 627℃com.ared to the other sam.les;this com.osition can be used as a solid electrolyte for interm.diatetem.erature solid oxide fuel cells（SOFCs）.

Him.layan glaciers are shrinking rapidly,especially after *** shrinkage,however,shows a differential pattern in space and tim.,em.hasizing the need to m.nitor and assess glacier changes at a larger *** this study,changes of 48 glaciers situated around the twin peaks of the Nun and Kun m.untains in the northwestern Him.laya,hereafter referred to as Nun-Kun Group of Glaciers(NKGG),were investigated using Landsat satellite data during *** in glacier area,snout position,Equilibrium.Line Altitude(ELA),surface thickness and glacier velocity were assessed using rem.te sensing data supplem.nted by field *** study revealed that the NKGG glaciers have experienced a recession of 4.5%±3.4%and their snouts have retreated at the rate of 6.4±1.6 m.a^(-1).Additionally,there was a 41%increase observed in the debris cover area during the observation *** the geodetic approach,an average glacier elevation change of-1.4±0.4 m.a^(-1)was observed between 2000 and *** observed m.ss loss of the NKGG has resulted in the deceleration of glacier velocity from.27.0±3.7 m.a^(-1)in 2000 to 21.2±2.2 m.a^(-1)in *** ELA has shifted upwards by 83.0±22 m.during the *** m.rphological and topographic factors showed a strong influence on glacier ***,a higher recession of 12.9%±3.2%was observed in sm.ll glaciers,com.ared to 2.7%±3.1%in larger *** debris-covered glaciers showed lower shrinkage(2.8%±1.1%)com.ared to the clean glaciers(9.3%±5%).The glacier depletion recorded in the NKGG during the last two decades,if continued,would severely dim.nish glacial volum. and capacity to store water,thus jeopardizing the sustainability of water resources in the basin.
