The petrography and mineral composition of a mantle-derived garnet peridotite xenolith from the *** kimberlite pipe（Arkhangelsk Diamond Province,Russia） was *** on petrographic characteristics,the peridotite xenolith reflects a sheared *** sheared peridotite experienced a complex evolution with formation of three main mineral assemblages：（1） a relict harzburgite assemblage consist of olivine and orthopyroxene porphyroclasts and cores of garnet grains（Gar1） with sinusoidal rare earth elements（REE） chondrite C1 normalized patterns;（2） a neoblastic olivine and orthopyroxene assemblage;（3） the last assemblage associated with the formation of clinopyroxene and garnet marginal zones（Gar2）.Major and trace element compositions of olivine,orthopyroxene,clinopyroxene and garnet indicate that both the neoblast and clinopyroxene-Gar2 mineral assemblages were in equilibrium with a high Fe-Ti carbonate-silicate metasomatic *** nature of the metasomatic agent was estimated based on high field strength elements（HFSE） composition of olivine neoblasts,the garnet-clinopyroxene equilibrium condition and calculated by REE-composition of Gar2 and *** these evidences indicate that the agent was a high temperature carbonate-silicate melt that is geochemically linked to the formation of the protokimberlite melt.

The development of new accelerators has given a new impetus to the development of new drugs and treatment technologies using boron neutron capture therapy(BNCT).We analyzed the current status and future directions of BNCT for cancer treatment,as well as the main issues related to its *** review highlights the principles of BNCT and the key milestones in its development:new boron delivery drugs and different types of charged particle accelerators are described;several important aspects of BNCT implementation are *** could be used alone or in combination with chemotherapy and radiotherapy,and it is evaluated in light of the outlined *** the speedy implementation of BCNT in medical practice,it is necessary to develop more selective boron delivery agents and to generate an epithermal neutron beamwith definite *** companies and research laboratories should have access to accelerators for large-scale screening of new,more specific boron delivery agents.

新型加速器的发展推动了硼中子俘获治疗(boron neutron capture therapy,BNCT)中新药物和新治疗技术的研发。本文分析了BNCT在癌症治疗中的现状、未来发展方向以及与其应用相关的主要问题。本文重点综述了BNCT的使用原则和发展历程中的主要里程碑,描述了新型硼递送剂和不同类型带电粒子加速器,讨论了BNCT应用中的几个重要主题。BNCT可以单独或与化疗和放疗联合使用,本文对相关主题进行了评价。随着BNCT在医学实践中应用的快速发展,开发更多可供选择的硼递送剂和能产生具有特定属性的超热中子束成为必需。制药公司和进行相关研究的实验室应使用加速器进行新型的、且更特异的硼递送剂的大规模筛选。

Several bacterial strains of Actinomycetes belonging to Streptomyces and Arthrobacter genera for the first time were used to study the biotechnology of synthesis of gold and silver nanoparticles. The experimental conditions of gold and silver nanoparticles production by the cells of studied strains in aqueous chloroauric acid （HAuCIq） and in silver nitrate （AgNO3） solutions, respectively, were determined. Concentration and time-dependences of nanoparticle formation were investigated. The complex of optical and analytical methods was used for testing the gold and silver nanoparticles in the bacterial biomass. The TEM （Transmission Electron Microscopy） and XRD （X-ray Diffraction） data in all cases demonstrated the presence of crystals with fcc （face centered cubic） structure. The results obtained show that the Actinomycetes are capable of producing gold and silver nanoparticles of spherical shape extracellularly when exposed to suitable compounds. The particle size distribution shows that the sizes of nanoparticles are in the range of 5 nm to 80 nm. The biomass obtained may be used for industrial as well as medical and pharmaceutical purposes.
