molecular phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ecology,morphology and pigment chemistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric family *** phylogenetically supported genera we recognize here in the Hygrophoraceae based on these and previous analyses are:Acantholichen,Ampulloclitocybe,Arrhenia,Cantharellula,Cantharocybe,Chromosera,Chrysomphalina,Cora,Corella,Cuphophyllus,Cyphellostereum,Dictyonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,Haasiella,Humidicutis,Hygroaster,Hygrocybe,Hygrophorus,Lichenomphalia,Neohygrocybe,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to Chromosera is described as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,section and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new combination and one ***.),26 sections(five new and three new combinations and two ***.)and 14 subsections(two new,two ***.).Species of Chromosera,Gliophorus,Humidicutis,and Neohygrocybe are often treated within the genus Hygrocybe;we therefore provide valid names in both classification *** used a minimalist approach in transferring genera and creating new names and ***,we retain in the Hygrophoraceae the basal cuphophylloid grade comprising the genera Cuphophyllus,Ampulloclitocybe andCantharocybe,despite weak phylogenetic *** include Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in Hygrophoraceae based on morphology though molecular data are *** lower hygrophoroid clade is basal to Hygrophoraceae s.s.,comprising the genera Aphroditeola,macrotyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleurocybella,Sarcomyxa,Tricholomopsis and Typhula.

The objective of this study was to obtain mathematical equations through the leaf dimensions to estimate the area leaf of m>Cordia myxam> L. 392 leaves of plants were collected, located in the municipality of São mateus, North of the State of Espírito Santo, Brazil, 300 of which were used to adjust the equations and 92 for validation. Of all the leaves, the largest length (m>Lm>) and maximum width (m>Wm>) were measured, product of multiplying the length with the width (m>LWm>) and the real leaf area (m>RLAm>). models equation first degree linear, quadratic and power were fitted, where m>RLAm> was the dependent variable as a function of m>Lm>, m>Wm> and m>LWm> as an independent variable. All equations were validated according to appropriate criterion. Thus, the power model m>ELAm> = 0.84(m>LWm>)0.9749, based on the product of multiplication of length with width (m>LWm>) is the most suitable for estimating the leaf area of m>Cordia myxam> L.

Context: Bronchial fibroepithelial polyp is a very rare benign endobronchial tumor. Typically, it is a slow growing lesion, and the differential diagnosis includes other benign and malignant endobronchial tumors. Case Report: We report a case of a 75-year-old female who complained of intermittent productive cough. Computed tomography of the thorax showed a solid nodule with lobulated contours in the right main bronchus and subtotal atelectasis of the right lower lobe. Bronchoscopy with biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of a bronchial fibroepithelial polyp. Conclusion: This case is illustrative and demonstrates the importance of imaging methods and of histopathological correlation for the accurate diagnosis of this benign treatable lesion.

Objective: It is unclear if and to what extent family history of breast/ovarian cancer or BRCA1/2-mutation carriership influences breast cancer treatment strategy. We investigated whether treatment differed between patients from BRCA1/2 families and those unselected for family history. methods: We included 478 BRCA1/2-related patients referred for genetic testing before or after diagnosis. Two references were used: 13,498 population-based and 6896 hospital-based patients. Surgical treatment and adjuvant chemotherapy use was analyzed using logistic regression models, stratified by tumor size, nodal status, age at and period of diagnosis, and estrogen receptor status (ER). Results: BRCA1/2 cases aged 35 - 52 years at diagnosis and/or with tumors m were more likely to have undergone a modified radical mastectomy (Odd Ratios (OR) ranging from 2.8 to 5.1) compared to the references. This effect was most pronounced in patients treated after 1995 (OR 5.7 to 10.3). Compared to the reference groups, chemotherapy was more often administered to BRCA1 and ER-negative BRCA1/2-cases irrespective of age and nodal status (OR 1.9 to 24.3). Conclusion: After 1995 treatment of BRCA1/2-associated patients consisted notably of more mastectomies and adjuvant chemotherapy than their population-based counterparts with the same tumor characteristics. There is a need to be aware of such differences in daily practice and interpretation of survival studies on BRCA1/2 mutation carriers.
