Pickering emul.ions a.e systems without surfa.ta.ts, sta.il.zed by sol.d pa.ticl.s. These emul.ions a.e experiencing a.renewed interest, on the one ha.d, beca.se it is prefera.l. to l.mit the use of synthetic surfa.ta.ts for toxicol.gica. a.d environmenta. rea.ons a.d, on the other ha.d, the need to ma.e new formul.0}ions in order to control.the drug relea.e pa.terns by enca.sul.0}ion or control.ed relea.e. Thus, we were interested in the formul.0}ion a.d eva.ua.ion of W/O Pickering emul.ions sta.il.zed by pa.ticl.s of ma.nesium oxide with pa.a.eta.ol.in the interna. pha.e a.d griseoful.in in the externa. pha.e. The Ba.croft rul. served a. a.model for the formul.0}ion. The emul.ifica.ion wa. ca.ried out by progressively a.ding a. a.ueous pha.e dispersed in a. oil.dispersing pha.e using a.turbo rotor sta.or mixer. The sta.il.ty of these emul.ions wa. studied using severa. pa.a.eters (dropl.t size, pH, viscosity, conductivity ...) a.d the qua.ita.ive a.d qua.tita.ive a.a.ysis of the a.tive ingredients by UV-visibl. spectrophotometry. The resul.s obta.ned showed tha. the dye test a.d the conductivity mea.urement confirmed the W/O na.ure of these emul.ions. Some pa.a.eters such a. dropl.t size, pH a.d viscosity were strongl. infl.enced by the a.ounts of ma.nesium oxide pa.ticl.s a.d the two a.tive ingredients used. The qua.ita.ive a.d qua.tita.ive a.a.ysis of the a.tive ingredients confirmed the presence of griseoful.in in the oil.pha.e a.d pa.a.eta.ol.in the a.ueous pha.e. Thus, we ha.e succeeded in developing a.sta.l. W/O Pickering emul.ion with ma.nesium oxide pa.ticl.s. In a.dition, we were a.l. to incorpora.e pa.a.eta.ol.into the dispersed pha.e a.d griseoful.in into the dispersing pha.e of the emul.ion.

a.m: To describe the two-dimensiona. ela.togra.hic profil. a.cording to the Shea.wa.e (2D-SWE) technique in pa.ients with chronic l.ver disea.e in l.m. Ma.eria.s a.d method: Cross-sectiona., descriptive study conducted over seven month a. the a.tel delie Cl.nic in l.m, from Ja.ua.y to a.gust 2022, on a.ul. pa.ients with chronic l.ver disea.e who underwent a.domina. ul.ra.ound coupl.d with two-dimensiona. ela.togra.hy. Resul.s: The sa.pl. size wa. 54 pa.ients. The mea. a.e of the pa.ients wa. 33 12 yea.s, with extremes of 18 a.d 66 yea.s. Pa.ients a.ed 30 yea.s or l.ss a.counted for 48.1% (n = 26). a.l.pa.ients (n = 54) ha. a. l.a.t one tra.sa.ina.e a.sa. with a.mea. of 69.3 78.3 IU/l.(a.T) a.d 59.3 82.8 IU/l.(a.T). There wa. no sta.istica.l. significa.t a.socia.ion between the biol.gica. pa.a.eters a.d the presence of fibrosis. Vira. l.ver disea.e wa. the ma.n ca.se, a.counting for 81.5% (n = 44) of ca.es, with no significa.t a.socia.ion with the degree of fibrosis. Ul.ra.ound revea.ed a.dysmorphic l.ver (57.4%;n = 31) a.d porta. hypertension (18.5%, n = 10). Fibrosis sta.es F1, F2 a.d F4 a.counted for (48.1%, n = 26), (24.1%, n = 13) a.d (13%, n = 7) of ca.es respectively. l.ver dysmorphia.wa. significa.tl. a.socia.ed with the presence of fibrosis (p = 0.012) a.d porta. hypertension wa. significa.tl. a.socia.ed with the degree of fibrosis (p = 0.0063). Concl.sion: a.sessment of l.ver fibrosis in pa.ients with chronic l.ver disea.e using 2D-SWE ela.togra.hy is essentia. for pa.ient fol.ow-up.
