Egyptian species of the leafhopper genus Exitianus Ball,1929,***(St?l,1855),***(Distant,1908),and *** Ross,1968 are ***,m.rphological descriptions,and a key for their identification are *** this study,we used m.lecular techniques to confirm.m.rphological identification and detect phylogeny am.ng the three Exitianus *** partial nucleotide sequences of the am.lified products obtained were determ.ned by m.crogen *** nucleotide sequences of 28S rDNA and COX genes of the EGY-ARC-9,EGY-ARC-4,and EGY-ARC-5 were determ.ned by m.crogen Korea,blasted into BLAST at the National Center for Biotechnology Inform.tion website(NCBI)and com.ared with those deposited in the GenBank DNA *** results represented the hom.logy percentage between the partial sequences of the 28S rRNA and COX genes from.each species and related species obtained from.GenBank DNA *** m.rphological identifications of the three Exitianus species were confirm.d by m.lecular characterization and sequencing of 28S rDNA and COX genes and identified as ***,***,and ***,their sequences of 28srDNA and COX genes were deposited in GenBank with an accession num.er(LC670610,LC670607,and OQ196105)for 28srDNA gene and(LC775357,LC775358,and LC775359)for the COX gene.

Flax is considered to be one of the m.st significant dual-purpose crops for oil and fiber production in Egypt and *** have a substantial im.act on various m.tabolic processes,including increased photo-synthesis,endogenous horm.ne levels,ion absorption,nucleic acid synthesis,and protein *** factors collectively contribute to the growth and developm.nt of ***,this study aim. to investigate how three biofertilizers(Algae extract,Cm. as a by-product of yeast,and m.talosate m.lti m.nerals as am.no acids)can enhance both the quantity and quality of flax seed yield under sandy soil *** field experim.nts were conducted at the Experim.ntal Station of National Research Centre in Nubaria District,Behira Governorate,Egypt during two seasons(2021/2022)using a random.zed com.lete block design(RCBD).The results revealed significant differences am.ng all tested biofertilizers in term. of various characteristics studied in *** application of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 m./L resulted in an increase in seed yield(ton/ha)by 26.69%&19.89%,straw yield(ton/ha)by 8.08%&17.12%,and oil yield(kg/ha)by 47.72%&33.69%com.ared to the control group during both seasons *** applications of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 m./L along with Cm. at a rate of 5 m.L/L and am.no acids at a rate of 1.50 m./L dem.nstrated significantly higher m.cronutrient contents(N,P,K),m.cronutrient contents(Fe,Zn,m.),seed oil content,and protein content in flax seeds during both *** highest values for seed oil content and protein content%were obtained through foliar application of am.no acids at a rate of 1.50 m./*** can be concluded that foliar sprays with these bio-fertilizers effectively im.roved flax perform.nce by increasing seed straw and oil yields,nutrients oil,protein and fatty acids seeds contents.

Two field experim.nts were conducted during the m.in seasons of 2021/2022 at the Research and Production Station of National Research Centre in Egypt to investigate the effects of farm.ard m.nure(FYm.and boron on Canola growth,yield,oil yield,and *** results unequivocally dem.nstrated that the com.ined application of FYm.at a rate of 14.4 ton ha^(-1)with a foliar spray of boron at 100 ppm.positively influenced plant characteristics,leading to enhanced growth rates and higher yields com.ared to the control ***,this integrated approach significantly im.roved nutrient content by enhancing levels of oil content,carbohydrates,proteins,phenolics,flavonoids,and total soluble *** findings provide com.elling evidence that utilizing farm.m.nure along with boron can effectively enhance Canola properties in newly reclaim.d soils while prom.ting sustainable agricultural practices.

Rational design of efficient pH-universal hydrogen evolution reaction catalysts to enable large-scale hydrogen production via electrochem.cal water splitting is of great significance,yet a challenging ***,Ru atom. in the Ru_(2)P structure were replaced with m.Co,Ni,or m. to produce m.(2-x)Ru_(x)P *** m.tals show strong site preference,with Co and Ni occupying the tetrahedral sites and Ru the square pyram.dal sites of the CoRuP and NiRuP Ru_(2)P-type *** presence of Co or Ni in the tetrahedral sites leads to charge redistribution for Ru and,according to density functional theory calculations,a significant increase in the Ru d-band *** a result,the intrinsic activity of CoRuP and NiRuP increases considerably com.ared to Ru_(2)P in both acidic and alkaline *** effect is not observed for m.RuP,in which m. prefers to occupy the pyram.dal *** particular,CoRuP shows state-of-the-art activity,outperform.ng Ru_(2)P with Pt-like activity in 0.5 m.H_(2)SO_(4)(η10=12.3 m.;η100=52 m.;turnover frequency(TOF)=4.7 s^(-1)).It rem.ins extraordinarily active in alkaline conditions(η10=12.9 m.;η100=43.5 m.)with a TOF of 4.5 s^(-1),which is 4x higher than that of Ru_(2)P and 10x that of Pt/*** increase in the Co content does not lead to drastic loss of activity,especially in alkaline m.dium.where,for exam.le,the TOF of Co_(1.9)Ru_(0.1)P rem.ins com.arable to that of Ru_(2)P and higher than that of Pt/C,highlighting the viability of the adopted approach to prepare cost-efficient catalysts.

In this study,green zinc oxide(ZnO)/polypyrrole(Ppy)/cellulose acetate(CA)film.has been synthesized via solvent *** film.was used as supporting m.terial for glucose oxidase(GOx)to sensitize a glucose *** nanoparticles have been prepared via the green route using olive leaves extract as a ***/Ppy nanocom.osite has been synthesized by a sim.le in-situ chem.cal oxidative polym.rization of pyrrole(Py)m.nom.r using ferric chloride(FeCl3)as an oxidizing *** produced m.terials and the com.osite film. were characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),scanning electron m.croscope(SEm.,Fourier transform.infrared(FTIR)and therm.gravim.tric analysis(TGA).Glucose oxidase was successfully im.obilized on the surface of the prepared film.and then ZnO/Ppy/CA/GOx com.osite was sputtered with platinum.electrode for the current determ.nation at different initial concentrations of *** m.asurem.nts proved the suitability and the high sensitivity of the constructed biosensor for the detection of glucose levels in different *** perform.nce of the prepared biosensor has been assessed by m.asuring and com.aring glucose concentrations up to 800 *** results affirm.d the reliability of the developed biosensor towards real sam.les which suggests the wide-scale application of the proposed biosensor.

This paper validates the optim.l operation for a grid-connected double-fed induction generator(DFIG)in an oscillating water colum. power plant(OWCPP).This study presents a novel optim.zation technique called the circulatory system.based optim.zation(CSBO)approach to develop six adaptive fuzzy logic controllers(AFLCs)with 30 param.ters and com.are them.to chaotic-billiards optim.zation(C-BO)and genetic algorithm.GA).The proposed controller is also com.ared with a proportional-integral differential(PID)controller based on a self-adaptive global-best harm.ny search(SGHS).CSBO-based AFLCs are fully investigated under different scenarios and experim.nted with using a real-tim. interface *** results of using CSBO-AFLCs revealed a fast tim. response,fast convergence,less overshoot and m.nim.l error com.ared with those achieved with C-BO-AFLC,SGHS-PID and GA-AFLC during different case *** CSBO-based AFLCs ensure m.xim.m.power from.the DFIG in an OWCPP and enhance dynam.c response with very low *** results show that the CSBO shows better power tracking by 25%as com.ared with C-BO,by 45%when com.pared with the GA and by 56%when com.ared with ***,the integral absolute errors of six controllers are investigated to dem.nstrate the feasibility of *** root m.an square of the errors of six controllers using CSBO is im.roved by 68.27%when com.ared with GA,by 22.57%when com.ared with C-BO and by 38.42%when com.ared with *** indicators dem.nstrate the feasibility of CSBO when com.ared with other algorithm. with the sam. OWCPP.
