摘要在阿尔茨海默病(AD)中,在β-淀粉样蛋白斑块周围发现了反应性星形胶质细胞和营养不良的神经突(异常的突触前元件)。笔者的前期研究已经表明,反应性星形胶质细胞会包裹、吞噬和降解APP小鼠以及AD患者海马中营养不良的突触,但仅波及不到7%的营养不良神经突,这表明星形胶质细胞在AD中的吞噬能力降低。本研究旨在通过分析原代星形胶质细胞培养物对分离突触(突触神经小体,SNs)吞噬和降解的能力来深入了解其潜在机制。SNs分别来自APP(包含营养不良性突触和β淀粉样肽)小鼠、Tau(包含AT8-和AT100-阳性磷酸化Tau)小鼠以及WT(对照)小鼠。我们发现与SNs-WT相比,星形胶质细胞的吞噬和降解能力在SNs-APP大大降低,但在AT8/AT100阳性的SNs-Tau却没有。在12月大的APP小鼠的海马中证实了星形胶质细胞吞噬能力的降低,因为只有(1.60±3.81)%的斑块状星形胶质细胞具有吞噬结构。

我们目前正在构建的大白菜遗传连锁图是国际白菜基因组测序项目作为骨架图,将用来序列重叠群的锚定工作。图谱是基于以遗传差异大的两个中国大白菜品种---“Chiifu”和”Kenshin”杂交得到的F1经花药培养而得到78个DH系构建的。目前,图谱上一共定位了556个标记,其中包括278个AFLP、235个SSR、25个RAPD和18个ESTP、STS、CAPS标记。对本遗传图谱和甘蓝型油菜遗传图谱中的通用SSR标记进行了位置和方向比较,从而把确定的10个连锁群分别记为R1-R10,并与甘蓝型油菜的N1-N10相对应。同时,通过定位的235个通用SSR标记,我们还可以对来自白菜的A基因组和来自甘蓝型油菜的A基因组进行比较分析。通过与拟南芥基因组序列进行比较,选出了500个BAC克隆,作为部分最小跨度克隆。对这些BAC的测序工作已完成,并成为设计和发展SSR引物的一个重要序列来源。用这些BAC序列发展而来的SSR标记已被定位到了参考遗传图上——CKDH图谱。这些做为锚定用的SSR标记,将在遗传图和物理图的整合中起重要作用,同时也为随后BAC-BY-BAC的测序策略中构建重叠群提供种子BAC。这样一个参考图谱的成功构建将对国际社会中改良白菜以及其它芸薹属作物起重要作用。

Juv.nile gangrenous v.sculitis of the scrotum was described by Piňol et al in 1974 as a unique v.riant of scrotal gangrene of unknown origin, occurring exclusiv.ly in young indiv.duals. It was characterized by an acute onset of skin ulcers undergoing complete resolution after appropriate therapy, with no relapses. We present a typical case of this extremely rare disease affecting a 16-year-old boy in whom the scrotal ulcerations were preceded by an episode of pharyngitis with fev.r. The condition promptly regressed after administration of intramuscular betamethasone in combination with oral ciprofloxacin. According to Piňol et al, juv.nile gangrenous v.sculitis of the scrotum, although poorly known to dermatologists, should be regarded as a distinctiv. entity within the wide group of scrotal gangrenes. On the other hand, the hypothesis that this condition may well represent a v.riant of pyoderma gangrenosum is discussed.

本文对地处俄罗斯欧洲东北部的乌萨盆地开展跨学科野外研究。将当地居民对环境问题的感知与利用化学和遥感图像技术分析环境污染及其影响的研究成果进行比较。通过对积雪、表土和地衣的化学测定，以及遥感技术和对湖水和沉积物的分析，表明20世纪30年代以来大规模的煤矿开采是导致英塔（Inta）和沃尔库塔（v.rkuta）地区环境污染的主要原因。沃尔库塔及其周边地区遭受了最严重的影响，湖水与表土金属沉积、碱化的现象明显，陆生地衣（驯鹿地衣）的金属元素与阳离子含量升高，植物群落也出现变化。虽然近年来该地区的煤矿产业出现襄退，但附近乌中斯克（Usinsk）石油天然气工业的发展极为迅猛。1994年鸟申斯克原油大量泄漏事件发生之后，当地居民的环保意识逐渐增强，与认为大气污染是主要环境威胁因素的沃尔库塔居民相比，对环境污染的认知与关注程度较高。研究表明，在沃尔库塔2540km的范围内，向空气中排放的有害气体和局部沉积的污染物主要来自于热电厂、煤矿和水泥厂的煤炭燃烧。沃尔库塔居民通过直接观察和亲身体验来评价大气污染问题，例如发现积雪变色，呼吸系统出现问题，这些感知过程是不易用科学知识来形成的。

JUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino observ.tory under construction in the south of *** publication presents new sensitiv.ty estimates for the measurement of the △m_(31)^(2),△m_(21)^(2),sin^(2)θ_(12),and sin^(2)θ_(13) oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos,which is one of the primary physics goals of the *** sensitiv.ties are obtained using the best knowledge av.ilable to date on the location and ov.rburden of the experimental site,the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond,the detector response uncertainties,and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite *** is found that the △m_(21)^(2) and sin^(2)θ_(12) oscillation parameters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six years of data *** the same period,the △m_(31)^(2) parameter will be determined to about 0.2%precision for each mass ordering *** new precision represents approximately an order of magnitude improv.ment ov.r existing constraints for these three parameters.
